I recently stayed at Motel and had a great experience. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I really liked it here the rooms were clean and the front desk was very helpful! If you dont have a car then you can walk to the truck stop to the left or walk outback steak house to the right. Rooms: were clean the toilet was super close to the door! Nearby activities: truck stop to the right outback to the left Food and drinks: there is a small vending machine

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Extremely dirty, mold and blood in the shower, roaches everywhere, and dangerous power that keeps tripping. Not to mention staff walking in without knocking. Absolutely awful! DO NOT STAY HERE! If you look at their negative reviews on Google, they always reply with a generic apology and make no changes. I will never stay here again, and will also avoid all Motel 6 properties. Stay at your own risk.

We spent Easter weekend at this hotel, and we re pleased. The sheets were a little stained the one of the cover. It looks like someone it s built bleach on it. The bathroom door wouldn t close, but all in all the room was clean and it was pleasurable. It served its purpose the day we left. We did have one thing that disturbed me and we found cockroaches not just one but a whole family and we reported them and they apologize greatly and would we stay there again yes we will. We had a nice day.

Came in looking for a room to rest...been driving for hours...dangerously tired behind the wheel and pregnant at 6am today. Front desk guy was extremely rude wouldnt even allow me to finish my question or request before shaking his head no and saying no,only at 3pm. Ive stayed at motel 6s from here to LV and never have I had such a rude response from am agent. He had Terrible customer service!!!! Even if check in is at 3pm..if a room was available Ive always been able to stay at that time of request. He was extremely rude and not ready to help and sleeping at the desk. I Do not come here!! Go elsewhere!

I ve been staying here, for a few months now & didn t expect to. If I have a problem, they handle it & I get the service that I need. MY family, has nothing bad to say about this place either. Even tho we ll leave after a while, I ve enjoyed MY stay here. I work late nights and MY sleep is respected here. If MY check comes late, they work with me and I always feel respected here. The staff is friendly as well and helpful.

Checked in around 6pm. I got a key card for the room to stay due to bad weather coming. I realized when I walked in and my nose disturbed me when I smelled something around this room. I have asthma and I will have difficulty breathing for sleep. I decided to go get Febreze spray. Prevent that smelly scent. Honestly I will not sleep on motel bedsheets. I brought my OWN bedsheets with a thick comforter on top of the motel bedsheets. Furniture needs an upgrade. I wont use the freezer because there was a lot of ice. Safety: The parking lot is the back where you can stay.

This Motel 6 left such a bad taste in my mouth that I vowed to never stay at another again. Black mold in the rooms. Dead crickets on the floor. Mosquitoes and flies infested the room. The AC leaked in the room causing a puddle. After staying only 1 night I had little bites all over my body. I guess the pool being filled in with dirt should have been my queue to not stay here but I thought just one day. That was a mistake. The people are nice and the location is near restaurants and stuff. But this location just needs to be shutdown. I stayed here the night of the 10th Rooms: Disgusting and dated Safety: I didnt really feel safe at all

Pleasantly surprised. The staff was kind and polite, even when I locked myself out of my room at midnight. The room was clean and modern. I wasnt expecting the room to have any style for the price and appreciated the full-sized fridge. I had to request the ice bucket, but it was available. There was no coffee maker and the iron was missing but for the price I really cant complain. I didnt have a problem requesting late check-out which is always a plus. I will definitely stay here again.

I m not into giving negative reviews but ONG!! There were two rooms left, I just needed to rest while going home from Austin. I don t judge a book by its cover, but maybe I should start here. Walking up to the room (in the back corner) there are smells that don t belong. As soon as I open the door, ROACHES!! Everywhere, the walls the bed the floor!! This place puts the Motel6 name in the bowels of hotels. Stay away from this place! Rooms: Hands-down, the worst Motel 6 experience I ve ever had.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel this past weekend during my dog show and absolutely plan to make this my hotel of choice each time Im in the area! The rooms were nice and clean, glass top stove, full size fridge, big king bed. I was on the ground floor which was perfect for me, they even have a fenced in area for my dog to play and let some energy out without worry of him getting loose or lost. The front end gentleman even helped price match my hotel stay after my reservation was cancelled due to phone call issues. 5/5 visit.

