Great neighborhood park! Swimming pool and splash pad area. Playscape and slide too. Community trunk or treat, birthday parties and more. This park is nice and clean and while its small is packed with lots of stuff.

This is a private park that threatens towing. The parking lot is shared with Westcave Preserve. I hesitate to visit the preserve because of the Redden restriction.

There is a mix of options. There a bit of a change taking place right now as well. Youll find Home Depot, Kohls, Mooyah burger joint, Chipotle, there an independent coffee shop. I believe a ceramic studio is also there. Youll find a Wells Fargo on the on the corner. Its easy in and out from all sides. Lakeline, Lake Creek and 183 access road.

The park is pleasant and well designed for the space, featuring both ample parking and amenities. It also has three Pokéstops and a Pokémon gym, as well as four Ingress portals.

Parks are always 5 rating if there is no crime. Cedar Park is good and clear with the most LTC in any county in Texas, who knew
