We hired Anthony Johnson Photography for our annual summit in Austin, Texas, and couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Anthony maintained excellent communication from the initial booking through to the events conclusion. Prior to the conference, he collaborated with the hotel staff to ensure a smooth setup. Despite our tight schedule, Anthony helped organize a timetable that allowed our employees to have headshots taken without missing any event activities. Many of our team members were initially uncomfortable with having their pictures taken, but Anthonys approach put everyone at ease, resulting in fantastic photos. This is the photographer youre looking for. I recently booked Anthony to take a headshot of a remote co-worker who lives in the Austin Area. Scheduling with Anthony was fast, transparent, and easy. I needed the headshot to match the style of the other headshots on our companys website. Anthony was able to breakdown the lighting and identify EXACTLY what needed to be done for a match. On the day of the shoot my co-worker got lost on the way to the studio, Anthony was patient, flexible, and accommodating. In the end we got a headshot that not looks good and matches our style, but ultimately that my co-worker feels great about. He made the whole process easy and did a great job. Thanks Anthony!

We are a financial planning firm in Houston, TX and were looking to have new headshots for each of our office staff, along with a group photo. We found Anthony and he was fantastic. He was extremely responsive and reached out right after I submitted my inquiry on his website. Speaking of website, his website showed us many of the different services he provided along with pricing. He spent his time on a phone call with me learning more about our business and what we wanted to accomplish with our headshots and group photo. The day of our photoshoot, he arrived early and got everything set up. He was very easy going and made it a relaxed atmosphere allowing us to feel comfortable and take the perfect photos. Within just 2 business days Anthony had our headshots touched up and in our inbox. They were perfect! I tried to purchase a digital download from Mr Johnson. I found his business practices to be unethical, and found him to behave like a conman not a business owner trying to make an honest living. I had previously purchased a digital proof from him. I wanted to enlarge the picture, but the proof file was not the best resolution. so I went back to his website to purchase a better resolution digital download. After consulting with him about what I needed it for, he sold me a better resolution digital download for $149. Except when I downloaded the file, it was a smaller size file than the original proof. So I basically paid him an extra $149 for a picture that I had previously bought. Of-course all sales are final, so all I can do is get angry and feel cheated out of my honestly earned money. Please hire someone else if you have the option. At some point you will regret giving him your business.

When my wife wanted corporate headshots I immediate got in touch with Anthony Johnson. You see, I know enough to recognize who has a good eye and produces quality work. Over the years, my wife has had other corporate shoots (company paid in office). Each time, I had to fix the color balance and was never satisfied with other aspects of the images. I needed headshots for my company. After talking to Anthony on the phone he sent me an invoice that I paid in full. The morning of the shoot I sent him the requirements from my company followed with a consent form. After I received the one edited photo from him, I asked for him to return the consent form that I had provided to him previously. He refused to sign it and said That means I cant use this awesome photo on my website. He said he would only sign it if i sent him an additional 300 dollars. If youre looking to work with a photographer I would highly suggest finding someone else.

I hired Anthony to cover a high profile event at the Texas State Capitol for our company, CyberDefenses. Anthony delivered exceptional customer service from the moment I contacted him. He explained his packages clearly as well as his process for getting excellent photos on the day of the event. He arrived a little early to gain a good handle on the space and the lighting.