I LIKED: 70$ for the night Clean room (relatively)* AC worked well DISLIKED: *1. Vinyl floors had a film of dirt from not mopping regularly. I pushed through that by cleaning myself. 2. The bathroom vent at the right angle you can see a utility room on the other side, a little creepy, as if someone could spy on you in the bathroom. I was on a business trip and this was fine for a man or men , a lot of construction workers stayed and a big truck driver. Single guys passing through. Families sure for the night and get back on the road. Does not break the bank. VALUE in these times if inflation.

Do not stay here!!! This place is so gross!!! I stayed here and woke up to something biting me. I didnt see any bugs but I could feel them. The next morning my kids and I had bite marks all over our bodies. We are currently being treated for mites. This place has a horrible mite infestation. I have never in my life stayed at such a nasty place. If you stay here you will regret it instantly. I was told by the locals that this place was nasty but I read the reviews and thought it would be a decent place to stay. I am beyond angry that my kids had to suffer because of this filthy place.

Listen sometimes its about the effort and the customer service and this place was awesome with it! We were in a big truck and the front desk agent told us a safe place to park, which was right by our room..major plus AND the room was fresh and clean. It was price friendly and accommodating, i would definitely stay there again. Oh and they have full size refrigerators incase you have to stay longer.

I highly recommend this Motel 6 due to its value for the dollar. Its one of the best Motel 6s Ive ever stayed at. The staff was very welcoming, and they take great pride in delivering an excellent stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The housekeeper, Dana, takes great pride in the cleanliness of the rooms and checked in with us as we were carrying our stuff into our room to see if we wanted more towels and if the room was to our liking. It had a medium (not mini) fridge with a separate freezer for refreezing ice packs for our cooler. The parking lot and facility was extremely well lit. We had our dog with us and there was ample space to walk her safely around the complex. We overall felt very safe at this motel. The only minor downside was the proximity of the hotel to the interstate (which could also be viewed as a benefit depending on your disposition) . Our room was really pretty quiet despite being right off I35 - I was fine even though Im typically sensitive to droning noises, although my dog woke me up in the middle of the night scared because I think she mistook the occasional road noise from trucks for thunder.

This is a no frills, reasonably priced place to stay at if youre traveling and need a place go sleep and shower. Its acceptable for a nite or two and conveniently located to plenty in Temple directly is I-35. The owner, Jack is wonderful as are the married couple who work there doing the housekeeping.

My room was absolutely fantastic. Clearly it was recently renovated, as the rest of the Motel is under renovation. The room was clean and had a kitchenette. I did not expect that. I went to get my brother a room for a few nights and was welcomed into a very clean front office , then before i payed he showed me the room made sure everything was working and asked if it was ok with me.. i commend the owner these rooms are very nice look newly renovated with a fantastic color scheme. There was alot of time, money, and effort put in an you can tell. I am definitely going to refer this place and will return if i ever need a room.

I honestly had low expectations going in about this place but was pleasantly surprised after my weekend stay there. Its not the Ritz Carlton, by any means, but it was a good value for the price. The location was convenient. The place was clean and reasonably well-kept. I even got to stay there with my dog without any extra fees. The staff was nice and attentive and caring and it shows. Great Staff more than willing to accommodate Or help with what you need the tendens were more than polite when I was here They do not have a pool they do have vending machines washing machines A nice shaded area to grill in if you would like They accommodated my 3 dogs as we are moving here from Iowa For a room with no refrigerator or microwave it was $60 a night plus a $20 pet fee and a $20 pet deposit that you do get back when you check out I could not hear my neighbors or the people above me I did hear people coming up-and-down the stairs but Im right below the stairs All in all wonderful experience at this hotel and if youre looking for a cheap decent place this is the one!!

Comfortable beds, everything was neat and clean. I liked the fact that room had fridge and microwave. I was just a little disappointed I couldnt make the microwave turn on. Not sure if power outlet was bad. Other than that, good place to stay.

