6.30.2024 1-2 pm. The food was ok. The workers were not. Manager or leader onsite is a complete failure. Trash was over flowing. Sweet tea empty regular tea almost empty. No toilet paper in womens restroom WHILE employee in stall talking on phone. Employee left and then went back to bathroom to talk on phone. No leadership nor anybody know how to run the business. As we left all 4 front employees where sitting there talking, no customers in line, not working, not cleaning, not recovering the restaraunt. The 5th employee...in the bathroom on their phone. TP still empty!!! What does it take to have competency at the lowest level at MOD? Managememt best wake up to their Sunday crew.

There was no one in line and despite there were 3 people there doing nothing, no one greet us or acknowledge we were there. Terrible service. Ordered a pick up pizza that was supposed to be ready at 8:30 but I didn t get my pizza until 9pm. Restaurant was dirty, all employees were talking to each other instead of working on the online orders + lady was calling all online orders but my order she just simply put on the rack and didn t even let me know my pizza was ready. Really terrible service. The line took over 30 minutes to get through, and there was only like 3 people ahead of us. It was so odd, the teenage staff kept leaving and so we were just standing there waiting. It was really dumb. Which was odd, I ve had great service at other mod pizza locations. Way better than dominoes, putting cheddar, onion, mushrooms, and olives on your pizza is an absolutely unmatched combo. Not to mention the No Name Cakes are absolutely amazing, and there is a very wide variety of toppings to choose from, your pizza gets done in about 5 minutes.

We visited this location and there were 7 people standing around talking, laughing behind the counter. No one greeted us, the counters and preparing station was dirty. When we placed our orders we made sure to tell the young lady that was making our pizza that we had severe gluten allergy and asked them to make sure to be very careful not to cross contaminate. The employees were too busy laughing and talking to each other to be mindful of what they were doing. We had to ask them to change gloves then one other employee said everything is possible to contaminate. That she wanted us to be aware because they have gotten yelled at before because of that. Pizza were made so sloppy and they didn t even call out names when the pizzas were ready. When I did pick the pizzas us I asked if we could get plates and they said all the plates were dirty so we had to get boxes. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Employees were drinking their drinks while preparing food. There was no visible leadership. The trash was full and overflowing to the floor. With all the employees there there is no excuse for things to be the way it was.

We were greeted very well. There were plenty of vegetarian options. We had to request the host to change the gloves, when he touched the sausage. Pizza was loaded with lot of vegetables and there was no hesitation or stinginess in adding vegetables. Pizza came out of the oven and it was nice and crispy! After sitting, noticed that toppings were all over the floor in the prep area. They started cleaning, I think we have visited this place around the shift change. Indoor tables were not clean and we had to clean it, prior to having a seat. It could be a better, cleaner and little bit more caring for vegetarians.

Since we were nearby, we decided to try MOD Pizza to go. We ordered 4 different types of Pizza to tryout: Mad Dog (Pepperoni, mild sausage, mozzarella and red sauce), Tristan (Mozzarella, asiago, roasted red peppers and mushrooms), Calexico (Red sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, chicken, jalapenos and hot buffalo sauce), and finally, CYO (Create Your Own) Pizza. The quality and taste of the pizzas were excellent and made me feel that the money was worth; while I wont pick a specific one to evaluate, what I got will definitely make me to go back again for a more detail analysis.

My MOD pizza was the Mad Dog with mushrooms. Pizza was tasty with fresh toppings served hot from the fire. How cool! I had sweet tea that was better than most places and a No Name Tiramisu cake for lunch, cant beat that for $13 bucks. The place was clean and had plenty of seats inside and out. Customer service was on point, I placed my order with Gabby and she got everything perfect, recommended using the app so I would get the no name cake for free, and she even baked my pizza. Not recommended - bad pizza, dirty store and slow service. First off, Ive never liked MOD Pizza much. I much prefer Blaze Pizza as I think the Blaze has much higher quality ingredients and much better flavors especially their crust and sauces. However, it was late and we were in the area for dinner so I thought Id give MOD Pizza another chance. It was a big mistake and I wish we had driven the extra 15 minutes to Blaze. There were only 3 people working behind the counter on a Saturday night and it took over 30 minutes in line to get to the counter and another 10 for the pizza. The pizza was not very good with a greasy yucky quality to it and was undercooked. To make matters worse this particular store was filthy - sticky dirty surfaces that had obviously not been wiped down for a long time, gross restrooms and tons of flies which were landing on all the pizzas on the counter. Yuck! Never again.

The Pizza is amazing.. tastes good, quick and easy. However, if you plan to eat there it might sometimes get tricky. The tables are not clean, trash fills up fast, bathrooms are meh I wish the staff focuses the cleanliness aspect as well. Other than that, I love this place. The kids really love mod, but the thing I enjoyed the most was pizza made with basil pesto. They havent had it at this location in more than a month, in spite of the fact that other locations still have it. After two disappointing orders getting myself salad instead of pizza and red sauce instead of pesto, Ive given up. We used to order here a few times a month. I guess I could send the hubby out to a location that actually has it. But we wont be doing that often, its just not worth going that far when there are plenty of other pizza places in Cedar park.

