The Kinder firm came to me when two other firms had rejected me. My soul is troubled with sadness and a sense of hopelessness. The Kinder firm, led by the founding lawyer Jennifer Kinder, began to consult with me about my case. I shared with her my dilemma with the other firms that rejected my case. The rejections made me think I didnt have much of a case and little chance of winning, especially against one of the largest corporations in the country. Attorney Jennifer Kinder convinced me that no case, large or small, is of no significance and makes no difference about the corporations size. That convinced me that she and the firm were suitable for the case. My case may have been small and of no significance, but when attorney Jennifer Kinder finished my case, that little case brought forth a windfall that blew me away. Ironically, her firm expression is small enough to care, smart enough to win! Hallelujah to that!

This law firm is ridiculous!! Sarah Scragg/ Stragg was very unprofessional and rude. I called them to get an update on a claim from a year ago which was annoying because Ive had to call them throughout this entire time instead of them reaching out updating me! Theyve had 2/3 different people handle my claim, all seem to be interns with little to no knowledge of what to do. I always had to be placed on hold or wait for the attorney to give them info days/weeks after initiating the phone calls for updates. My claim was 12/2022 I called them for months and months constantly being told they were still working on my claim. They even sent me to therapy and were sending pain meds well after 1/2023 so is there some fraud going on, or is someone lying??? Today I called once again and this stragg woman said the claim was closed 1/2023. I have letters from Kinder months after 1/2023 so Im a very confused and dont understand how my claim was denied a month later if I was speaking to them after 1/2023 and being told something totally different. The only explanation both Sarahs at this firm gave was we can send you the denial letter. SMH Please Go back to school and stop answering the phone with lack of proper information lying too clients!!!! I would not recommend this company if youre in serious need of help for any auto claim.

I ve had 3 car accidents and Jennifer and Rocio have done a spectacular job on my cases, I have a pending case with them at the moment and Cecilia and Karla are great case managers. I wouldn t go with any other firm. Truly recommend

the lady that hit my husband had moved and stop responding but Kinder and Castro was able to get the information needed and close my case sooner then later. the car was fixed and overall we where happy with the result.

I would recomend any one who been in a car wreak we had a got the run around from different attorneys but we found this attorney they were amazing work hard and fast and honest so get grateful thankful for everything they done.
