Horrible service. My mother in law needed a service. They were only asking for money during months and never solved a problem that took half an hour to solve with other lawyer.

Horrible experience, I thought they would help me expedite the process with minimal problems but they caused the majority of problems. The process was done yes, and I was able to process everything, but their customer service is very bad. Its good that its finally over.

Friendly helpful I was able to do a payment plan for me and mg family. My Brownsville office Mr Luis Cisneros oversees my case and guess what I have never seen someone so eager to help and make it happen I get a letter from I m immigration and hes like email it I can help you print it always answers my calls or calls back. A++++ service guys if your shopping around stop come here. Hello my people from Brownsville, those who know me and work with me, if you need an immigration lawyer, look no further here. This Brownsville office helped me provide payment facilities in the case of my wife and children and every time I receive an immigration document, Don Luis Cisneros, who assists me, name if you could see how eager he is to help me. Soon he tells me, send me, here Ill get the copy, come, talk and he explains it wonderfully. Every time I talk to him he answers me and if not he calls you back, hahahaha not even my wife calls me back. Life changing experience they know what they re doing, The attorneys the support teams the office, everything was on point when it came to helping my parents get their paper work done. And giving us not only legal support but emotional support they re the best at what they do and in my opinion we could not have found a better team to bless us with their help. Our case was not an easy one but they were there every step of the way and even when things weren t in our favor they kept our spirit filled with hope and helped us get through the tough times, I never felt like we didn t have a chance no matter where we were in the processing.
