I have been using A+ Window Cleaning Services to clean the windows on our house for several years and have been very pleased with their services. Today Tanner and Julian came out as scheduled to clean several solar screened windows. In addition to the windows they soft cleaned areas of our rock walls and steps that had accumulated algae. If you are not happy with A+Windows, it s your own fault. If youre a techie it is so easy to submit pictures of your windows for a free estimate on their website. Which we did! Or, pick up the phone and call. Quick email responses returned. Reasonable prices, it is 2024! Quality cleaning and respectful of home/property from staff. Upon completion, the team asked for the property owner to inspect their work for 100% satisfaction (if they missed a spot, it was recleaned) and then owners of the company were notified with a satisfactory reassurance of your approval. There ya go if you don t rate this company high, it s your own fault!

After reviewing Google reviews, I decided to go with A+ Windows Cleaning Service. I initially requested a full cleaning of all windows, including tracks and blinds. Someone came to provide an estimate, and he was very friendly and nice, although he refused to clean the blinds, which I agreed to. On the day of the service, they did not clean the window frames, stating it was not part of the contract. After the cleaning, I shared my experience with them, and they sent Phil to double-check the work and explain their services. When I showed him the uncleaned frames, he mentioned that they had cleaned millions of windows and had never received a complaint about this before. I informed him that I intended to share my experience, and he responded with a threat to sue me for a negative review, although I had not mentioned writing a negative review, only sharing my feedback. I was charged $330.16 for the service. One of the workers did a good job, but the other did not. I had to walk through the house 3-4 times, pointing out missed tracks, bathroom windows, and the windows above the garage door. I eventually got tired of pointing out each missed area. The worker cleaning the tracks only had one hard brush and was not equipped with proper brushes to clean the corners. I would highly recommend discussing and recording all details when making the contract. I am not fully satisfied with the cleaning, especially after paying $330.

After taking ownership of a retail store that had been closed for a few months, the windows were in need of some major cleaning. I reached out to A+, they provided me a very reasonable quote and said they would be out within 2 days. They promptly arrived on the second day and made the windows look like new. I truly appreciate their efforts to make the windows look so good - the dirty old windows were an eyesore and did not make the store look welcoming to customers. All though everyone was super friendly, I cannot recommend this company. I chose them because of the reviews even though they were way more expensive than everyone else. The tracks were left with mud at the ends and every window had smears. 2 guys were in and out in 2 hours for over $500 and they said they couldn t do the 2 windows I needed done most because of safety. They don t have a ladder and only use poles. Lisa didn t advise of that when she came out and did the quote.

The service was excellent, easy and responsive. They came and assessed the job, no need to be at home for that. Lisa provided a quick, clear estimate of the work. They also provided flexibility in scheduling. You provide 3 options for them to choose from. Tyler and Jordan were on time, efficient and very nice young men. The husband and wife that own this company are fantastic. Theyre very friendly and did a wonderful job. Everyone here couldnt believe how the 18+ year old garage windows looked better than when they were new. The biggest downside is that they are so busy that theyre booked for several weeks out, so call ahead.

My experience with A+ Window Cleaning Services was just that. A++ Dylan & Tyler sent me a text to inform me they would be arriving soon. Once here, they went right to work. They were quick, but very thorough. My windows look beautiful! They were incredibly polite, friendly & professional. I m beyond satisfied.

Firstly they arrived 2.5hrs before the appointment was scheduled. My appointment was at 1.15pm and 10.20am they messaged me that they will be there in 20 minutes. I asked Michael why I wasnt informed about this change earlier so he said changes do happen last moment.I had to make ample of last minute changes in my schedule, because of this change. This is not how it should work. While cleaning the upper windows they were banging their stick on fan, chandelier and everywhere. The tracks are not cleaned properly at all. Specifically corners. I paid $425 for just cleaning windows, so I expected 5 star work and professionalism as well. Major disappointment. I wont recommend to anyone.

The team was very friendly and did a great job. I love that they use purified water to clean the exterior which dries completely clear. A couple things I did not care for were that the cleaners did not automatically put booties over their shoes when inside. One worker asked if he should remove his shoes but the second started walking on the carpet with shoes on after having been cleaning the outside windows. The other thing was that the inside worker seemed to have flicked some dirty water onto the bed which left spots on the bed and left a dirty wet spot on the carpet. I was able to clean both though. Overall, friendly crew and happy with the overall job but these minor changes could have made it stellar.

Very fast and efficient. Friendly. Reasonable price. Very rough on windows. Slammed brush on window then slammed left and right. No need to be that rough. After they cleaned the windows some of the windows that already had blown seals were more foggy than before.
