I can not say thank you enough to Kate and her team and how much they assisted me through my divorce every step of the way. The communication is top notch and the professionalism in how they not only treated myself but also my situation was truly above beyond. Even after everything was resolved they still assisted me when I had questions or concerns and made sure I had clear understandings of anything I asked or needed. If I am ever in a situation where I need an attorney Kate and her team will be my first call, even if they can not assist me due to it maybe being a situation they don t handle I will trust their recommendation on who they refer simply based on what I now know in regards from them assisting myself. I honestly can t say enough great things about Kate and her team. If you are in need of an attorney and want the most knowledgeable, professional, plays defense when needed , but delivers an offense most can t defend, will fight for you to ensure you get everything you deserve and simply put just all around the best of the best, then you should stop looking now. Trust me when I say these situations are good for neither party involved but with Kate and her team on your side she will take the wheel and you can breathe while feeling the stress of the situation being lifted. Again Kate and her team are simply the greatest and I can t say thank you enough or enough kind words in regards!! Plain and simple They get the job done!!

Kate and Andrew were absolutely integral in my case. This isn t your normal divorce, it is extremely difficult. They have fought for my protection and the protection of my kids. They make sure every corner is covered. Unfortunately, they will probably be representing me for years but I wouldn t want anyone else. Highly recommended.

Kate Bihm and her team are simply OUTSTANDING! I unfortunately had a difficult case that her and the team took on with confidence . They made me feel comfortable and thoroughly explained the process to me step by step. In addition to receiving a diagram of what to expect, they were always available for questions and were extremely detail oriented . I honestly can t thank this firm enough for the outcome I received. If you are looking for an attorney who is experienced in family law, look no further. Her and her associate, Andrew, are both extremely knowledgeable and experienced with the Montgomery County judges and their expectations which makes for a smooth process. There were four other attorneys I met with before Kate that told me what I needed couldn t be done in Texas. Kate told me she could do it and DID! She guided me through my divorce and child custody orders for my daughter. Because of her and her firm, my daughter will grow up in a safe and happy environment and for that I am forever grateful. I cant say enough great things about this firm.

They represented my daughter and I was present to witness professionalism, knowledge, and support for my daughter with her battle in the theater known as divorce court. Kate is the queen of demanding respect, making sure that the laws governing divorce are followed and with Andrew made the outcome a wonderful one. I am thankful she was on our side. I have been in a highly contentious legal battle with my ex husband since I filed for divorce over 7 years ago. I was very poorly represented for the first 6 years, and I paid for it dearly. I lost time with my children, and spent over 250K without ever having the appropriate evidence entered on my behalf. Fast forward to a year ago when I hired Kate Bihm, and everything changed. When I tell you this was a David vs Goliath situation she was facing with my court case, that doesnt even adequately describe what she was up against. (Its amazing what 6 years of misrepresentation can do to your ability to win in family court). But Kate and her team did just that. Not only did she restore the relationship with my children that had been unjustly severed, but she restored my faith in the legal system - specifically, family court. If you want to understand how much she did for me, I can put it to you this way: my husband and I are expecting our second child together this Spring, and we are naming her Kate.

This lady comes highly recommended by me. I could not have asked for a better attorney. In the beginning search and interviewing so many attorneys, I would ask each how I would know which one to choose. She is the ONLY one that said with prayer and Gods direction would I know. SHE was my choice. She is such a fantastic attorney, she knows her stuff and has the most pleasant attitude. She kept me grounded the entire time. It is hard having to get an attorney to deal with certain circumstances, but having come across her path, I know God had a hand in it. I am so glad our paths crossed!!! And I love her assistant as well. This is not your run of the mill attorney and office. Kate is very very special!!! There is no other choice in my opinion.
