As soon as I saw the Grand Fireplace I knew that this was the place for us! My husband was born in Mexico and this venue tied in our Texas roots as well as his origins. We were welcomed by Paul on our first trip to Madera. He was so knowledgeable about wedding planning and gave us great history about Madera. The intricate history sold us on the venue. Caylin was our wedding coordinator. She did a fabulous job helping along the way as well as the day of the wedding. She made wedding planning a breeze. The hardest part was the seating chart (which she warned me about. LOL). We were so excited to say our I Dos and celebrate this new chapter in our lives here at Madera Estates.

I had my wedding here on August 17th and I can t rave enough about how amazing Madera staff is and how beautiful everything turned out, From the beginning, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day and made our dream wedding become a reality! Our coordinator, Alexa, provided the best service and communicated with us consistently throughout the entire process! We received so many compliments from friends and family. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding here!

We worked with Alexa and the staff at Madera Estates and they couldnt be more professional and enthusiastic about our couples wedding. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but Alexa and her staff were so attentive not only to the couple but to the vendors as well. It was a very warm day and their team was constantly bringing water and making sure everyone was ok, all the while coordinating a beautiful wedding with lots of moving parts. We have been to TONS of venues and this one definitely impresses, highly recommend.

Planning a wedding from 3,000 miles away was no small feat. Outside of two quick visits to Texas, all our meetings and preparations were done remotely. Madera worked with us at every step of the journey and we couldn t be more grateful! They were highly communicative, exceptionally helpful, and ceaselessly encouraging throughout the entire process. The property, buildings, furnishings, and amenities at Madera Estates are undeniably beautiful and meticulously curated. The people of Madera make it so spectacular. We would not have been successful without the incredible staff at Madera who made our dream a reality. Their professionalism and capabilities are second to none. The owners immediately made a positive and lasting impression on us. Paul and Ian made us feel like family, and we re so proud to be lifelong members of the Madera clan. We loved our wedding coordinators, even though they changed mid-stream. Our new coordinator, Alexa, worked tirelessly to ensure that our vision came to life. Her abilities were on full display the day of the wedding. She not only kept us all on the same schedule, which in and of itself is impressive, but she conducted the flow of the day, with all its myriad moving parts, seamlessly and with remarkable poise! Though their hard work behind the scenes may have gone largely unseen, their efforts were tremendously appreciated by all, especially by my husband and me. In short, Madera Estates frequently exceeded all of our expectations. They continuously eased the hassle of planning our big day from afar. Any concerns and anxieties we had were immediately addressed and solved by the Madera team. We highly recommend them for any wedding or other big event on your horizon!

Madera Estates hosted our wedding on April 19th, and I must say, this venue is truly exceptional. The ambiance makes you feel like youre in an exotic destination, and its perfect for hosting a wedding or any event. The staff paid incredible attention to every small detail, and when my wife and I had to reschedule our first date, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Ive been to many weddings, and the experience at Madera Estates is unparalleled. Our guests have been raving about their enjoyment at the venue. The Wedding Coordinator, Alexa Pereira, was absolutely fantastic, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and attending to our every need. Ian & Paul, the owners, were also incredibly supportive throughout our journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone - you wont be disappointed.

We had our dream wedding at Madera Estates. David and I wanted a venue that would complement our Mexican wedding theme and Madera s hacienda style architecture and decor was perfect. Ian was such a joy to work with from the beginning and upon meeting our day of coordinator we knew we could trust her. Caylin met with us several times before the wedding to ease any worries and accommodate our updates. We had an indoor dinner and outdoor reception and they helped accommodate the chilly weather with heaters as well as the intricate layouts we requested. Caylin was amazing at making sure everything was perfect the day of! Madera went above and beyond our expectations to make this day a true dream for us. We can t thank the team enough for leading us along this journey and helping us make our vision a reality.

