I come here all the time and typically never have a problem but today I got time. Im in line behind a Hispanic female & there is a Hispanic cashier. The lady in front of me asked for soy sauce. Cashier gives her almost 2 hand fulls of sauce. When it was my turn to check out I asked for Soy sauce, she looked me right in my face a gave me 1 package. I said why did I only get one her response was well you asked for teriyaki sauce and soy sauce thats why you only get one here take this and hands me 2 more packs. I did not like her attitude & I felt some type of way about how she handled that situation. Completely out of line. Im just going to sit here and eat my food and not make a big deal about it but if it happens again theres going to be a real problem. Ijs.

Been coming here with my boyfriend for years and usually the service is not so good but today we were not greeted at the front but after a couple of minutes a lady named May came to save the day!! Not only was she right on point by greeting us as soon as she saw us. She came to th d table to make sure our food was good and explained the points system.

Cannot recommend this panda express, the food is always terrible and with this last order, the experience was just horrible. I had to wait in line with my food on the side getting cold while the employee checking out this one group of people who were extra, you know, and they could not get another employee to work the other register to get the other customers out? Never commingle here again, it seems that common sense does nor quality is a priority here.

I stopped at this location yesterday for lunch. I ordered a bigger plate with double orange chick and honey walnut shrimp. I received some other kind of chicken with pineapple (which I m allergic to) my order was completely wrong. I ve tried calling, but it just rings and nobody answers.

Marginally more expensive than other fast food options, this is a great place to get something different from the usual quick fare. Panda always has fresh food, in the kitchen is visible from the ordering area and you can see that they use fresh quality ingredients and while they dont cook to order, it is typically very fresh unless near closing. They do however, when close to closing, stop creating some dishes or selling them as opposed to serving old food - in my experience. The service is always extremely quick, and the rewards program is quite rewarding . Well this isnt the cheapest option, it does satisfy a craving that most fast food chains cant. Most people have tried panda but if you havent then definitely give it a try. This location is clean the services friendly and quick, theres plenty of seating or picking up to go you can be in and out in a matter of a few minutes. I visited multiple times and will do so again. Vegetarian options: There arent a lot of vegetarian options however they do have delicious chow mein rice and vegetable medleys.

The best thing about this place is the setup!! Even if it s dirty it s the best thing about this place. Egg roll was horrible fried rice was just white rice they forgot to actually fry and season. Orange chicken was mostly batter. Just not a good experience. It wasn t just 1 time it has been the last 4 times.

There s always something at this store. Closing the lobby early to convenience themselves, but inconvenience customers. They ran out of plates and used bowls so that they could charge you more for less food. Be careful when driving a distance to this store because they close when they re supposed to be open. The only time the workers are nice is when the corporate people are in the store.

The service was friendly and everyone greets you when you arrive and leave. Everything was delicious except for the fried rice. It was kind of hard and flavorless. Many of the empty tables were dirty but a polite request and someone came to clean it right away. Id return.

Myself ,my bf and our child under 4 come here havent been here for a while had high hops that it would be good... myself and son was eating food tasted like its been siting a while but can only Expect so much from a buffet and when my bf wanted to see if they added anymore fresh food cuz he decided he wanted to eat something he had to wait 45 minutes before they come out with anything when we told the service the food tasted old they just walked away after a little they brought us a big fresh plate we werent really hungry anymore but had a few bits and our son was getting grumpy we wanted to leave my bf went to go pay and talked to anther service told her what happen and to see if we can get a to go container we were told we would have to pay an extra 30$ if we wanted to take that home ( so that was 80$) we were told....my bf said that it isnt far when we only had a few bits of it but cuz we were the only ones that said something they wouldnt do anything about it and we had to pay my bf tryed saying that we should get a discount or something cuz we didnt eat anything really the server threatened to call the cops cuz she Assumed we werent going to pay but we left the big plate of food and got charged for two adults still when only one adult and one a child under 4 only had a few bits and we were still charged 60$ BTW to that server that was going to call the cop the next time your talking to a customer about an issue can you not be pretty much yelling? Everyone in the restaurant could hear you vary clearly

I just went to Panda Express #2773 in Grand Prairie. My bill was $17.10 for a bowl of fried rice Kung Pao Chick and a bowl of chow mein noodle with broccoli. I only had four tiny pieces of beef, so I had to search for them. I also encountered the same problem with the Pao Chick. This was my first time ever buying food from Panda and it will be my last visit there. I really want to give zero reviews to them, but there is no option.

5/19/23 the two ladies working the front line was amazing customer service Amazing! Walked into the building and welcome to panda express was so load and clear very welcoming. I love it true customer service was given from the moment we entered the place until to walked out!
