The restaurant atmosphere was overall great. The service was respectful, the food was ok. The food did come out pretty quick. Some of my chicken was warm as if it sat to go with an upcoming order and the other portions were hot. The chicken had a strange sitting in a bucket or whatever marinated taste. The fries were ok, the drinks were good. I wouldn t come back again but I would say the cooks need to step it up, this is what keeps business residual!

The building looks run down. I ordered mango habanero and they were weak and lacked flavor. They only thing that made this place tolerable was the bartender Cheyenne. She really seemed to be the only one working. Took about 45 minutes to get my wings out after multiple people who showed up after me got thier food. Was getting ready to just walk out Cheyenne apologized for the crappy service. She was the real one. Over this place was trash!

Six years ago, I gave this place four stars. Now Im giving it one. Everything was bad. The food was not good: The only thing decent we ordered was the fried mushrooms, and I said decent. The fried pickles were hard. The shrimp was luke warm. Most importantly, our wings were super dry. We ate less than half before we decided it was not worth the taste. Between the pickles and wings, one might think they served us old food. Our service was lousy: To preface, there were only four groups of people and two wait staff at noon on a Saturday. They were not busy by any definition. Our waitress started off well. She ordered our drinks and appetizers nicely. Afterward, it went downhill. She went upwards of fifteen minutes without checking on us twice. When we wanted the check, she was nowhere to be seen, and we had to wait even longer. She never even refilled our drinks. The atmosphere sucked the life out of the place: It was old and dirty looking. The booths and chairs were torn and dirty; the windows had smudges and prints; the floor was dirty; the dishes they gave us were wet; the utensils had spots. Everything looked and felt bad. Im gonna give this place another six years before I go back.

We were seated at a dirty booth. I asked the manager of we could sit somewhere else, he brought me to a dirty table. When I told him it was dirty also he argued that it was the finish on the table. It wasnt. I showed him all the food crumbs and he got an attitude and was rude. If its too much to clean it then Ill leave. So he walked away.

Watch out for Cheyenne the bartender who gives herself 20 dollar tips on a 19 dollar tab. Won t ever go back there. Just wanted to cool off from no ac for 9 days. What a disappointing experience. Do love their food just need better more honest bartenders. Stealing is a crime ..

Although the concept of trying to be a good wing restaurant and sports bar is there. We waited so long to even order our food at the bar I was tempted to order through their online system, pick it up, and then bring it back to our seats. The chicken was so greasy it was inedible. Food was plain - Cajun flavor is just plain wings with Tonys sprinkled on it, no garlic in the parmesan garlic, but overall OK wings. Fried pickles were decent until the bottom half which are all grease. Overall lazy with the food. Service - good, waitresses do fine. There was a TV at the bar that was just blinking, ....just odd cause someone actually stared at it. Menus a little sticky. Lazy with the environment Didnt charge us for the extra ranch, so that was nice (either negligence or courteousness)

Terrible place, I dont recommend it at all, friendly, the manager able to complain, they are overcharging me. I bought 20 spicy wings and they charged me 31 dollars, but at the time of making the payment, they charged $48 dollars for 20 wings. It really is a theft. I dont recommend it at all. If you go to this place do not pay with a credit card because they charge extra money!!

My friends and I ordered take out 3/8/24 we were pretty disappointed with the food. Usually we love brewingz our go to location is the one on 1960 this location was just closer this time. Almost everything we got was SUPER SALTY it was hard to eat, hopefully it was just an off day and their food usually doesn t taste like that. They must ve been short staffed as well cause when I walked in to pick up the food there was no one there to greet us, the couple that walked in after me to dine in ended up leaving due to the wait.