Madera Estates exceeded our expectations in every single way. Paul gave us a tour and made us feel so welcomed and special from the very beginning. The venue itself is gorgeous, but the best part is the team you get behind you. Ian was our coordinator and he was incredible, we couldnt have asked for a better experience. From the moment we toured Madera, to the moment we did our grand exit, Ian, Paul, and his team treated us and our day like it was the number one priority to them. They made us feel so loved and so important. They took so much stress off of our plate and made our wedding day go so smoothly and made it perfect for us. I do not think it could have gone any better. We found all of our vendors at Madera Nights, their open house that they host, and Ian communicated with all of our vendors and essentially planned the entire day which went very smooth. I 10/10 recommend Ian and Paul s venue to anybody out there. It feels like you are in a secluded, different world while you are there, and they will treat you and your wedding day like it is the priority and most important day/event of your life. Not only did I feel like we got an amazing wedding day from Ian and Paul, but I felt like I made 2 great and lifelong friends. Please atleast tour Madera Estates; you will not regret it.

The Madera Estates venue and team are by far the best Ive ever worked with! They consistently keep the grounds looking absolutely beautiful at all times. Ive photographed many weddings and portrait sessions over the years, and let me tell you, the photos are always stunning. Im amazed by how there are new and interesting perspectives to be found every time I visit. When looking at the photos afterwards, it feels as if weve traveled overseas to Morocco or San Miguel de Allende. I always hear brides say how they fell in love with the venue with all the special touches and decor. The Madera team makes you feel at home from the moment you set foot inside, always greeted with a warm welcome. For brides who are thinking about booking with Madera Estates, just go for it! You will be happy and confident with your decision, not to mention the great impression your family and friends will have from a truly stunning experience like no other. My wife and I got married on Super Bowl Sunday, and I cant say enough good things about Madera Estates. They were professional, organized, courteous, and they went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was a smashing success. When we arrived on our special day, Caylin was there to greet us and usher us to our respective rooms. Being an unorganized groom, I had no idea where I needed to be and she calmly directed my drunken friends and me to every place we needed to be. She also easily navigated my lovely and A-type wife. No bridezilla was found that day because everything was perfect. She even got us a cup of rain water from that day to take home as a good luck charm. She thought of every detail! Just also want to mention that the venue was gorgeous and the entire staff was on their game that day. We couldnt be more grateful!

It s been almost a year since we got married and this review is long overdue. We can t even begin to describe how everyone should get married here. 1) Madera Estates is effortlessly beautiful. We loved every curated corner of design and decor. This saved us not only monetarily, but also freed us to spend time adding special touches without having to worry about the grand design. 2) The team, (shout out Paul and Kaylee), made us feel like this was their wedding since day one. Paul asked about our lives and why we wanted to get married there, he welcomed our families to visit the venue so they felt comfortable. Kaylee - she is the planner you need. Everyone kept telling us we were the calmest couple planning a wedding. Our only response was - because Kaylee has it covered. She took our vendors and communicated with them, everyone was on time and in place without any worry, and in the perfect place. A button fell off a groomsman s suit, Kaylee fixed it. Where is all your stuff going? They packed it up and placed in the correct cars so nothing was left behind. Return the vendor items? No, they did that for us too. If you want the most worry-free wedding this is the place. 3) They have a portal and vendor list that will all get organized through them. This allowed us to make payments easily in one location and not worry about the hundreds of due dates. 4) How could they make it easier? They have rentals! Hidden behind the venue is a space you can look at all the different tableware, candles, chargers, etc. You can set it all up how it ll look and make sure you love it all together. Since it s part of Madera, that s it! No coordinating extra rentals! A wedding is a celebration of the couple with their favorite family and friends. Madera let us make sure that s what we were consumed in; not the planning, not the stress, and not the day after returns.

