10/04/24 The employees have a nickname for Manager Gabby (The Glacier) and I know why. 9/29/24 Today they ran out of 1/2 gallon whole milk. When I settled for Fat Free, the only option available, I purchased 1 which left the remaining inventory at 3. Q) What kind of manager allows his store to run out of milk? A) An incompetent manager. Thanks Cory. For nothing. This store is poorly managed. I m guessing the General Manager has been on vacation for over a month. It s time for an Area Manager to step in. GREAT to know that you want to talk to me. Management certainly wasn t interested in a one on one conversation. I can t imagine what else you might need for me to tell you. The pictures speak a thousand words. Instead of me reaching out to you, why don t you take a walk through the store. Anytime. Day or night. The fact that this location is now taking a huge amount of parking space, right in front of the store, for curbside, is ridiculous. It s already crazy parking, not enough space for the shoppers, now they re making it even worse. Super busy store without enough room for the customers. Do yourselves a favor & go to Buda

I use to love this heb but not anymore. Delivery or curbside is the worst now. Its best to go shopping for yourself. I did a delivery and order some beef neckbones and I received just bones. Called customer service and the young lady was very nice and requested another delivery for a better pack( with meat on it). Well I recived basically the same thing. Called back and spoke to a supervisor and he basically said they cant offer a refund cause theyve been delivered twice! Whos running this store or meat department

Soo early morning I went to Heb to get some groceries again this was before 10 am I had maybe 14 items in my basket and went over to the self check out and the rude associate told me I needed to go to a lane the dynamics were 3 lanes with cashiers were open all of which had lines out into the isles and the self check out had 2 people checking out in total. I had no produce or anything requiring assistance like alcohol and I definitely did not appreciate her telling me I couldn t check out won t be shopping here at this one ever again

Not sure whats going on with Kyle HEB curbside lately... actually for about a month or so. Seems like every time I place an order items are either missing or my fruits and veggies look the worst. Then when you call Curbside to inform them that you are missing items, they respond very unprofessional and rude. Today for example, I called and a young lady answered. Horrible attitude!!! She didnt seem like she wanted to help me or fix the problem. She actually laughed at me and suggested that I call the billing or credit department to get my money refunded for the items that were missing from my order. Im very disappointed. I will not be ordering from curbside!!!

I usually love this store. However I m unsure what s going lately. Did a pickup order yesterday and it didn t go well. Produce had holes, mold, and was browning. Ordered 2.5lbs of roast for a dinner I m making and ended up with only a smidge over a pound. Double and triple check your orders or you ll end up back at the store again the next day.

Updated 8/18! Its hatch chili season! I love all of the hatch chili HEB products. HEB is always top notch!! I love HEB brand products. They are far superior to other products. Most of the products that I purchase are HEB brands. Curbside service and delivery are excellent! I appreciate being able to shop online and pick up it have it delivered when it is convenient for me and my family.

I hate to come to HEB in Kyle every time I come. I have to bag my own groceries, and then I see the workers just staying there on the walkie talkies, and my groceries are backing up and messing up my groceries!!! I get off at work at 7pm . 9 times out of 10 the deli is closed because the staff say they are short handed & their manager tells them to close. It s an inconvenience when their hours state one thing but there s always an excuse as to why they close earlier . It s 720 now

I hate this stupid company. I only come here because of instacart and there s always a problem. A wannabe manager verbally attacked me while I was checking out. I went to the 25 or less counter because there was NOONE and she bothered me for 10 minutes saying that I was holding up the invisible line. Instead of leaving me alone to check and leave, no, she stood by me the whole time watching me and trying to intimidate me. Then when I ask for a real manager she lies and makes up a story.

Now I know why people use Instacart for grocery delivery. This is the second time I have ordered produce from this store and gotten rotten produce. I ordered 5 ears of corn and 3 of them were rotten. Will definitely not be using curbside or delivery for produce again.

