Plain white building (as the French name implies) situated on a charming little vineyard. The venue itself was pleasant enough but I was there for a wedding and I think it s more suitable for a sweet 16 party or Bar/Bat Mitzvah. Despite the vineyard atmosphere and what seems to be a BYOB policy, there are specific rules about bringing alcoholic beverages on premises. (I.e. they are not welcome.) The parking lot lacks signage so one doesn t drive inadvertently into the large ditch. The staff that I saw were not happy to be there and acted it, which put a downer on the wedding celebration vibe. Party venue? yes. Wedding venue? Maybe someplace else would be more appropriate for that kind of celebration depending on your thoughts about alcohol.

We had our wedding this past weekend and I must say the venue is absolutely beautiful! From the suite to the vineyard everything was perfect. Nikki did her best at helping with last minute changes. She also was very hands on with communicating with vendors on our behalf. We are so happy we chose the La Maison Blanc for our wedding!

Niki s was caring and attentive the entire way! She was patient and the venue was amazing and professional staff! I would absolutely book again! This is my spot for large events ! Thanks again for everything ! My daughters Quinceañera was beyond what we imagined! It was surreal and I was able to enjoy every moment !

I had my wedding here this past December and I could not have more positive things to say. From the beginning Nikki the owner of the venue kept an open line of communication and kept us in the loop with all wedding related things. She was always quick to respond to my texts/emails and made the wedding planning process go so smoothly. She assured me over and over again that everything would be okay and not to worry. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. The property has a bridal and grooms suite and a beautiful vineyard out back for the perfect ceremony backdrop. The inside is modern and super clean. The black and white aesthetics really allows you incorporate any color into decor. I would highly recommend having your wedding or event here!!

My daughter and son in law had their wedding at La Maison Blanc in October. Everything was amazing and beautiful from start to finish. There is absolutely not one thing I would change or wish that the venue had done differently. Nikki very nicely answered my one million questions (we booked almost 2 years in advance so she had a ton of time with me to bug her) and made sure everything was perfect for their special day. The brides suite was the perfect size, the grooms quarters were roomy and perfect for the guys, the venue space indoors is modern and sleek, very functional and beautiful and the outside is breathtaking, especially the vineyard. 10/10, Im so glad they picked La Maison Blanc.

Not only is this venue STUNNING, but Nikki was phenomenal to work with. She was always super helpful and so quick to respond to any questions I had. The grounds are beautiful and the gorgeous bridal house (a legit house with a kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and an upstairs) was a dream for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in. I had 8 bridesmaids and a few other people, as well as a hair/makeup team of 5 and there was plenty of space for everyone. Do yourself a favor and consider La Maison Blanc!

We had our wedding reception here this past April, and couldnt have had it at a more perfect venue! We got married at a church nearby, and needed a reception venue within close proximity. Thankfully we met them at the Bridal Extravaganza because we had no idea that this hidden gem even existed! Communication with Nikki was always very quick and thorough, and by the end of our planning process she felt more like family. We had about 225 guests, and there was plenty of room for us and the vendors to have a great party! Wed highly recommend LMB!

La Maison Blanc was the perfect venue for a May wedding. The grape vines were vibrant and full and the grass was soft and green. The fine details of the venue, like the great doors at the front of the hall, the beautiful chandeliers inside and the romantic swing on the big tree out front, resulted in great photos and videos. Nikki and Denise were quick to respond, typically within 30 minutes of a message and they were more than willing to accommodate us in the creation of our perfect wedding. They provided us with contacts for bar tending services, catering services and cake makers. Our wedding day was perfect with La Maison Blanc, thank you.

La Maison Blanc is a beautiful venue and made for a perfect wedding!! It is hidden in Pearland, but the best find! Nikki was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had throughout the process. She helped make my vision come to life. The weather was a little questionable on our day and they were willing to setup a little closer to the ceremony after the weather had gone through. Overall, very flexible and helpful. The venue inside and out is breathtaking! All of my guests were telling me how beautiful it was. The chandeliers are amazing. The bridal suite was such a nice place for all the girls to get ready. The dance floor was always full and had plenty of room for my 250 guests to move around. Overall, I d highly recommend La Maison Blanc for a wedding!