Thank you so much for making our wedding day better than we couldve imagined. I knew Madera Estates was the best venue for us because walking in, it reminded me of San Miguel de Allende, which growing up my family visited every summer. During the tour, Paul showed us an album with previous weddings at the venue when we noticed alpacas! I adored the idea and knew I needed them at our wedding as well. They had so many wonderful ideas to get inspired by and going to the open house gave perfect vendor recommendations to choose from. This whole wedding process was emotional and I couldnt have gone through it without all of their help. Paul and Ian were quick to respond and check up on how the wedding planning was going. Especially before I was assigned my wedding coordinator. With Alexa, she met with us in person to go over all details. She was fantastic, answered all of my questions, very attentive to detail, and had a great attitude. Ian and Alexa helped finalize everything I had been overthinking and put my mind as ease. My fiance is in the military so he missed in person planning sessions, but the entire staff at Madera Estates was very accommodating. They talked via video and included him in the process as much as they could. We received all of their support on our special day and cant thank them enough. Beautiful venue! Awesome staff. They know how to handle every emergency party situation and kept it all behind the scenes. My husband and I did not lift a finger the day of our wedding. Madera Estates was such a wonderful venue! We had originally saw it online and were interested in the hacienda vibes and their large space to accomodate a big wedding. We were blown away at their open house by how beautiful and lively it was. My wife and I loved working with Kaylee, Ian, and Paul throughout our wedding planning process. There was quick communication and they helped cater things to our preferences. Kaylee was our coordinator and made sure we were prepared and not too stressed. She had great tips and recs for vendors as well. She was amazingly helpful day of for making sure things ran smoothly! You will not be disappointed if you book with them. If youre on the fence, they have an open house event about twice a year,, so go check it out!

Its a beautiful venue. Lots of spots to take beautiful photos. Very well laid out and spacious for a good sized event. Little sister got married and had just over 200 people in attendance. Everyone fit great and there was still plenty of room for a dance floor. The employees were all super helpful and did a wonderful job.

We Traveled to Texas from MI to get married amongst our family. We just decided to stop by Madera on our way to the airport. I fell in love with the people and this venue as soon as we walked in. They allowed us to tour even though you usually need appointments. We made several trips back to Texas and looked at many other venues because my now husband thought we needed to explore our options. I finally said can we go back to Madera now? I love everything about our wedding! Our wedding planner Marygrace was the absolute best! Paul and Ian were not only helping with all things wedding but they were also helpful with places to eat and visit while we were visiting. I would love to go back every year just to celebrate our anniversary and visit our new friends at Madera. I highly recommend this venue!

When my fiance and I took a tour of the venue, we knew we instantly that we were going to get married there and no other venue couldve been as prefect as Madera Estates. I had my wedding at Madera Estates in May of 2023 with ~200 guest count an it was such a magical experience for us and our guests. We were assigned Kaylee as our wedding coordinator and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. Kaylee was so flexible with her time, very responsive, would always answer any question I had, overall the entire process was so stress free for us. We knew we were in good hands and did not need to worry about the the big day. The day of the wedding, Kaylee and the Madera team set up our entire wedding made the entire day so stress-free. She made sure all the vendors were on time, the entire wedding timeline to the minute was perfectly coordinated without a single flaw by Madera Estates and their team. I could not have had a more perfect wedding without their help, and I am so thankful to Kaylee, Paul, and Ian for giving us the most precious memories that well forever cherish!

