Just had an event and it was a great experience, the communication with the owner was good, friendly, useful, helped like a party planner. Also offers services for example, dj, cakes, meals, snack or fruits tables. We use most of them and they are really good, all our guest enjoy everything, the venue, the light up dance floor. He also work with us having the venue available the day before to allow us to take large items to decorate and the drinks. They also offered their coolers for our drinks, we just brought the ice, the staff is very friendly, polite and listens to our needs or concerns, were available throughout the event. We are very happy we used this venue, we will continue to have our future events there.

For DJs and groups, here they dont let you put anything on the lighting track. Even if they are small things, they do not allow it, Photographers dont want them up there with the wheeled video camera either because theyre going to scold them. Like the track was made of gold, theyre going to damage it...

I loved everything from the decoration, the staff and especially the service they provided. It was my first time having such a comfortable experience without going to the races and without worries, everything was perfect to celebrate my daughters fifteenth.... % recommended and above all the deluxe package, thank you very much Gustavo for making the impossible possible.. .

I want to thank Gustavo for all his attention at our wedding, all my guests were fascinated with the room, the food, the cake and everything that came in the Deluxe package, from the first day Gustavo told us that the Delixe package was a stress-free package And so it was, we didnt worry about anything...they did everything for us and the only thing we did that day was just enjoy our wedding. I highly recommend this party room for any event. My wedding was on November 11, 2023

Terrible experience in this salon. They never wanted to turn on the air conditioning at high capacity even though it worked perfectly since we had already trained there the previous days. They just ignored us completely. It is incredible that they provide this terrible service.

We had our nice quinceanera here and they didnt turn on the AC we couldnt enjoy the party because it was super hot the staff was rude with my sister in law. If you do your events during the summer make sure their AC work.

On the first of July 2023 we had my daughters party at the White Rock Banquet Hall and everything was very nice, my daughter enjoyed it to the fullest. In addition, the staff is very friendly, I really recommend it for any event you have in mind.
