What a great office and staff. I took my 12 year old daughter for an exam and contact fitting. Dr. Allen was very professional and kind. Will definitely return. Id also like to give a shout out to his AMAZING staff. I cant thank Jamie and Kim enough for their kindness and patience with my daughter. It took a good amount of time for her to figure it out but Kim never gave up on her. Perfect customer service from front office to back. Thanks again!

Absolutely the best care ever!! I cannot recommend this place enough. I was desperate to get a new pair of glasses today. Even though I came in pretty late in the afternoon, Mike went above and beyond to make it happen. I was so lucky that Dr. Jeskie had an opening as well to do an exam. Dr. Jeskie was absolutely amazing with the care and thoughtfulness during the exam. Both of them made sure I was able to get my new glasses with my new prescription today. I cannot thank them enough!! If you go, definitely have Mike help you with your glasses and any exam or appointment needed with Dr. Jeskie.

I had been going to another provider for 12yrs and unfortunately, they grew too big and got away from the caring patient touch. I had seen this location in my neighborhood so I thought I would call and give them a try. I am so pleased I did, they booked me an appointment right away and day of minimal wait time and I was in and out of my appointment less than a hour vs the 2-3hrs I had been used to. Dr Allan and his staff were super friendly and thorough and explained everything in such detail I was amazed no other doctor had done that before. Highly recommended and moving my family over to this practice.

What a great experience! From the front desk to technicians to Dr.! Dr. Carrrie Bolin did a great job of explaining some of the things I was worried about ( at 74, there s a lot of eye worries!) Thankfully I got pretty much a clean bill of health. Dry eye syndrome was my biggest problem but I will follow her direction on how to help with that. They have wonderful selection of frame ( which I will be going back for!)..Very helpful, bu no big sales push!!!

I have been going to Signature Eye Care right after they opened after seeing two other eye care professionals in previous years. I ve never stopped going there due to their quality of work, their selection of glasses, and their ability to get me in when I needed. My last visit was for a floater in my right eye with no pain and they got me in in less than 24 hours. They assessed the issue as non threatening and scheduled a visit for a complete eye physical as some changes were noted from the last time I visited three years ago and they wanted to get a better idea as how quickly the cataract issue was progressing. The doctors and staff are the best.

Ive been coming here since I moved here 9yrs ago. The customer service, the location, the state of the art equipment, beautiful decor and ambiance and knowledgeable doctors have always been well above average. But today I want to recognize Bryan, THE coolest optician ever, bc this review is long overdue. Not only is he super kind, soft-spoken, intelligent and funny, over the years, his knowledge and expertise has helped me countless times. He listens to your needs and what matters to you, then helps you pick the perfect frames in terms of comfort, fit and style. Hes honest, which is rare these days in the HCS, but most of all, hes so patient! Glasses arent cheap but I know Im getting quality glasses and everyone seem genuinely happy when I pop in to have my glasses adjusted, cleaned or anything. I went 40yrs without glasses and thanks to Bryan and everyone at Signature Eye Care, I like rocking my new accessory!

Both are awesome and highly recommended for thoroughness, and clear and concise communication. I love that they already know the benefits of our insurance plans and optimize them to the maximum. Hands down the BEST opticians, optical department, and front desk in the entire ATX area. Professional, timely, friendly staff - all of them. The entire staff is friendly, professional and great at what they do. Ive been a patient here since 2009 and Ive never had a bad experience. I was in today for my annual exam and I brought a secondary pair pf glasses with me because they needed a new screw to hold in a lens. They not only replaced that screw but they polished up the lenses, tighten everything down and replaced the parts that rest on the bridge of the nose, free of charge. Thats not a huge thing but its a great example of how they go the extra mile, and always with a smile, for the patient.

My daughter and I love this place. Every time we go they are so nice and helpful. This last time we were there everyone was so friendly and took care of us right away. The staff and the doctors are all amazing. My daughter needed glasses and we pay out of pocket and Mikey who helped us was wonderful. They speak excellent, want to help but for second time my lens order did not go through. That tells me that I cant give great review but one star. Avoid this place. For a person who is dependent on glasses, this is just pathetic. The order to confirmation process is broken. Been waiting for close to 3 weeks. I cant belive that a lens manufacturing takes 2+ weeks. Not to mention, this is under warranty, meaning the original unit is defective and lens cracking in 4-5 months.

I was a bit nervous to see Dr. Chu instead of Dr. Lou, but there was no need for it. Dr. Chu was friendly & informative, and took the time to answer any questions. And also took the time to explain my vision & the change in it, which was very minor, and expected with my age. I am a deep myopia patient. Since moving to Austin, I have gone through four different ophthalmologists until I found Dr. Chu. I would never go to another provider. I was visiting another major provider in Round Rock for 4 years. But I felt the focus was on $$ and lacked customer care. The doctor got frustrated and shouted at me when I cannot decide between two lens options during an eye exam. So I looked around and found Dr. Bolen and signature eye care. The doctor identified an aberration on my eye which causes glare resulting in me unable to differentiate lenses. Doctor was patient and identified root cause without getting frustrated. Signature Eye Care is a professional, friendly, effective, and patient-focused practice. My family members have been going to Signature Eye Care with Dr. Lou and Dr. Chu for the 21 years for services ranging from annual eye exams for contacts and glasses, a great referral & aftercare for Lasik, and controlling near-sightedness in growing children through ortho-K and MiSight. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly, and recently they have also moved to a 7-day schedule which makes it even easier to schedule an appointment. The optician side carries a nice range of both basic and designer frames, and my daughter always enjoys getting fitted for new frames in store. During the pandemic, the office added high-quality air purifiers in each room which made us feel more at ease. Lastly, my kids are fans of the waiting room, which include kid-friendly drink options like hot chocolate and an old-school video game console.

Dr. Bolen was super kind and knowledgeable. I hadnt renewed my prescription in a few years and everyone in the office was so nice, and made my experience very smooth! They also are very involved in the community, inviting high schoolers interested in the field to come shadow sessions which is pretty sweet. After the exam, I met Bryan who helped me pick out some super cute frames that suit my face shape and complexion. I really valued his insight and opinion, it was very easy to talk to him (which is something I tend to slightly struggle with when meeting new people). I dropped in to pick up my son s contact order. I impulsively asked if there were any walk in, or same day appointments. They informed me that they were all booked. I was fine with that but casually mentioned in passing conversation that I took the day off and was trying to get as much done as possible.