WHERE DO I BEGAN!! So when we initially looked for wedding venues, Madera Estates was our 7th/8th venue that we have looked at. Paul gave us our tour. The first thing Paul asked us was getting to know us, how we met, the engagement story, etc. NO OTHER VENUE had done this, getting to know the couple. Something as simple as that, it gave us a good vibe right from the start. Once we started walking around the venue, we were blown away. From the numerous locations to do the ceremony, to the groom suite that had so many amenities besides just a plain ole room, to the Hacienda.. everything was just stunning as is! And to top it off, they gave us MaryGrace as a wedding coordinator?!? She know what she s doing, snaps to her! The whole team went above and beyond and I couldn t have dreamt of a better venue. Gorgeous venue. For djs booked for this venue there are plenty of power options and the layout is real easy in regards to how you can set up speakers. Madera Estates is the perfect wedding venue! We recently had our wedding reception here and it was a dream come true. We received so many compliments from our guest and the food was amazing! This could not have happened without our amazing wedding coordinator Kaylee! She was so helpful throughout our wedding planning and responded to every question we had. My husband and I had a last minute venue change and called Madera Estates after finding them online. They had an appointment cancel earlier, so they were able to fit us in that same day! The second we walked in, we knew it was going to be the place we said I do. Not only was it beautiful and exactly what we were looking for, but Ian gave us an amazing tour and was so kind and welcoming. We signed the contract on the spot without any hesitation. Our wedding planner was Kaylee, and we absolutely LOVED her and had the best time working with her. She made sure everything went perfectly smooth on the day of, and we are seriously going to miss seeing her at our pre-wedding meetings. She is super responsive, on top of things, and knowledgable whenever I had questions which was super important to us. She took care of so much and made our lives easier - thank you, Kaylee! I also loved how everyone at Madera was so genuine. It is a family owned business, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into every wedding. I had my wedding at Madera Estates in April 2022 (~200 guest count). To summarize the experience in a couple of words: beautiful, romantic, and stress-free. Ian gave my parents, fiance and I the first venue tour, and then he sat down with us to explain the package options. By the end of the evening, we were completely sold. Ian remained in communication with us after, helping us understand the contract we were signing with the venue, and then guiding us through the initial wedding planning (i.e. working with the caterers, figuring out a day of timeline, understanding how to make venue payments.) Ian was always quick to respond, and he made the whole experience feel magical. Madera has certain vendors built in to their packages, and I highly recommend using those vendors as it streamlines your planning, you only send a check to Madera (vs 10 different vendors), and you know you will get high quality vendors. Madera also has a list of vendor recommendations, and they host Madera Nights in order for you to meet those vendors (that was an awesome in and of itself!). Once we got closer to the wedding date, Kaylee took over as our wedding coordinator. Kaylee was so flexible with her time, ensuring that I didnt have to take off from work for the venue meetings. During our first sit down, we walked through a 20 page document the wedding bible, where she took notes on all of our vendors, preferences, and the smallest details that you wouldnt even think of. From that point on, I knew we were in good hands and did not need to worry about the venue being organized and on top of things. We had two additional meetings to determine decorations/linens and finalize the details. Madera has their own rental company, so it is a breeze to rent any additional linens/decorations that are not in your original package. Kaylee was also very responsive via email, and she ensured all of my questions were answered before the event. Madera also had checklists available and sent reminder emails with various planning tips that I found very helpful! On the day of the wedding, Kaylee and the Madera team set up our entire wedding (including every little decoration I rented/brought), and made the entire day so stress-free! Ive been to some weddings where the bridal party and family had to spend a lot of time in the morning setting up the venue (and then being exhausted for the festivities), but that was not the case at all with Madera. I know I didnt witness everything, but I could not believe the level of coordination from the Madera team. One example of this was after the ceremony, my dress needed to be bustled by a specific bridesmaid. Kaylee called in to her microphone headset to the other Madera coordinators and asked someone to get eyes on and escort the bridesmaid to the Bridal suite to bustle my dress. Within five minutes, the bridesmaid was there and ready to get me bustled. I was amazed! One other example of the great work by Kaylee and her team is that my cake had a slight accident after it was delivered. The baker had already left, but Kaylee was able to get a hold of her, and the baker was able to come back to fix the cake. Kaylee took care of things and never seemed to lose her cool! Beyond all of the amazing work by the Madera team, the venue is just beautiful and magical. I could not have had a more perfect wedding without their help, and I am so thankful to come across this venue!

