Came today as a new patient for a physical and labs. Everyone I interacted with was very personable. Hardly zero waiting time. Was brought back to exam room before my appointment time and Dr was in with me in less than 2 minutes. Dr. Stoeckel was very approachable and has a great bedside manner. I was nervous in meeting a new physician but he made me extremely comfortable. Would recommend him and this pts give for anyone looking for a primary care provider

I just want to start off that Dr Stokel was extremely nice! My issue is not with the Dr or staff at the clinic, but ever since my appointment months ago i have been going back and forth with the billing department about my insurance. It still has not been added and now my payment is almost 100 days past due after being told multiple times oh give it a few more days and also giving the same information for my insurance multiple times. This is ridiculous.

Scheduled an appointment here because I was sick. When I arrived I was told by the receptionist that Dr. Vijay doesn t see sick people . And was told had to drive around the back so I could get a Covid test. They didn t give me any other information so I cancelled my appointment so I could find another doctor who sees sick people . Very disappointed in this clinic s service.

I am not a fan of doctors of any kind but the staff and Dr. Stoeckel were super kind and made me feel comfortable. Scheduling an appointment was really easy and checking in was quick. Didn t have to wait long and everyone I met answered my questions. Everything was super clean from the reception area to the room I was in. I recommend using their app for all your medical needs for this place. 10/10 recommend

Very very worst place I ever seen. I had a appointment for my spouse and some representative call to confirm the appointment and during questionnaire my spouse said sometime she get a dry cough so office person said that is something you are not well and go to urgent care or emergency room and cancelled the appointment,.may I ask you something if we are feeling okay then why should we come and visit you. If it is urgency that we know how to handle but this is something we wanted to inform you about some preexisting. Im very concerned why this hospital not ready to accept the patients who are having issues and what is the need of hospital then. Ray ray ray is a huge problem at this facility he gate keeps access to your doctor jumps in private messages and refuses to forward messages to dr. Stoeckle who never receives your messages because ray hides them like a weasel. Then after months of putting up with ray and you finally tell him to stick it where the sun dont shine he does his job and sends the information to the Dr. Stoeckle 4 days after the original request...... there is something seriously wrong with this person. Dr. Stoeckle is great if you can get through ray whos job is to extract urine samples from the masses.

But, until this office pulls its weeds, I m finding another doctor. If you take your health seriously, find an office the fully supports you. I have been going to the Village Medical in Katy, TX. I moved to the Austin area, specifically Cedar Park, a year ago. I once again chose Village Medical. I really like the doctors and staff at both places. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. I ve had to wait for long periods of time, as I ve had to do at other medical facilities. Highly recommend.

I really like this clinic and Dr Yalamanchili. I ve been in the office a few times and it is very clean and calm. And I love how quick my appointments are. Each time I ve been in and out in about 30 minutes (from the time of initial check in). And that s not because I ve barely seen the doctor. Dr Yalamanchili has spent a good amount of time talking to me, is very thorough and doesn t make me feel rushed. The rest of the office staff is very nice and efficient too. Glad I found this PCP!

If you make an appointment here make sure to call to verify the type of appointment it is. I was extremely frustrated to receive a call 3 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment that the practitioner that I would be seeing (Dr. VijayaLakshmi Yalamanchili) did not take in office visits, and that my appointment would be TeleMed. When I booked the appointment, there was nothing stated in writing that I would be booking for a visit that was not in office. I had been sick for over a week so went through with the appointment although it was not what I wanted I felt that the appointment was impersonal, and I was not correctly treated. I don t think I should have been charged for the appointment. I also received conflicting news from the practitioner that she had told the receptionist people to call me early that morning, letting me know what kind of appointment it would be (which clearly they didn t do). When I spoke with Ray Luna and Jasmine, who were at the front office they could not give me any other explanation than an apology and that they were short staffed. This was a huge inconvenience and I would not recommend going to this location unless you have double checked yourself what kind of appointment you will be receiving. Prior to this I had been coming to this location for over a year and would see Justine Elling who is amazing! I was told that she is no longer with Village Medical which is more reason for me to not return here. I hope to be able to find a new practitioner who meets the high standards she set!