Highly recommended if you like pizza. I love the topping varieties offered here unlike anywhere else. Price did increase a bit but, its still the most affordable pizza around with the amount of toppings offered here. Ever since my first visit, I eat from here at least once a week because food always come out delicious and I really like this location. Other reviews seem to have complaint with some employees there but, it seems like for the most part it has to do with individual workers issues and depends on whos working. So far I never had any bad experience from here. Be careful not to put too much toppings because some of them will get burnt along with their thin dough. Also, mega dough is like the regular crust you see from all other different brands and anything below is like thin crust(its normal). Props to the team as I always see them working really hard in an understaffed environment 5 stars.

What a dramatic difference from the Georgetown location. The Cedar Park location was gross and not clean. Toppings were a mess, all over the floor in the prep area. Indoor and outdoor tables were not clean. Pizza came out of the oven super fast, crust was gummy not crispy! Well staffed but several were looking at their phones when I walked in as I was ignored before being waited on reluctantly. Looked & felt like a frat party ambiance. Better, cleaner, friendlier choices for dining in the area. If you want good MOD Pizza, drive to Wolf Ranch in Georgetown for a better experience!

Just moved here, and wanted to try local and thought the menu looked really good. We ordered 3 pizzas, one salad and dessert. We had it delivered, and received no salad and wrong dessert. Mistakes happen, so when we called and talked to a dispatcher he was very rude and short with us bc we didnt have order number readily available. Super Fast Pizza is their moto but it takes 45 minutes to get through line on a Friday or Saturday. Very inefficient and cannot keep up with COVID online orders and take out. Only have 1 employee working the line and have 3 employees working online orders. Seems backwards. The last three times we ordered food for pick up they messed up the order and they had a pizza with meat when we clearly mentioned all pizza had to be vegetarian. These are challenging times and we can understand an order being messed up once due to workforce shortage but it is unacceptable that you have such errors repeated. They clearly do not have staff that is competent to deliver good pizza.

I ordered a pizza online for curbside pickup a couple weeks ago. The website and email said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we arrived and called as instructed they seemed flustered and apparently hadnt even started the pizza. Which I get, they were busy on a Friday night. We waited 20 minutes with no pizza. I called to check on the status, and they seemed confused and again had not even started the pizza. The poor kid that answered the phone repetitively gave the excuse that they were really busy. I am understanding, but if they cant handle the curbside orders they should not offer it. I didnt appreciate the excuses, my order shouldnt be any less important just because I wasnt standing in the physical line. I had somewhere else to be, so I asked if I could cancel my order and have it refunded to my card. He asked, and I was told yes, and that he had made a note to be sure to refund the order. Well my card was never refunded, and I never got a pizza. Their pizza is pretty good, but the customer service was poor, and they essentially stole my money.

One of the best experiences with pizza Ive ever had! (And Ive traveled the world as a foodie vlogger, so I know a little something about pizza.) MOD is by far better than Blaze Pizza. This MOD in particular has some of the best and more courteous customer service out of them all. I especially must commend their Manager James as well as their fantastic employee Scooter for the excellent service. The pizza was crisp and full of flavor, and the housemade lemonade was thirst-satisfyingly fantastic! I will return and bring a lot more friends with me. Thanks for everything, guys!

Mod in general and this location in particular have been consistently stellar in every way: great flavor, quality ingredients, and fast friendly service! Businesses these days seem to be hit or miss in terms of product quality and customer service, but that s not the case here. Worst Experience Ever! We ordered a cauliflower crusted pizza, which should have not affected my glucose whatsoever, and my glucose was the highest I have ever seen it, even with medication! It was 196 mg/dl 2 hours later. It also did not taste good. It seemed to be a very thin crusted pizza and I wondered if it was really made with cauliflower. This was on 3/27/2021! I will never order from them again!!!!

We love the pizza itself but staff seems to be dropping the ball at this location. The lemonade and sweet tea were out, they were very stingy with the salad ingredients which was interesting given that we requested the deluxe- we loved how it was made at the mod pizza location at wolf ranche center in Georgetown though. Definitely makes us consider just driving all the way to Georgetown instead.

I have eaten at this location several times in the past. Till date, I had eaten at several of their other locations and found this place to be meh. Many times the employees wouldnt listen to instructions and did the bare minimum. Enter Ethan. This guy is a rockstar, super duper awesome employee. He made the best mod pizza I have ever tasted in my life. He was super friendly, went over and above and made my pizza perfect. I wish I could give more stars to Ethans work than these 5. He changed my perception of how a decent pizza place with an attentive good employee can do to improve customer experience... Would definitely recommend eating here and getting your pies from Ethan.

This is by far the best pizza I have ever had. And I used to manage Mr. Gattis pizza in a small town in the hill country of Texas. The service is superb, fun, friendly and know what they are doing. The price cannot be beat. I love, love, love the thin crispy crust. My daughter wanted more sauce but she listened to me and your staff and settled for how it was prepared. She was astonished. I keep telling everyone it is the BEST. You guys beat the others hands down. You blow all the others out of the water! The salads are amazing, too. Who doesnt love a Mod Pizza?!! Customize your own or get a Jasper or Mad Dog. Pizza comes out of their big oven hot & delicious. Small sizes allow everyone to order what they want. Cedar Park is lucky to have Mod here Also...lots of other shopping, food, etc. in the same area. Have a Mod pizza then get some shopping done or vice versa.

Whatever the chocolate cake is made of is enough to give this place 5 stars. The tea and the lemonade were a little to sweet for my taste. But the unsweetened tea with the lemonade made for a quiet tasty Arnold palmer. I enjoyed the pizza. And LOVED how crispy they were able to get the crust. Staff was great!