Ian, the venue director, made every encounter personable by getting to know us and seeing our vision for our wedding. Madera Estates was a DREAM COME TRUE! We just had our wedding reception on December 17, 2021 and it was magical. It was everything we dreamed of and more.. It was in our destiny to find this beautiful place, exactly where we grew up, Conroe, Tx. It was a hidden treasure that was meant for us to find. When we got engaged in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico the December before, we immediately began our hunt for wedding venues. When we came across the description on the website that stated, inspired by San Miguel de Allende we knew we had found our venue and booked an appointment right away. Stepping through the doors of the venue transported us to a different world, after being there for a while you forget youre still in Texas. Our first experience meeting the team was phenomenal. We had the pleasure of working with Ian and Kaylee. We were so impressed with the selection of decor from the Madera Luxe collection, as well as a sense of ease when we were provided with a list of preferred vendors to choose from. This made wedding planning SUCH a breeze. The customer service and response to our needs were exceeded from start to finish. If we could do it all over again, we would! This is a very nice place to have a wedding or large event. It has a nice layout with both indoor and outdoor areas for gathering and more. We attended a wedding here and it was beautifully laid out and set up. The place itself has kind of a Spanish more colonial style look. There are different rooms, entrance foyer, bar areas and a huge indoor hall. This is a beautiful place and I would recommend it for a nice big wedding.

Madera Estates was the PERFECT venue for our wedding. First of all, Ian was so accommodating throughout the pandemic. We had to postpone in 2020, and Ian made us feel comforted throughout that process, working with us to ensure we felt comfortable with our rescheduled date. The entire Madera staff continued to check-in throughout our prolonged engagement, keeping us on track with our planning (which was very helpful). For our wedding day we had Caitlin, who went above and beyond to make our day perfect. There were a few hiccups from vendors, but Caitlin handled them all without allowing me (the bride) to feel any stress that day. Getting married at Madera was like a fairy tale. We got married here in Feb 2021 and it was an amazing experience! Short answer, Ian was a fantastic coordinator and the venue was very flexible and accommodating to anything we needed/ wanted. With Covid going on, they had all their staff in masks, had hand sanitizer around the venue and had protective plastic shields up in front of the bartenders. They also let us decide how much we wanted to require masks or anything else regarding covid for ourselves and our guests. The weekend we got married, there was a big freeze. We were planning on doing the ceremony outside but had to last minute change it to inside and they had no issues with the change. They set up the ceremony and flipped to the reception room in less than 30 minutes which was great because the guests were waiting outside by the bar (in 30 degree windy weather). They had heaters and fire pits as well. Ian was our day-of coordinator and we LOVED him. We had a different coordinator who left Madera ~2 weeks before our wedding. Ian set up FaceTime meetings with us to introduce himself and make sure we were on the same page with all the plans. He was able to take over successfully and reduce stress we had about losing our coordinator so close to the date. On the day of, he had everything planned out so that we didn t have to lift a finger. We brought in several decorations and he set everything up for us for the entry way and the tables, etc. Anything we asked for, he pretty much said yes. He was bringing us champagne and snacks while we got ready and we were never wondering where he was or waiting on anything. We had an espresso bar scheduled for the reception and they cancelled the day before. Ian personally looked for a replacement and was able to get some coffee for us super last minute!