Price was right. Staff was fantastic. Rooms were clean and Grounds Keeper was AWESOME. Owner is out sweeping on a daily basis. He was very kind to me and my situation. Location and clientele a bit sketchy; one person told me she was an ice head so we moved on to another location. Caveats with regard to the ADA room: 1) The draining of the shower is not great because the floor is warped; water went EVERYWHERE. 2) There is a raised lip on the floor at the bathroom; not sure how someone in a wheelchair, who does not have a companion, is expected to get in.

Clean room, helpful staff, good bed. Its inexpensive and a great value. Its only let down by the proximity to the freeway, so the noise from that is unavoidable.

First and foremost a one star rating is wayyyyyy to much... where do I even begin on this review well lets see the first night we stayed there was no toliet paper no remote and no wash cloths we were there a total on 4 days and not once did housekeeping come in and take out the trash change the sheets replace the towels or anything I cleaned the room myself I also have a very well behaved emotional support animal we checked out and came back later in the day we booked a king room they gave our room to someone else and put us in a double bed ok whatever at least we had a room but as soon as we walked in BOOM a roach now as everyone knows Motel 6 is pet friendly hotel main reason why we like them.... Well we went back today to check in on our new reservation and we were denied a room because of dog hair in our room last night now we were in this room for maybe 7 hours max so we were denied because of our pet (and they literally did not care when I told them I would be writing a review) yet motel 6 is a pet friendly motel on top of everything their maintenance man will come and knock on your door begging for cigarettes the maids dont stop cleaning til late at night traffic nonstop in and out loud as can be this was the WORST MOTEL 6 I have ever stayed in and I will be calling corporate and making a huge complaint

We stayed at the motel 6 for 3 days. The rooms are clean but the problem started with the road more noise which was horrible, the second problem was that when you turned on the vanity light it blew the breaker for the bathroom and the plugs by the bed, next problem was the bathroom faucet leaked, then the toilet worry flush, the other issue was the TV kept loosing signal and making noisesnow this wasnt in just one room but 2 that the breaker kept throwing. Reported and apparently the Management knew about the problem. So after speaking with Sam who called his manager and the manager flat out refused to work with us on the situation. I stay in allot of hotels etc all over the country never have I had a manager be so unwilling to work with me. Even offered to pay the difference for a suite. I will say this Sam and the house keepers were very nice. I do not recommend staying at this motel 6 . Its a fire hazard it a flood hazzard. I wouldnt leave everything a rate star rating of I didnt have to

Terrible! We had to stay here because we evacuated from the hurricane & there wasn t much else to choose from that was pet friendly. Every hotel was booked. But we booked and hoped for the best. Later that night seen roaches running around the floor. Also the trim looked really dirty and gross. Someone taped cardboard to the bathroom AC vent. The whole place smelled like a skunk. Trashy people smoking marijuana in the rooms next to us. There were people in the parking lot smoking and partying that night reving up a motorcycle when they should have been sleeping. So if that s your thing than by all means stay here. Shady place really. My dog didn t have much space to relieve himself either. And when we went to get a few more towels from the lobby they didn t wanna give us any. I will never stay at another Motel 6 ever. Husband said he would have rather stayed home and dealt with riding the hurricane out than stay at a place like that again.

If I could rate zero stars that would be the correct rating. I wish I could upload this recording of the man at the desk saying he dont care what hotels.com does, he raised the rates anyway. Do not stay here. The guy was horrible and even admitted to bait and switch practices. Again, I wish I could upload audio.

This review is hard for me. The hospitality of the staff was amazing! They were personable and allowed me to have multiple dogs during my stay due to a hurricane evacuation. The room was clean and the bed was nice. However there were little to no amenities, even basic stuff. We had a bed, a tv, a bathroom, and a bar of soap. No coffee, not even in the lobby. No shampoo, no first aid items such as tylenol. No other services whatsoever. There was an ice machine and washer/dryers. The outside of the motel is in shambles and where it is located is very inconvenient for even going to get a cup of coffee - you have to drive at least 7 minutes on the interstate. The price was fairly reasonable and again the staff was great.