I love Dr Stoeckel and have used him for years. I am so glad we have found him again! There is difficulty in the scheduling and communication process. You can not speak directly to the clinic about scheduling appointments and there is confusion from staff about what kind of appointment to schedule and if bloodwork is necessary. I used the portal and all I was told was that I needed to schedule an appointment. Only to be told I had to come in when a virtual visit was scheduled and arriving to find out that I was supposed to get blood work the week before, but no one told me. Very frustrating.

First visit was great. Doctor was very attentive, and the office staff was very nice. I had a phone appointment scheduled for the following week. For some reason the doctor did not prescribe an inhaler like he said he would. I just thought it would come up in our phone appointment. I got a text saying that my appointment had to be cancelled and I needed to contact the office. I did and I was told I could keep my appointment with the nurse. I said I would like to do that. I have looked forward to this call all week. I get a phone call the day before my phone appointment saying before I could see the doctor I would have to change my primary physician with my insurance. The person I was speaking with was very vague on details. I assumed this was for future specialist referral. I told him I would do what I could, but we were very busy. He never said my appointment for the next day would be cancelled if I did not get this done. The day of the appointment the same person contacts me and says if I havent changed the primary with my insurance, they would have to cancel my appointment. He was very unbothered by how upset I was and could care less what I had to say. The next appointment to see the doctor is more than 3 weeks away. I just fired my other doctor and now with this I am even further behind trying to get in to see a specialist. I tried to call back and talk with someone else but was met with more could care less attitude. Im out. I was looking forward to seeing a good doctor. I am back on the lookout for a new doctor. Total waste of time and money. UPDATE: I responded with an email like I was asked and 3 weeks later and still nothing. Ive moved on.

Tianna (hope Im spelling it correctly - the lab tech) is AWESOME & deserves a raise! For my blood draws she ALWAYS gets it first time EVERY time. Ive been told that I have small rolling veins, so normally I become a pin cushion (multiple tries) & dread having blood drawn, but not so here at Village Medical Cedar Park. Dr Stoeckel was by far the most professional and personable doctor I ve ever had. He listened to what I had to say and was very knowledgeable and friendly and continues to provide the best possible treatment plan for my specific needs.

My experience with Village Medical has been good. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 because I was supposed to have lab work done, but they said the lab work lady was at lunch so I had to visit a 3rd party provider rather than get the services I needed on site while I was there. Also they send me a text/email for a virtual visit, when my appointment was to be in person. Simple administrative mistakes, but the doctor was great.

Their billing system sucks! In the past 2 years I visited this place twice for regular health check up. All the bills were cleared by my HSA account but still the portal shows as Pending payment and this time it even went to collections. Even though I sent the proof of payment to their billings team, they are unable to correct their messed up system and sent to collections. Their customer support is even ridiculous. They dont know what they are doing. I am not going back there again. My billing issue still not resolved from the past 5 months. Ive been repeatedly sending emails and calling them to fix but nothing happens. They are hopeless people. My sincere recommendation is stay away from this provider.

Annual physical should be covered by insurance. But they will do a tele video call to go over the test result with you then charge you with regular doc visit. This is how they make money. Don t get tricked, find another place.

You know I have been blessed to have found a doctor such as this one, he has compassion and understanding for his patients. When I started being his patient i knew that i was home, and there was no need for me to go hunting for a new dr. he actually listens to me and knows exactly what to do. He is very informative & tells you step by step on what to do. You see this dr is one of a kind! He is an outside the box thinker and that fits me well. When dr stoeckel stepped away from seeing patients, for those two years I did not see a doctor at all, you see there is no other dr that can fill his shoes. Let me put it to you this way, every last one of his patients awaited for his return!! His professionalism and respect has won me over and a lifetime patient is what he has with me. I can write a book about all his greatness and what hes done for me as a patient of his but I am running out of room to write. So ill leave you with this, if you are in need of a primary care dr then make an appointment & share in the wonderful experience. Just dont take my word for it, come see for yourself!