My husband and I got married here and let me tell you, we were FAR from disappointed. Despite the stress of COVID, our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We were in awe by the customer service just during our tour of the venue. This continued throughout the entire 16 months until we walked down the aisle. Our saving grace was non other than MaryGrace. Our first coordinator left a few months before our wedding. Ian was great at keeping us well informed and introducing us to MaryGrace. Let me tell you.. we received a new coordinator along with a new friend. MaryGrace wanted the absolute best for us and was fantastic at communicating with us, helping me make last minute decisions, and making sure our day was as perfect as it was. She remembered the smallest details and surprised my husband and I with them on the day of. For example, she set up the groomsmen gifts with my husbands favorite music artist in the background on the tv to hype them up as soon as they walked in. ALL HER. I mean.. come on. Everybody loved her. We miss her so much and just want to throw another event to work with her again! You will not be disappointed in this venue or their team. This place is awesome in every way. The grounds are perfectly manicured, the decor is beautiful. The bride and groom each have their own suite the day of the wedding to get ready and hang out. Ian was awesome, Caitlin did a great job the day of our wedding and getting all the vendors in order. Everyone with Madera was first class! Funny story about booking with Madera Estates, when my fiance (now husband!) and I went to attend Bridal Extravaganza last year, we came across Madera Estates, got their venue brochure, I even filled out forms with my husbands contact number in case we were potentially interested in booking with them. Once we got home, we started looking into the venue however, I unfortunately wasnt too sold on it quite yet in the beginning so we tossed the brochure to the side then one day, my fiance actually got a call from Ian Ramirez asking if wed like a tour of the place and we thought, well why not, it wouldnt hurt to check the place out, so we to Madera and saw the venue first hand and immediately, I fell in love with it! From the stunning Spanish/European detailing to the sparkling chandeliers inside the Hacienda, everything about Madera just gives you that Princess vibe! I could picture myself saying I do to my husband and creating something magical at Madera. I truly believe in my heart, we were meant to have our wedding at Madera Estates and to have Ian be our wedding coordinator and making our beautiful wedding come to life. The only thing more perfect than our match as a couple was our match to this wedding venue! Our philosophy is if you re going to do things, do them right or don t do them at all. Madera Estates venue and staff allowed us to do exactly that for our wedding. First off, very few places in the greater Houston area offer the type of architectural authenticity that Madera does. This venue is as close to a destination wedding in Mexico as you will get without having to leave Texas. It was perfect for our traditional with a twist Mexican-themed wedding. Many who have seen our pictures have asked what part of Mexico our wedding was in...even people IN Mexico! Second, the phrase above and beyond falls short in describing how truly fantastic the staff was. From beginning to end, none of our CRAZY ideas were hard to accommodate. Not only did they go along with our requests, they facilitated many of them for us. Mechanical bull! Sure, why not? Coronavirus piñata, love it! Alpacas for the grand entrance? No problem! Fireworks show? We ve got you covered!You want to COVID test all of your guests? We can manage that. You want your pup to walk you down the aisle? We ll pin the flower in her lapel for you. They followed up with all the vendors and literally kept us sane with all the moving pieces during wedding planning and the day of the event. When issues popped up (as they inevitably will working with sooo many vendors), Ian, Madera s Venue Director, took care of things for us in the most efficient and professional way. It s like we had our own magical wedding wizard to make sure everything went off without a hitch. We were fortunate to have a wonderful wedding fairy in Caitlin as our wedding coordinator, too. All in all, our experience with Madera left us wanting to have another wedding all over again! We couldn t have imagined throwing this kind of fiesta anywhere else. To start: we were blown away by the grooms quarters, bridal suite, ceremony space (pictured), cocktail hour area & the reception hall!!! My HUSBAND and I immediately fell in love with this venue when we attending a winter open house then continued to fall even more in love when we visited the next 300 times haha. The staff at Madera was amazing, so on top of actually everything & always welcomed us with sangria! Mary Grace, the onsite day of coordinator, is actually a superhero!! My son was married here Friday 2/19/21. After the week of snow and ice, no electricity or water, the venue made sure everything was taken care of. They reassured my son and his fiancee that everything there was handled, as well as contacting the other vendors to make sure everything was a go. They chopped up any remaining ice and used blowers to dry everything making it safe for our guests. The wedding was beautiful, the venue was beautiful, and Eon the director and his staff was on site at all times to answer any questions and to make sure things ran smoothly. When my husband and I toured Madera Estates back in 2018 we knew this was the venue for us! From every little detail this venue needed little to no decorations it is beautiful the way it is. We originally set our wedding date for May 16th 2020. Unfortunately, due to coronavirus we were unable to get married that day... but Madera Estates were completely understanding and we decided to get married July 4th 2020.
