She ran my soon to be ex-wife out of money. And then when we presented a proposal to her for my wife, she never gave it to her. Sixteen years later, Im still going through this b s and hopefully finally getting divorced. This woman is a financial vampire along with Robie, the attorney out in west McAllen

Fela Olivarez handled my case many years ago, but replacing my current attorney at that time with her, was the best decision ever. She knew what she was doing and didn t settle for less than what was deserved. Needless to say she won my case and I thank God for her. Plus . I love that she s a Christian woman.

Anyone who has had her an in the past two years and you have lost your case because of her negligence you can sue her for malpractice I suggest you read up on that and follow through. Statue of limitations to sue in the state of Texas are 2 years depending on certain circumstances up to 4 years. The 5 star reviews left are prolly paid for. This person is the epitome of systemic dysfunctionality . The fact that she is able to continue practice law says a lot about the court system in general. She only robs from your families. Remember attorneys know one another better than they will ever care to know anyone client. This is due to the simple fact that they take on far more than they should on their case load (I.e. greedy) Most certainly not going form any sort of connection because if they did they d have to consciously take on more responsibility in the case at hand. Note the distance note how they treat you like a fat check. They talk awful lot about one another and to one another. In other words they can and often times do perpetuate litigation to bleed you of your money. Even if you already given them every single cent.. If you mention her name to any attorney they ll laugh before they speak. What follows is usually a slew of unprofessional remarks. If I could leave a review with out any stars I most definitely would.

I agree, totally pathetic! Always late or no show,never prepared and loves to waste time, . A marriage with no kids, over 2 years to finalize a SIMPLE divorce. Run- many smart and dedicated lawyers out there. Yup... Almost 3yrs, now. Ridiculous

This attorney LOST case against my sister in law whom represented HERSELF. What more should I tell you. DONT HIRE HER. YOU ARE BETTER OFF REPRESENTING YOURSELF. Unless you want to feel as if you are in a comedy show; well then....go for it!

Fela OlIvarez is a highly qualified Attorney whom is always prepared and witty when it comes to her cases. Mrs. Olivares is a servant of God and takes honor and pride in her practice. 8 years of knowing Mrs. Olivarez and having her as my lawyer and have not regretted a moment on my decision to have her represent me. Shes done so much for me and my family. Has also helped my sister tremendously. I cant put into words how much I appreciate the help and effort shes put in my case. She treats clients like if they were her own family. I would NEVER EVER change Mrs. Olivarez for any other lawyer to represent me at any court. Her religious texts sent to me during times of struggle always lets me know that she wont leave me alone and in my eyes shes a guardian angel fighting my battles in court. And she will NOT stop till she gets you your VICTORY!!

Ive known Mrs. Olivarez for 3 years now and I dont understand why someone would say shes the laughing stock at court. Shes very well respected at court as Ive seen myself. Shes always handled my husbands case as if she were fighting a personal case of hers. Not to mention she has the sweetest assistant Sonia that always answers our questions. Weve never had a problem with Mrs. Olivarez nor her staff keeping us up to date. Lastly, I can tell you shes always one step ahead of any lawyer or lawyers.

when my son was 1 year old the court gave me fela as my atty at law she was a very powerful atty back in the 90s,right now i dont know but i plan to hire her as my atty once more time hope this year.so if she does great in my case i will continue to hire her if i need her again.

a laughing stock in court. the judge constantly has to remind her to act like an adult. ALWAYS late to court and unprepared. Forgets names and important dates and makes her clients look like absolute fools. Would not recommend.

Worst attorney to ever go to. Shes rude, shes a procrastinator and always gives you the run around. Lets not mention she over charges. She is person who has been in trouble with the law herself, I wouldnt recommend her.
