Came here upon recommendation via Facebook ad. The Asian fusion snacks and drinks definitely were a hit on this hot August day. I got the piña colada and my husband got the magonada to drink. We also shared the carne asada fries and that was more than enough to share for lunch. Highly recommend and would definitely be back!

the food was not made with what was presented. The chicken was very low quality amd tasted of cinnamon. the noodles were not garlic and had a chemical taste. Avoid the food until better ingredients are used. You could get very sick.

We ordered chicken and it came out raw, when we showed the lady up front she asked what do you want me to do? With an attitude as if it was a big problem that the chicken came out raw. What do you mean what do you want me to do? , ummm either replace our meal or give us a refund? Then she only offered to replace the two wings that were raw and said it would be a 10 minute wait, why not replace the whole meal? Horrible attitude and service.

I hadn t been here in a while but was craving boba with a savory snack. The employees were nice but I think it s dumb that management charged $0.85 for a small container of ranch if you don t order the wing combo. For example, I ordered some wings and asked for ranch and the manager charged me for it. Smh The wings were lemon pepper and were so salty. I also ordered the hot Cheetos fries with cheese and that was a miss too but the strawberry horchata was delicious.

I ordered the tropical crush limeade for a $6 dollar drink it was absolutely abhorrent. I took two sips before I decided it wasn t even worth drinking. They somehow turned a simple mango and passion fruit smoothie into a greasy popcorn tasting drink that was absolutely disgusting. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

I ordered the garlic noodles and popcorn chicken combo. The noodles werent anything close to what was described, I thought I was getting noodles, not angel hair pasta. They also tasted weird and not like anything anyone would enjoy. The chicken and fries were terrible. They tasted like nothing despite me getting them with garlic butter. The chicken was SO dry and literally chewy. The fries were stale and had zero flavor. Everything might look good, but looks are deceiving. This is the kind of place people with really low food standards go.

I ordered the hot Cheetos elote and the popcorn chicken. Think they use fake extra hot Cheetos? They re not spicy at all- I tested them against the regular spicy Cheetos I have at home which were actually hot. The elote corn and stuff was good, just not at all spicy. It was alright. Two drinks totalled a little over 12 dollars. The strawberry lemonade was decent in flavor. A little on the tart side, but enough sugar to balance it out. The strawberry flavor was visible. The Thai tea however was a little flavorless. It was sweet but the Thai tea flavor wasnt prominent. Overall three stars unless I come back to try the food.

It really wasnt that good! I got lemon wings & elotes & the wings were burnt & dry. The elotes were really good! They switched people in the middle of me ordering, so I had to reorder everything (which isnt terrible, buy kind of an inconvenience) My drink was not very good either, but I normally get the same thing at the other zero degrees in Frisco & its amazing. Zero Degrees is definitely my go to when I am craving boba and snacks. I am completely obsessed with their Ube Milkshake. I also regularly order their Thai tea and lychee drink, which are also delicious. I love their fried snacks their chicken bites and garlic fries are bomb! A very underwhelming experience. I ve been to at least four different locations and this one wasn t consistent with my previous experiences. The wings were cooked to hell on the outside and the skin felt like bird armor. I asked about getting a new batch fried and the explanation was they have to cook them that hard so they will be done on the inside. . So No ai can t have a new batch lol. They seasoned the mess out of the wings as well, my mouth is still puckered. Every drink was off . To much of this, or not enough of that. Just seems like quality control could be better at this location.

Ever since I saw all the colorful pictures of this place and the variety of choices they offered in pictures this place posted online, I have been wanting to try this place for a while and with high hopes but was SO disappointed with actually being there. The actual menu is super limited and I didnt see over half of the variety on the menu as I remembered seeing in colorful pictures online. I ordered a shrimp and fry combo but was very disappointed with most of it being (not fresh) fries and just a few pieces of shrimp. There was only ranch and they didnt offer any other sauces or dips, I could see, so I ate a few bites of this combo dry. I ordered the Cajun fries but I got garlic fries instead and they were super salty. The few shrimp that was there had little to no taste and there was no color to it other than pinkish/brown. I dont know where all the other food and drinks are on the menu but they definitely dont helps you in selecting anything either, as some of the choices on the menu, I have never even heard of. So I didnt know what some of the food items were to order it and try. The girl at the front counter seemed frustrated with me not being able to make up my mind quickly to order something, despite no one other than me and my friend were the ONLY people there. We sat in this place mostly to talk and to catch up with each other and ended up NOT eating it at all. We realized we were in this place for over two hours and only one other person came in to order... I really didnt want to give this place a not good review but for its location (literally right off the 75) and the dead atmosphere, along with the lack of food, this place is not for me. I am so bummed about the experience because I was really hoping for a place like this, I could be excited about going to, that offered something more than what the typical food places around here are.

