As a group, the afternoon FOH staff on 9/27 were inexplicably unapproachable and rude to multiple customers. Ensuring consistency in service is important, even when the cheery and friendly seasonal staff is back at school. Never had a bad experience with staff before yesterday, though!

Went here on a Saturday morning and it was super crowded! I took that as a sign of a good coffee joint! This place did not disappoint! I got a vanilla latte and vanilla matcha, both were very good! I also tried their Cinnamon cream scone, highly recommend! It was moist and not overly sweet! Even though it was crowded, there were still plenty of seatings! Spacious, inside and out! Great place to hang out on the weekends with friends/family!

We came to this place because I had seen it on Instagram. The concept is very aesthetic and although the service was a little slow in the line, they treated us very kindly and the coffee was faster than expected even though there were a lot of people. Its pretty and you can walk around it, take your board game, your Bible or meet new friends.

I travel to the Dallas area for work often and have been coming here for years. The coffee is always delicious and they make my favorite blueberry muffin. Today I tried their special blueberry pie latte (but in cappuccino form) and it was SO good. There are plenty of places to sit as well which is an added bonus! Thanks for being a relaxing spot to visit when I m here for work.

I visited George Coffee + Provosions for the first time last week, and Ive been back twice since. It s really the ideal coffee shop. Theres a ton of seating both inside and outside, but with the heat of summer, everyone is fighting for a seat indoors. In fact, everytime I ve been there seating is always at capacity and it can be a struggle to find a seat in the afternoon. Ive had the honey and vanilla iced latte, which was really delicious. Very balanced coffee flavors and not overly sweet. They only put a little ice in the drinks, so you get more for your money. The prices are very reasonable for drinks, but the food is a little pricey. I got the garden avocado toast, which was very good. They use compostable wooden utensils, which I appreciate for the reduction in environmental impact, but are difficult to use when cutting through a thick piece of sourdough.

This location is beautiful in pictures but not ideal for an event with 20+ guests, yet it s labeled to hold up to 40 guests. The pictures and furniture set up is quite deceiving. We ve recently had an event held there downstairs and it s not enough space for 40 people comfortably. Also, when you call NO ONE will answer the phone. You have to leave a voicemail and/or send an email for any type of communication. Furthermore, on the day of our event, the staff was not helpful.

Long time fan, first time reviewer. I have a soft spot for this place given I have experienced a lot of life events over a simple cup of coffee served by one of the many excellent staff members. We loved the aesthetic of this really nice building. It s exactly what we want our house to look like. The staff were super friendly . we got there at 10am and waited 49 minutes (no joke) for a mediocre cup of coffee and mediocre muffins. They weren t terrible by any means, but not worth a wait of 49 minutes. I know I brew a better coffee at home without a doubt. I definitely have better beans. It s seems more like something for IG or Tik Tok influencer types to hang out and snap their little pics and posts then a place that should have a better coffee. Definitely try it out and see what you think but get there early. If you see a line, you can get better coffee and teas at Starbucks or McDonald s or that 151 spot. Great neighborhood over there with a lovely park and farmers market.

I was excited to finally make it to this coffee shop and it was very underwhelming it s very cute, but the coffee has little flavor and over powered by milk. From my friend s experience, it s not uncommon. I was also very disappointed in seeing a manager address a couple not to take pictures of their baby because they don t allow professional pictures . Which I understand if it was family portraits or the baby was a model, but that was clearly not the case. They just wanted cute pictures of their baby.

Ive been a regular at George for 8 years and there is a reason this place has a line 30 deep on weekends. Its by far my top choice within a 15 mile radius (better than Re-defined, which is also very good). Heres why: 1. The staff Youre greeted with a smile. They ask your name and remember it, along with your order. Service is prompt. If youre a regular, it wont take long for them to get to know and support you. If you treat them with respect, theyll treat you like family. Taco, Carly, Ethan, Jillian, Armando, Madelyn, Jessie, Tailor, Ashlyn, Amy and Hannah are why I keep coming back. 2. The atmosphere If you want to work or catch up in a clean, cozy space, with plenty of natural light in an old wood townhome with calming music, and the vibrant ambiance of conversations youll love it. Spacious, different rooms and seating indoor/patio. Plenty of electric outlets. Get there early; spots fill up fast. A great office if you want inspiration/energy. 3. The coffee and food Really good quality and plenty of healthy options and substitutes if you care about what you put in your body. A tad pricey, but on par with rising costs around the metroplex. Free water, rewards points. Summary: If you want $3 coffee with impersonal service or want to work in a small, dirty space, freezing space with no personality, check out Starbucks or 151 Coffee (nothing wrong with that). If you are kind and dont mind being around good people in an awesome environment, you need to check out George! Its not for everyone. But, its perfect for a lot of us. I love seeing familiar faces, and smiling!

