This used to 1 of my favorite places to go to, the bar tender Lori has the worse attitude there. It was last year and i commented that her ears protrude when she wore her team hat. Shes pretty and i did take a photo to show her. She took the wrong way i guess i closed my tab which was $12 i left a $3 cash tip. She threw threw the money back saying thats it! That attitude was wanting me to give the best tip of the ever, get another job! As veteran i dont need that kind of service. Ill make sure at the vfw post ill let the members know how they treat veterans there. Yeah she talked to the manager and he usually greets me, but he just walked away cause hes not in charge. They have some great bartenders with a sense of humor, katie, Danny and Carolina are the best So i left, im at Hooters cause they actually give veterans a discount here . They actually ask and i show them my retired id. They need to check who they give veterans discount to cause many there havent served.

My first visit here and was exceptionally pleased with the entire experience. Food was outstanding starting with our Shotgun Shrimp appetizer to our Fish & Chip lunch plate. Everything was fresh and homemade in house including the Cole Slaw, and even their Tartar. All was terrific including the service. Everything clicked, right on the mark. Was also impressed by the Manager, Steve, who walked the floor checking on all the guests. Job well done by all. Im definitely going to be a regular customer.

I sat in the bar area because the restaurant was about 65°F (Its supposed to be set for the customers, not the servers!). The bartender and a server were bsing and eating...behind the bar, and never acknowledged me. I left after around 10 minutes. No organization whatsoever!

Penelope was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu directing me to some nice choices. Yackie at the bar presented me with a fantastic michilada. I think they make their own mix in house! Samantha welcomed me and acknowledged it being my first visit & threw in some goodies in celebration. I will def be back!

Went here last night with the wife on a whim. Then realized it was the same owner as Texas Roadhouse. Do its kinda like a sports bar version of it with killer food. It was a great experience and all the food was top knotch. We had the meaty meaty pizza, chicken parm sandwich, and the wings (garlic parmesan and naked). Both our server and Manager were excellent and very friendly. The manager suggested getting sauce on the side next time for dipping the sandwich (great idea). Will have to try next time were in town! Thanks again!

First time eating at this establishment. We ordered fried pickles (great), mine had strawberry pieces in it), I ordered the fried chicken with gravy(perfectly breaded). Our server was attentive and awesome. The music was a blend of new and old. Its also a great place to watch a game. Overall nice atmosphere to have a convo and enjoy food , music, and even sports!

We have visited Bubbas many times. This time around our waitress was horrible. I m not saying the customer is always right but her attitude and arguing was ridiculous. She got order after order incorrect & when the manager came out she had no care in the world. Maybe that s why the place is the way it is. Lead by example! Their was another girl who took over and was very nice and apologized even though she didn t have to. Not even the manager apologized. It s a sad situation because their food is awesome. Please hire someone that cares and will treat customers like their own family. Update. They were quick to respond to my review which is awesome but the the website they wanted me to reach out to doesn t even work. I ll attach the photo.

Have been here many times. Appetizers are always great. Fried pickles are crispy. Garlic knots are amazing. I ve had the cheese steak and hamburgers always good. Bf always gets the Stromboli every time. I tried recently the mushroom burger with side salad and onion rings. The garlic aioli and the char on the burger was great. Onion rings were crispy not too much batter. Salad was so big, I always know I may not finish my meal once I order it. There s a lot to choose from but they cook it all well. Highly recommend. Sorry about my photos. Looks like I took it from a disposable in 93. Appetizers were well into our eating them :).

To begging with thanks to the hostess staff for greeting us upon arrival and also offering if we wanted to sit outside, but we decided to sit inside and as soon as we sat down Maddy our waitress greeted us and letting us know she noticed us sat at ther section and with in the time frame to take our drink order she did also recommended appetizers and also helped us with selecting our entrée she was attentive and she also picked 2 delicious desserts for us !! Enjoyed our visit to Bubbas 33! We started with a watermelon mojito, cold brew, and onion rings as an appetizer...sorry no picture they were crispy and tasty. The waitress Naya was fabulous attentive and fun! She made us feel like friends with her gorgeous smile and awesome personality! Our food was absolutely to die for the burgers were cooked to Perfection the onion rings made my eyes roll back into my head. You have got to try their onion rings everything is made from scratch and you can tell. The manager served our food glad he did. I just cant say enough about the lovely Naya service-wise the food was to die for. Atmosphere and the employees were just all so friendly! My moms order was messed up. She ordered California chicken dinner with no Pico de Gallo & it was on the top. She also ordered her salad without onion & eggs & it was also incorrect. We had to ask for the dinner to be corrected because the waitress didnt offer. My BF had to mention it to her & it took another 15 mins to serve the 2nd plate and she was given another corrected salad by the manager. By that time, my BF & I were done with our meal, but we waited for her to eat. We also had to wave her down for drink refills. We have never had such a bad experience & slow service.