I used to like this place. The strawberry horchata is good. My kid likes their watermelon slush. But what is upsetting is - they used to use the string fries for their garlic fries and it was really good. The string fries picked up the flavoring so well. But now they use bulky fries and it drowns out the garlic flavoring or they dont compensate the bulky fries with more garlic seasoning. It just tastes like plain French fries. I went in on a Monday afternoon to pick up an online order and I wasnt greeted at all when I walked in (there was only one girl working at the front and there was a couple before me, so she was busy making their drink orders so it is what it is). I was thinking that she and only one other person was working the back thats why I had to wait even though the place was practically empty, but then I saw a couple employees just standing in the back behind the curtain and chatting. The food was ok and the drink was good as well, but the food was definitely not the same as it used to be. Ive been going to this place since they first opened, and the food used to be AMAZING. The spice level wasnt even what I ordered and the fries have been changed to standard cut instead of the thin shoestring fries they used to have, which is very disappointing.

I have been a regular here for over 2 years, I have spent SO much money and sent people here time and time again. My friend got an online gift card for me for $30 to spend at Zero Degrees for my birthday. The location is 25 minutes from me, but worth the drive. I got there and was told my gift card was not valid for their location, and had to be used at its location meant for purchase. It was an ONLINE card. Nowhere did it mention a location, only that I needed to present the code to the cashier. After 15 minutes of going back and forth I just left. I will not be supporting you anymore.

I just came in and placed 2 orders, I ordered 2 drinks that were watered down and not spicy. After that I ordered a flaming hot elotes after a long wait, I had to ask the staff how much longer. They told me there was an issue in the back. Once I my order was ready, one of the staff rudely placed the bag in front of me. The elotes were awfully sweet to where I had to throw it out. I really liked the vibe. I only purchased food when I came here. I got the garlic noodles with shrimp and steak. It was delicious and I would definitely eat here again and try one or 2 of their delicious looking drinks

This was my first time trying this eatery but I have to say that I will not return or recommend this place. I order the carna asada fries only so have steak bits. Only to be told that it was a fries dish for $8.50. The watermelon slushy was okay.

Nothing special about it to be honest! We tried the pink Lychee frozen drink it was pretty good for what it was. The hot Cheetos cheese fries were shoestring fries to me they were too hard for my liking. The cheese was squirted onto the dish & instead of spooned from a hot pan/pot so it wasn t all that hot. Overall not too bad but nothing to brag about. The customer service is what won the 3 stars the cashier was very polite and helpful! The bathroom they claimed was closed with sewer issues. That was a lie they had a child of their own there that used the suppose to be public restroom. So they closed it to the public to allow their child that s at the business with them while working and family to only use it.

Went here 2 weeks ago. So here is my review. Ordered Spicy Cheetos Fries, Mango Nada and House Coffee(Vietnamese Cream Coffee). Taste-wise everything was good and service was also timely. I would recommended Mango Nada to all the mango fan or people who loves like sweet, little spicy and little tangy drinks with some chunks of Mango. Now coming to the ratings. The reason for 3 star is I have to deduct 2 point for 2 issues - 1. Spicy Cheetos Fires was not at all spicy. And Just red in color. Fries was topped with some red powder which might be crushed Cheetos but didn t taste like Cheetos. Since they advertised it as Spicy and it was not - Minus one star. 2. Ice in Vietnamese Coffee - When I ordered the coffee, I selected the Ice option as Less Ice . Even after this selection, my coffee mug had around 50% ice. Not sure how much they put if I say More Ice. So minus one more star. Based on the taste I would recommend Mango Nada and House Coffee(Vietnamese Cream Coffee)

Zero degrees had good menus options. For their drinks the mixes are pre-made and you are unable to adjust the sweetness level. They also do not use the machine to seal the bobba tea drinks which can make it more difficult to transport.

Zero Degrees wasnt bad at all. The only reason I gave 3 stars was simply because of my taste buds. The drink I ordered was a tad bit sweet for me and the Elote dish was good, I would have preferred more cheese or some type of cream base. With that being said, Zero Degrees was packed. Obviously its good, just not for me:(

I ve been going to this boba restaurant ever since it first opened, and every drink I ve ordered is delicious. My personal favorite is the Thai-Oreo camouflage drink, but OG mangonada is also a great go-to if you like chamoy. At first glance, the drinks seem overpriced but once you see the size of the cup and taste the flavor, it s well worth it.

Second time was the charm. My first experience was the mangonada and I was not smart enough to look up what it actually was. I don t like the Mexican flavors it s disgusting to me but I understand it s popularity. I went back recently and chose the strawberry cheesecake camo brûlée it was super good. Very tasty and I m craving another already. The fries with BBQ poppers were a nice touch as well. I ll be going back with friends again it s not as bad as I originally thought.