Rip off prices. Bad, horrible drip coffee. Also, $6+ for a 12 oz pour over coffee. Are we in NYC?? Most of the crowd looked like they were in high school and of course MacBook was a minimum requirement. The ambiance was okay. The mens urinal stunk because it hadnt been flushed in a while. The girl baristas were snooty IMHO and the one that waited on me had an attitude and an attention issue - had to order two cups of the same coffee through two orders. The prices made me cringe. I do make a very decent living mind. Wonder how them kids can afford this place? Thanks parents for the credit cards?? Lastly, I heard that some Coppell boy who got dumped by a girl walked in here and shot the girl dead. I didnt know this until leaving this joint. This is not the fault of the establishment, but I dont need any part of such nonsense. No thanks - I wont be going back.

Seating here is very competitive and their wifi is so slow, so if you are coming here to work be prepared with your own wifi and the possibility of sitting outside. They also clearly make more money off the events side of the business because they are consistently closing for them. Other than that, the coffee is good and the employees are usually nice. The atmosphere is probably the best in DFW. The cappuccino is usually pretty good.

Ive been here twice and had a London fog and maybe a sweet latte once and both were great. However, this time I adventured and got a con panna which I know espresso is bitter/roasty but this espresso was extremely sour and rancid! Im not sure if you need to clean the machine or needed to do something differently but the espresso was SO sour. I actually got it remade and it was extremely sour still so theres something wrong within the process of getting it. The baristas were sweet and accommodating and asked to make me another drink but I didnt want anymore coffee. My friend later on got me an iced vanilla latte which was great but Im assuming the milk and syrup covered the sour espresso.... Love the atmosphere tho I will come again maybe for a latte or tea but not good for espresso only.

My favorite favorite coffee shop!! Not only is the place aesthetically pleasing, the coffee is by far the best I ve had in the DFW area. You just get picky with coffee when you re from Seattle. My second time here the other day, macchiato was kind of disappointing. This will not stop me from revisiting. I loved my americano, lavender latte and honey + vanilla latte. The coffee was good, however the reason why I am giving this location one star is because of the gentleman behind the counter taking orders. Before he took my order, he spent more than TEN MINUTES talking with the lady in front of me about how she should find god regarding how this lady presented herself. I could clearly tell that this lady was incredibly uncomfortable, and no matter what she would say to try to end the conversation, the man would continue pestering her over her religious beliefs. There is a time and place for everything, and this definitely was not the time nor the place for talks about religion when there are other people in line waiting to put in their orders.

I have to give this place a shoutout for how you can tell they actually care about their customers. Not only is the food, coffee and service amazing, but there are a few little details that drive things home. The fact that in the women s restroom there is not only a changing table but also a seat for children so that mom can use the restroom knowing her child won t get away from her. There s also a trashcan specifically for diapers. And a privacy cover on the stalls so people can t see through the crack. Little things like this really set George apart from other places.

This is one of the nicest coffee place in Dallas I ve been so far. They literally made a cute and cozy coffee shop inside a house. This place gives such a warm feeling. Highly recommended to go with your friends.

Really great place to just hang out and have a coffee, tea, or snack. The ambience is awesome. Its a nice hidden gem in Coppell. Definitely a great place to hold a meeting or study group.

My favorite place to work! I love the atmosphere, plants, and natural lighting. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by friendly baristas! The coffee is amazing and Im always able to find an open workspace with outlets!

1st time trying & ordering on mobile app. It was early afternoon on a weekday & 100°+. I decided to try turmeric ginger iced tea latte w/ almond milk & cinnamon cream scone. I like turmeric coffee so I was hoping for the best. I was pleasantly surprised by the ginger. It was a tasty combo, but glad I only got a small. It was good, but was over it after drinking 2/3 of it! The Cinnamon Cream Scone was delicious too. I definitely would order again and recommend. This place looks like it gets constant business. Lots of customers with plenty of seating inside & outside. Cant wait to go back!

Not really worth the price anymore. Went in today and got a sandwich with bacon,egg, and potato with a matcha latte. The latte tasted light milk really and was really light. They also put my sandwich under the wrong name so I sat there and waited until the lady realized she never changed the name which she admitted. To top it off they didn t put potato in my sandwich not a happy trip to say the least and probably wont bother coming back.

Loved it. The avocado toast was fantastic and the breakfast taco was very good too. Such a beautiful place to hang out and good to go with the kids too. My 3 year old ate all the food I got for both of us, so I had to order more. Luckily online ordering was very easy since the line was out the door.

Such a cute find. Who knew there was a Main St. hidden amongst the office buildings. I came in one morning for a London Fog and some avocado toast. I loved it so much that I came the next morning to try a latte and the Earl Grey muffin - absolutely fantastic. Beautiful space and I even saw a bunny when sitting outside sipping. PS, theres online ordering available if youre in a hurry!
