Been going to Country Burger over 30 years and will not go back ever again , spent $ 34.00 dollars on 2 burgers , fries and onion rings and it was a waste of money , fries were ice cold , burgers were smashed flat , dripping with grease and the lettuce was wilted , only thing edible was the onion rings, they were cold but at least had some crunch too them , soft drinks were o.k , should have taken it all back and had them redo it but I just wont spend any more hard earned money with them , could have gotten better food at MacDonalds , this used to be a good place to get a burger .....not any more !

Stopped in for lunch today. #1 combo indicates large drink and large fry. Asked about medium drink and fry and the lady taking the order said, sure you can do that but its still the same price... Ridiculous that they wouldnt give you an option for medium at a cheaper price. The burger was good, albeit over priced. Lunch crowd was busy and limited parking. Quite a bit of trash in the parking lot. Team could do a better job of picking up trash outside. The Murphy location is a much better option and better service.

Wally is a horrendous owner. I ordered twice and my bread was hard/crumbling. The young lady who answered attempted to get in contact with him several times and he promised a refund after I called for two weeks. I sent over a pic of the receipts, then I was told he would only refund one order because he didnt believe the milkshake I ordered was bad. Like what? Nobody mentioned a milkshake just refund both burgers. I WILL NOT EAT AT ANY COUNTRY BURGER AGAIN! Weird OWNER.

Had an interview in the area and wanted to grab something to eat before my interview and saw Country Burger and this place delivered the burger was cooked to perfection, could have used a little more seasoning but overall the burger was good I added cheddar cheese and bacon, the onion rings was great also I normally just eat a few onion rings at some restaurants then throw them away but I kept these and warmed them back up in my airfryer, these was some good onion rings, if I get the job in the area Ill definetly be back

Definitely an old-school feel to it, no frills burger and fries. Seems like lately everywhere else wants to charge you at least $14 for JUST a burger - on the other hand these combos were VERY REASONABLE. The burger was a tad bit greasy (hence a one star deduction - though it should just be a half star), but it was a nice double cheeseburger. It was honestly the HOTTEST burger ever served to me. I didnt realize how....under-heated? other burgers were until I bit into this one and had to breathe through my chews lol. A+ job on the hot & fresh!! The fries were ok, personally thought they needed more salt. I wanted to try the onion rings or the fried pickles, maybe the sweet potato fries, but I figured one brush with a heart attack per day is enough for now. Next time! Im glad I finally tried this place because it feels like a step up from Griffs, without going overboard with pricing the way all these other glamburger places are.

Found this place on Google maps, it was close to work so I figured Id give em a try, and glad I did. Ordering here is Straight Business and quick. Got my food PDQ as well. Nice little country atmosphere and clean. Food was good and Hot and portions were more than I could eat. Had a shovel of tattertots and I barely got half of em down, but it wasnt for the lack of trying I promise. Best little place in this area of town so far. I go here every week and get the same thing each time . Today was cash only. I was short a few cents . I would normally always pay with my card . They wouldnt let me pay later or just spot me a drink . Does it sound entitled ? Maybe. But local businesses should atleast pretend they want my business. As much as Im all for supporting locals and old-school burgers, my experience at Country Burger was a disappointment. I had so many high hopes from all the positive reviews, but it did not go well with my taste buds. We came on a weekday lunch, and the place had a good amount of customers. The interior is classic and I love all the plants and natural lighting. The menu is right by the register, so you can look and order. The service here was pretty good, but that doesnt mean the food was to my standard. Burgers were around $10-15 each, depending on which one youre getting. We got a combo with fries and a drink, and I got extra fries on the side; the total came to around $18. The food took about 10 mins to come out, and it looks just like your classic old-school style burgers. When I took my first bite, I was so disappointed in how dry and tasteless the patty was. There was no seasoning whatsoever, just plain beef. The burger was flipped backward when they wrapped it so I thought that was confusing. The burger was big and definitely worth the price, but I couldnt believe how plain this burger was. Not even ketchup can help add some flavor to the burger. Im a fan of classic burgers and tried many spots throughout Dallas, but this one was a disappointment. My friend couldnt even finish his burger because it was just so tasteless. Their fries were crispy and good, but I was expecting more flavors for the burgers. I wouldnt visit again since I have other favorite classic burger spots in the area and the burgers are a couple of dollars cheaper there as well.

Not what it used to be. Burgers were bland and the fries are so thin they get cold and hard the minute they re out the bag. Bacon is chewy, nothing like good crispy bacon on a burger and especially on a BLT. Service was good, fast paced food came out quickly but i was truly disappointed in the taste they have changed.

This place is very over-hyped. The beef was old, low quality, and practically flavorless, and one slice of cheese for a double burger. The fries were terrible, tasted like oil that maybe hasnt been changed since they opened, but they were freshly made. Theres a reason they have a 20 year old review posted from Dallas Morning News inside the restaurant, because thats probably the last time they were actually good. Give this a hard pass, will not be back, very disappointing... the service, to be fair, was very quick, and the produce was indeed as fresh as advertised; but the gal behind the counter talking at the top of her lungs on speaker phone for the entire thirty minutes I was there was ridiculous, take your personal convos outside please. Terrible food, not worth the price at all, would have had better at a chain.

Great burgers and sweet potato fries.Earlier Review: OooRah! Yes they are open for inside dining during hot summer days. We havent been to this location in many yrs. The business name says it all. This is an American South style burger restaurant. I got a Country Cheese Burger with Fries and a soda. burger was decent site said Chilli cheese burger is 5.19. i only got a single patty. the only thing i got was a small onion ring. which was seriously 4 onion rings. total comes out to 11.63. onion rings where kind of hard. sonic has much better onion rings. even with inflation how much are you trying to make off of one onion?