I had my wedding at Maison de blanc. First and foremost, the venue was beautiful. I loved the farm look and the colors went perfect with my theme. I know my wedding pictures will come out amazing because of this venue. They had a person controlling the lights I don t remember her name but she was very helpful day of the wedding. However, dealing with management was such an unpleasant experience. Her response to suggestions I had was I don t mean to rain on your parade. When I asked for the table for bride and groom and it couldn t be bigger than a cocktail table. Not to mention we were shoved in the back corner. I wanted to get a love seat again, I was told no. I wanted a Photo Booth she very rudely sighed and asked where exactly do you want to fit that? I was also told I couldn t have a grooms cake because there would be no space for that. Lastly, my husband used a vehicle that isn t normally driven in the road. It mainly stays in a stored garage due to sentimental value. We wanted it to be a in our wedding video. We had it parked in the front and we noticed that it has a huge dent and scratched deep in the paint. When asked to look look at footage. I was told that I would hear back by the end of the week, not once did they call to let us know anything. I reached out and the venue and they stated that since footage is stored for no more than 2 weeks it was too late. It made my wedding planning a stressful experience and for that, I would not recommend this venue.

Hidden in Pearland, you ll find the best part of pearland in La Madison Blanc venue! I m so glad to have heard about it! What a beautiful place to experience. The chandelier was insane beautiful and the building was elegant but could handle almost any theme you desired. La Maison Blanc was amazing from start to finish. We had our wedding here on 11/11 and originally had planned to have the ceremony outside. Due to the rain we had to change plans last minute and the venue staff was nothing short of spectacular at changing plans and accommodating everything for us! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the vineyard adds even more beauty, especially in pictures! I would highly recommend having your special day at La Maison Blanc!

We held a family celebration here on October 9th, 2022 and everything from start to finish was better than we could have hoped for. Nikki assisted in the planning and she covered every detail meticulously. The venue is stunning and the vineyard was beautiful. La Maison blanch is a beautiful venue. If youre looking for a peaceful and accommodating wedding venue down south this is the place! They are family owned and very hands on with their couples. I definitely recommend this venue if you want a more intimate and personal wedding experience. Nikki was super hospitable and accommodating with us during the day of the wedding and was very professional. The event center/reception hall is very spacious and gives off a very luxurious vibe for any wedding.The venue along with their amenities were extremely clean and met all expectations (unlike some other places which can be dirty or have stains). What theyre most know for, however is the picturesque vineyards right outside that with the right skilled photographer you can get some amazing photos in. Overall, I highly recommend La Maison blanch as a venue for any type of wedding! They will not disappoint!

Pearland has a winner! La Masion Blanc is fabulous. We had our daughters wedding there and from the moment we arrived at the bride s house the day was magical. The house has been so beautifully done that it competes with any 5 star hotel! The groom s quarters are equally well done and proved to be perfect for the guys. The beautiful grounds allowed for perfect photo moments. We traveled offsite for the wedding and returned for the reception. The venue surpassed all of our expectations. The venue is every event coordinators dream. HUGE kitchen that allows for all of your needs. Lots of space for tables and dancing. We certainly danced the night away. The other highlight of this venue are the owners. There are unbelievably helpful and are with you on the journey. Could not have asked for better folks to work with. We had to switch venues to La Maison Blanc 3 days from the event and my stress level actually dropped. Beautiful venue and wonderful owners. The vineyard and venue is very picturesque with multiple spots in the front and back for photos. The reception hall is large enough to accommodate a ceremony and reception indoors depending on the size of the event. Mine was about 40-50 people and the transition was seamless. Denise and Nikki were pleasant to work with. They were clear in what the policies were and assisted us in finding vendors. They were on point with recommendations for set up and guest comfort.
