Had a wonderful meal with my family! Food was out fast, hot, fresh, and beer was nice and cold! The manager Laura was amazing as well as our server Mario! Even got a quick magic show from Erick for the kids! This Chilis is farther from my home but it s worth the drive for the always top notch service!

A very comfortable place to eat. The service by the bar was sub-par. The burger and fries were good but not worth $12. If you have ever had a burger from RED ROBINS or Johnny Rockets even Pino Burgers (Laredo establishemt), then you know what I mean. My son had wings as his main dish. They were good and worth the price. Overall, the restaurant is 3.5 stars. Its a nice place to relax and enjoy family and friends or even sit aline and just eat. Parking: Limited parking on the weekends. Wheelchair accessibility: The wheel chair accessibility is at the entrance.

Chilis did it again. Thanks to GM Rick and his team. We ordered 53 orders To Go . It was amazing. All the order was right. We got our food hot and not to mention transporting all the order with drinks. Packing was done perfect. Nothing spilled not one drink. Everything was excellent. You run an excellent store Mr. Rick. Last night my family and I had the most wonderful dining experience ever. I want to especially thank the manager for this. She s so courteous and friendly! Love the attention she gave to all the customers, including ourselves. I m a very shy person and it was my birthday and I know if they find out they ll sing to you but even though she found out at the door when we were leaving, she still sang to me all by herself made my day even more special. Will definitely go back to this location soon.

Chilis is either a Plan B location, or you are willing to settle for less. I wish the focus is more on promoting the ribs and southwest cuisine. Half this menu could be Dennys, and you wouldnt be able to tell. The bowl of chili itself is undersized and a little dry. Ironic or otherwise, its disappointing. Its like a kinda pricey bar that just happens to have a kitchen so kids can come in with families. As a place to get toasted and get a small bite between doing things in Laredo, sure, go to Chilis! A place worth driving into town for by itself, go somewhere else.

The experience I had at the restaurant overall was great. My first impression was that it felt a little unwelcoming. The hosts doesnt sound very comfortable while greeting us. The gentleman could have just been nervous. He was helpful later in the story. We had a table for six, and the light fixtures were flashing over our heads, which was distracting. I asked the hosts to switch us tables. He was quick and nice enough to handle the issue. Which made me feel comfortable overall. He had changed the light setting, which stopped the flashing light. The atmosphere was a little confusing, to say the least. The songs that played did not fit at all. I can only assume they had customer select the music. Other than that, it didnt seem too bad. The servers at the restaurant were on fire, attending to us every feel minutes. Very respectful and understanding. We had ordered some margaritas, which came out amazing. I ordered an appetizer that came with wings, material sticks, and some type of egg rolls. I definitely recommend you try them. You cant compare them to any other. My family ordered their food, and everything came out amazing. I had the half rack of ribs, which are to die for. I have yet to find a restaurant that can make ribs that good. I know chilis has been around for some time, and some may have had back experience in the past. With the current team and managing staff, you will away have a great experience, and they will handle any issue you may have in a professional manner. I look forward to eating there again. The good: The Bacon Ranch Burger packed some great flavour. We enjoyed the atmosphere and our cocktails were delicious. Choc cookie for dessert was okay. The not so good: Service was okay. Our table as well as other tables around us got the wrong orders or missing items on orders. In the end, the Manager corrected it and apologized. When we entered, we had to report a huge puddle of water on the inside at the entrance as there was no sign to warn anyone of this slip hazard.

I have never ever had any issues with Chili s in SA before, so to come back home to Laredo and order a simple salad and have the protein portion and order filled wrong, was such a disappointment. Athena the bartender was great! Fast service. Clean crisp environment. Restrooms smell nice. I went at 245pm. Happy hour is at 3pm. Great margaritas. The coconut Margarita is awesome.