We went on a Wednesday on Valentines Day n they gave us bad service. One of the men waiter serving our table didnt know nothing about the menu. Then I requested the manger and told him wat was going on and he had an attitude like he didnt care. I was trying to have a good Valentines dinner with my grandkids and they ruined it . We asked get 50 wings n they didnt even bring plates or asked us if we wanted ranch or anything to drink. My kids were dying of thirst choking on the food . Very bad services Then to top it off they charged us 12. 97$ gratuity service,so our bill was 100$ n the service sucked . I will never ever go there no more. .. nore do I recommend it to anyone. Bar staff is AMAZING! Marci is always on top of all orders and is exceptionally pleasant. The management is a whole different story. Particularly Gary. The way he speaks to the female employees is unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly disgusting. He speaks to female customers the same way. You have a host that is doing nothing but waiting , you have what looks like a trainee waiting around and 1 person that is working the phones, the register, the line of customer and taking orders. I live in walking distance from this location. I decided tonight I didn t wanna drive too far for food but I wanted wings. I finally bit the bullet to try your restaurant & I was GREATLY surprised! Stopped in twice on 29 July, first for lunch and later that evening for a light snack and appetizer at the bar. The service was good, bar service was much better than the main dining room. Ordered wings for lunch as it was the special, should have gotten them with just the rub as they had way too much sauce on them for us. They were ok, nothing special. But we also had the Firesticks while at the bat, much better and I highly recommend these. The bar staff and service were much more focused than the dining room and neither time when we were there were they busy. Only negative comment on the bar was the table was sticky, and we were the only people sitting at any table at the time. Overall , ok place and Ill give them another chance next time Im in the area.

Ate lunch there today. The food and service sucked! The onion rings were so hard you could hardly chew them. The batter seemed stale. The wings were ok ( I ve had better). I ordered a side salad with ranch dressing. The dressing was so watered down that it had no taste. I asked the waitress why was the dressing so runny. I was told by an employee that they were trying to conserve the dressing and stretch their servings. I said I paid for regular ranch dressing, not a watered down version. Then I was told that I didn t pay for the dressing, it comes free with the salad (It wasn t free, I had to pay for the salad). Then the waitress asked me if I want blue cheese instead, it s not so runny. I took the blue cheese but my mom did not, she doesn t like blue cheese dressing. The waitress then disappears and we are needing a refill on our drinks. I see the manager, I tell him I m not happy with the food or service. He proceeds to tell me (rudely) that the dressing wasn t watered down. He said he hasn t had any other complaints (I find that very unlikely). He didn t seem very concerned that I was not a happy customer. I asked for our ticket and said I would not be coming back. This place used to be a good place to eat. Not anymore! It sucked!

Let me start by saying that Stephanie and kemica (probably spelled that wrong) are great! They always deliver 5 star service.Also the food is great been coming here every tuesday for 2 years. Charles on the other hand I hope to God he isnt the manager to degrade fellow employees in front of customers is outrageous Im not ok with somebody saying Hey Lady instead of an employees name then to berate the employee in front of the customers for and issue is super unprofessional! If you dont like your job it that much it shouldnt be your job I would encourage upper management to reach out to me because that experience turned my 5 star review, my wifes 5 star and my sister in laws 5 star into a 1 star because none of us found that acceptable! Charles should not be a manager. Went in for wings with my newborn in a stroller and Charlie boy wanted to sit us in the bar area with the tall tables due to the one side closing at 10pm. I asked if a short table could be moved to the other side so we could be able to attend my newborn in the stroller and Charlies angels straight up said no and walked away. If I could rate a 0 I could.

Every time I come here the black girl at the counter with her hair in a wrap is unprofessional!!! Quit eating on the job at the register. Takis, hot Cheetos, I came here twice in the last two weeks and she was so unhelpful and doesn t greet anyone. I needed something for my to go order and she pointed to the bar like I needed to get it myself. There was no one even there eating. Do your self a favor store manager and get rid of the rude girl that s suppose to greet your customers. That shouldn t be the first thing ppl see when they walk in, a rude girl chomping and smacking on snacks.

Why did the restaurant let a guy that doesn t know anything about mixing drinks work behind the bar? It slows down the process. At least the restaurant let one server practice behind the bar that know a bit about mixed drinks. Every single drink, he has to look in the ingredient book. Agreed that he was put behind the bar on a slow day, however, omg, too slow.
