Absolutely horrible service. The drive through staff rolled their eyes at us for giving us some one elses order. There attitude was nasty, and we were nothing but nice then we get the food home and all of the tacos and the crunchwrap had either no meat or just a few crumbs of meat. They didnt give us any sauce and 2 of the tacos towered not even wrapped up just thrown into the bag. I understand it was after 11pm but theyre open much later, its not like we were the last cars.

The service was slow and the restaurant was messy. The dining area was disorganized and there were napkins all around the floor. Even with fast food places, theres still expectations of cleanliness and good service. This may be because they didnt have enough people on to handle the rush, but the point still stands. Food was average for Taco Bell. Nothing special, just cheap. Parking: Be careful where you park and for how long. Lots of people get towed in this area.

I went to the closest location to me. Thinking it cant be that bad. $24+ I ordered a Doritos locos supreme combo. 2 beef chalupas supreme & 4ct delights. Everything but I what I actually went for(chalupas) turned out decent for fast food. The chalupas was either cooked in old oil or a dirty grease fryer. It gave the chalupas a weird taste. As pictures the bottom of the chalupas had a bunch of settling oil & it was oddly flat. I dont know if the delights are cooked in the same oil or in the same way at all but they seemed to taste fresher than the chalupas when I can only assume the delights come frozen. As well as the sour-cream on one wasn t even inside the chalupa a fkn mess. I learned my lesson & will drive the extra 7-10 mins to get fresher food at the location closer to Tx ave. Im aware this location is across from the university so I assumed they are busy enough to keep fresh oil. Either there is a lack of training for the employees or a lack of mgmt on shift. The employees were all kind & polite but being that they are all young in age they might not care about the quality thats being served. Overall this location needs an retraining on quality and consistency.

Make sure to ask for a receipt. I ordered 4 crunchy tacos supreme with a larger order and only received two. Was not provided with a receipt. I came back and explained the situation and was told that I would need a receipt, which I agree is valid, and then asked what to do in a situation in which I didnt receive one. To this they said they dont provide receipts unless one is requested. I requested a manager, something I rarely do, and was refused to speak to a manager. I requested the employees name and was refused that as well. To topic off I asked for a receipt with my current order and still didnt get a receipt.

I frequent this location regularly for lunch. I am a vegetarian and my regular order is 2 to 3 spicy potato soft tacos, add black beans, and hold the chipotle sauce. This Taco Bell and it s employees are some of the best I ve ever encountered, and the freshness of the food is impeccable. Depending on the day time frame you go depends on the type of service u get. I would say daytime is the best if u have any issues which at this location you will. I understand this location is very busy, but take a place like in n out or chickfila, or even canes 90% of the time my service is excellent something Taco Bell needs to work on. I can deal with a wrong order and explain and have it corrected, what you cant take back is bad customer service. I dont want to see anyone walking around doing nothing especially if theres a long line and my order is wrong. I also want to be told that my favorite potato tacos are missing the sauce because they ran out, some may think its small but if u dont eat meat or just want a lower sodium option then they need to explain that a piece of the product isnt available. Luckily because I expressed concern to the manager he was very accommodating but the issue could have been solved with a more mature staff member. Also taco bell, please please please have a worldwide meeting with all of your general managers and have them put all staff on the food line that can tell when food is cold, hard, needs to be wasted, soggy all of this. The pricing doesnt match up with the quality or even quantity of food. To pay 10.00 for 3 soggy tacos you should be ashamed as a whole company. Read your reviews for your stores and u will see how the numbers add up. Oh and bring your meximelts back and get rid of this insane 1 taco a day membership its insane to think someone other than a toddler could eat one taco a day at least make it 3 and work the pricing on that. Or better yet give me a call Ill help u will the logistics of what you customers want. Its simple keep up with your stores and youll see a profit and hire people who want to work and maybe give them more of an incentive to.

Ive been going to this Taco Bell location on University drive in College Station Texas for over 15 years! Yesterday at 5:30 I had the best service experience Ive ever had at that location! Employees were wiping down counters, tables, restocking, moving with purpose and cleaning up behind themselves. I asked to speak to the manager, Alina, and complimented her and the entire staff who were eagerly looking at me to see what I was saying. I let the manager know my experience was a reflection of her leadership, and she said shed only been on the job 6 months. Taco Bell you have a superstar in her, literally every employee was on task looked happy and the service was flawless, and the food was awesome too!

This Taco Bell is genuinely my favorite restaurant in town. I got breakfast this morning (around 9:45) and my potato soft taco tasted like it was literally made by god himself. I eat a LOT of the potato soft tacos from lots of Taco Bells and this one without fail always makes them perfectly and go above and beyond. Im really specific with how I like them and theyve always been awesome and in the dozens of times Ive been there I think theres only been a minor mistake literally once, months ago, that was easily fixed. Now back to this heavenly soft taco. Ive had many great potato soft tacos, but whoever made it this morning decided to smile upon me and I could not be more grateful. Whoever you are, whatever your name is, I genuinely hope your day is as incredible as that damn taco. Dont bother with the mobile app. Placed order before 718pm and got it after 743pm. Also I made my meal al fresco. They remade the crunch wrap twice before they got black bean correct and the burrito was sent back after it took a bite and found it full of cheese. Training is clearly not a priority and employees caring about processing mobile orders and making the food properly the first time is a problem with this location. Really an al fresco crunch wrap with black beans is about 1cm thick? Pathetic. Pictures online sure make it appear over 1 inch thick. I doubt the cheese and sour cream would boost it from 1cm to 1 inch in thickness. Do not recommend any taco bell at this point for this product. Seems par for the product at every location I have visited. Whereas this location has a real problem with execution and mobile orders. Most others I have visited dont have either issue. On the bright side the bean burrito had diced onions which really enhanced my enjoyment of the burrito. Hence 2 stars rather than 1 star. Your mileage may vary. Do not recommend this location. Do not recommend the al fresco black bean crunch wrap at all Taco Bells as it is consistently disappointing.

Horrible, doesnt do their jobs well at all. They give no fs what so ever. Got my bags and my items either were wrapped horribly or werent wrapped at all spilling stuff all over the bag. Didnt get any of the sauce I asked for, got some items right and some were wrong. This place needs a serious overhaul in staff and managers apparently, because they let the quality of these items go to the customer absolutely trashed. I went here tonight 1/15/22 between 7pm and 720pm. I dont understand how taco bell allows its employees to handle orders like this at all. My order number is 530.