I really enjoy shopping at this HEB. The problem is that the electric carts for disabled shoppers have very short battery lives. We were advised to shop after 8pm and still have issues. We went through 2 carts yesterday and both quit working. Ive learned to shut them down, transfer groceries to a regular cart, then restart. Walmart has far superior batteries in their carts. We went to buy some fans and the battery was at 72% only went down to 71% by the time we left. Please consider updating your electronic carts for those of us who shop till we drop.

Whoever was working the butcher counter today around 3 should be fired. I went up to buy a steak and the guy literally looked me directly in the eyes for a few seconds, I said, I would, with intentions to say I would like this steak. He literally turned around and walked away lol. He went over to the pre-packaged beef section and just stood there doing nothing. Waited around 5 minutes for him to come back and he proceeded to just stare at the meat section. How does HEB hire people like this?

Online pickups even on less busy week days on average are 30-40 minutes late at non prime times for example 9am. The quality of product is also diminished regularly with for example close to expiration milk meats and ect. The fruits picked will normaly be the ones that have gone bad or are past ripe. Service has been consistent in this manner for about 2 years now since covid

Thank you,this store does deserve being called the store of Texas,Ive lived in kyle for 8 years but always used walmart for groceries but after a few trips this store,has become my new place.when i asked a staff member of where things were, at i didnt get that usual quote if you dont see it we dont have,the lady at the deli stopped doing what she was doing and assisted to where the tuna salad was at. At the register a couple named Dane family payed my bill!God bless them,with customers like this you are the store of Texas!

Horrible! Just horrible. 90 percent of the time, im stuck bagging my own groceries, I used to work for HEB back in 07/08, back when excellent customer service was taught and encouraged by the shift MIC on to the employees, everything that HEB stood for is long gone now, then if you dare ask for help, it s like you are asking a store associate to commit a crime. I can t even say I m surprised, I ll post this review and some random employee will ensure they inform another careless employee, nothing will be done. Thank you for the worst customer experience ever! As always.

This is one of the better HEBs that I have been too. However, it is claustrophobically crowded which is why I usually shop at the nearby Walmart instead. They are currently expanding this store, but its mostly just turning the (soon to be former) awesome plant nursery into more room for curbside pickups. HEB needs to open a second store in Kyle.

Communication could use some improvement in the BLOOMs department. I called BLOOMS in KYLE ( the florist wasn t welcoming- she was rude) and reached out to the manager via email in January for a May wedding bouquet inquire. Never once heard anything from the manager until today. Unprofessional to wait 2-3 months to reply and decline something that was asked months ago.

Yall have a parking lot problem. Some idiot today decided that its public is an acceptable excuse to block egress. Texas Penal Code - PENAL § 42.03. Obstructing Highway or Other Passageway says otherwise. Additionally a business parking lot is usually considered private property, so maybe some signage or arrows indicating that people need to not park in the MIDDLE of the lane would be a good idea Would hate for someones paint to be scratched because they decided that sitting center-line for 10 whole minutes waiting for a spot was acceptable

I hadnt been to this HEB for months. My local HEB has had to do for the last few busy months. But now, its Spring Break and I invested a little Sunday afternoon time to it. Its so good to be in a big HEB Plus again. Things I couldnt possibly get at my local store, like store ground peanut butter, filters for my HEB water filter pitcher, decent soy sauce, etc. It was crowded as heck, but I had a pleasant visit, did a lot of fun shopping and was out of the check stand in good time. RECOMMENDED I cant shop here every day but sure is fun when I do.

This store need to work on the produce and bad. I and purchase so many bad fruits from there. My cantaloupe was allow there was nothing inside of it when I got it home and it wasn t even ripe. Bugs inside once you cut it open. I ordered 4 sweet potatoes curbside, never had nasty sweet potatoes. And I put tons of sugar, butter, and cinnamon to make it sweet. Sweet potatoes don t need all of that on it to be good first hand. Sour tomatoes. You just don t know these things until you get home. See what the grocery store called Publix do for their produce. Not sure if it s like this at every heb just my experience at the Kyle location because I go often.