Well we have been here now 7 different times. We honestly will NEVER return. We gave this place chance after chance. They have screwed up every meal we ve ever had. I had a cheeseburger on Sunday Mother s Day 24 it was burned the bun was burnt the patty was in three pieces. It was sloppy. My wife ordered the buffalo chicken pizza. It had four large chunks in one area of the pizza. It was sad. Never going back. Never would recommend. Try another place. Steer clear. It was terrible.

One reason we come here is because they allow our Einstein, however from the food to the service, is all marvelous,!! Two days ago, I went to have my birthday dinner with my s/o, and we are from the opening day era who would tell everyone and their mothers about how great the place is. We have many memories and friendships made through this place, so its a traditional visit for us. To our disappointment, they have drastically changed. A huge reason my husband enjoyed coming here was the sweet potato fries, and we were informed by that once we finally got a server. (Im not sure what he was doing, but it was around 20 minutes after we got a table when he showed up.) I understand that the restaurant business is never 100% perfect, so thats not an issue, and our guy got a good tip for his service no matter what occurred. A soda was ordered just before a question for the mango margarita and then two waters. We had our usual appetizer, the Chorizo Queso dip. Always the absolute best. Highly recommend it. I was on the hunt for their pasta, and of course, its changed to a Cajuin style w shrimp and mushrooms. Im not a huge fan of either, so I was recommended to try Bacon Chicken Mac. Ive had this before as well, and it was amazing the first time, but I can definitely say theyve changed the way its made. I asked for extra chicken as well, thinking it would be the grilled filet cut into slices, and I was seriously disappointed to find small, unseasoned chicken chunks that were chewy and hard to enjoy. The husband had the spicy chicken sandwich with fries, and that was immaculate I was lucky they gave him a huge chicken patty, and he sliced around the parts that didnt fit into his bread, and I substituted it with my Mac so I could eat. It saved the evenings meal for sure. The server was overwhelmed, and we hardly saw him most of the evening, but the supervisors came over to us more than enough to make up for the tough spot he was in. Thanks for making your services easier on those guys. He kept up with refills and making sure we got everything we needed. The service is great. The atmosphere is always good. Food? Needs to be looked at more closely and held to a higher standard like it was before. We didnt stay for dessert because we had a long way to go back home, unfortunately. Ive discussed the quality with some of my group who used to frequent the restaurant, and Id say we can all agree the food quality has definitely changed from back in the beginning. Parking: Parking lot is neighbors with Walmart and so there is always plenty of parking. They have a huge section for handicap and veterans which is really awesome Kid-friendliness: I would say if your kids can handle loud and dark atmospheres, then its okay inside. They have baby chairs, too. Outside on nice days is the perfect place to sit with family its beautiful outside the deck. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Plenty of ramp room and seating available

Immediately hit with greeting by both manager and server. Laughing , joking and hanging out. Then the spinach dip melted in mouth and the burgers were superb. 2nd time there and anxious to go a third with our other son. Tv for anything you want. A 5.0 rating and weve been around. Bubbas 33 is more like a time machine. When you walk in the door your instantly taken back to a moment in your life were as a child you remember hanging out with family and friends. The menu has many selections to choose from burgers and such but If you pass up the cheese queso fries your not human. Atmospheric fairies appear after youve had a few bites of the fries and drank a half gallon of thier sweet tea. Dont miss out on a great food experience or you be mad at yourself.

Waitress was missing most of our time there. Asked manager who walked by for a refill... he said ok.... never came back with refill. Wasnt even busy, wanted to take our left overs home but like I said the waitress never came around, we just paid and left.

1st time there all workers seemed nice an helpful food was great the only problem my pregnant gf burger was very lil cooked past raw it was about 90% pink ...no big deal asked if they could fix it witch they said yes no problems ,so they cooked basically well done witch was fine the only problem I have an is bothering me is my gf had took a bite out of the burger already an there it was the same patty with her little bite out of it ....witch tells me they just slapped the burger back on the grill ...witch agian I know me an my gf are clean but thats not the point the point is they should have just used new Pattys entirely.. I get cost an stuff ecpically the way things are today with cost but still cleanliness an saftey should be top priority the food an workers even the music was great but that kind of killed it for me.
