food under cooked. ordered a orange cream slushie that looked like it was gonna taste good but instead tasted like fr fosit water and got a limeade ,they didn t ask what flavor and it tasted like water with flat flat no flavor sprite. #0stars , my french toast sticks were too soft like regular bread.

Extremely disappointed with my local sonic drive-thru. I waited at the drive thru menu and wasnt greeted with a well be right with you in a few minutes. Or were a little busy, would you mind waiting? Instead I got silence. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked if anyone was there? No response. I drove to one of the stalls and pressed the button. Waited for atleast 10 more minutes and still nothing. There was two other vehicles in stalls occupied and 3 more with cars parked, I assume belong to the employees. If they are under staffed I get it. But a response is the LEAST amount if effort.

Super sweet and nice service. My $6 (plus a tip=7) chicken sandwich tasted like chicken fried in fish oil. Little bittie bun. Im guessing the staff is great and doing the best they can. Probably not given budget for fresh oil.

Terrible bro. Literally sat in the drive thru so long that I literally had to call the store to get them to take my order. Then it took them 10 minutes to bring me the wrong order. Went there this evening through the drive thru we waited for about 20 minutes to order there was a truck in front of us waiting as well nobody ever answered the speaker finally I call the restaurant and jade answered she said the speaker doesnt work sometimes. Numerous cars went around us very frustrated since the line was so long and orders werent being taken lots of business lost. I would have left to but I had a car in front and behind me so I couldnt back up or go forward. I will never go through your drive thru again definitely an inconvenience especially with the attitude your assistant manager had. Service really sucks..... Thanks for wasting lots of peoples time.

Ordered on the app I paid full price waited 20 + minutes watched others receive their orders I ordered a double cheeseburger with only lettuce and mayo tator tots and the cinnamon bun dessert item. All I received was a single patty burger all the way with mustard and ketchup no mayo,tator tots were cold and the cinnamon bun item was cold and they forgot the icing . Got served RANCID burgers not fit for human consumption, was already too far down the road to turn around, tried calling they wouldnt even answer the phone. I love having there food it s good but the one thing is that I feel like that I should not be sold at all is cookie dough blizzard because all it s really is raw dough which I feel like it should not be served anymore it could give people food poisoning. The service is good everyone is very nice. I would keep coming to Sonic once in a while. But I would never going to get a cookie dough blizzard again. I feel like I am going to be sick thanks to it. Service was fast and friendly, so I tipped the Server/runner and I requested another Sauce and ketchups. I was told they d be right back with them. Sadly they don t roll with the roller skates anymore but it hasn t effected their speed to get food out in lightning fast time! After waiting about 5 minutes and seeing my runner hustling on other people I just gave up on it and left. Other than that, I was very pleased with the food quality and efficiency of the Hwy 46 & Common St Sonic Location.

Every time I get cherry slushes from this Sonic (861 Loop 337 in New Braunfels Texas), they dont have any flavor. They are pale pink flavorless cups of sugar ice and its very frustrating. I make special trips to Sonic for this specific drink and this location cant seem to get it right. Recently I began selecting extra flavor addin thinking it might help, but if anything, its worse. At this point, I dont know what to do to fix this as it is either a training issue where the food preparers dont know how to make a slush or a manager issue where theyve told the preparers to skimp on flavor.

Any time I think of Sonic, I think drinks. Today instead of a grape slush with nerds, I got a cup of ice with a sprinkle of nerd candies on top....literally sprinkled. I also ordered a peanut butter cup sauce milkshake. No milk, not shaken. With cherries. It was not a drink; it was a cup of ice cream. We had to ask for a spoon, as we couldnt even stir the straw in it. We were gna go to Freddys, but chose Sonic instead. Big mistake.

We went there tonight for a school fundraiser. We paid an extra amount of money for coupons and the waitress, instead of processing our buy one get one free coupon (because it would have taken another few minutes) told us the cost would still be the same and then wouldn t give us the receipt. I ve looked through the past couple of towns and the ratings on their establishments, and I rarely saw one above 4 stars. This isn t gourmet, that sell $50 items on their menu, so it s not going to be the best, but the kids who work here are some of the best you can get. You may see minor things like a missing ketchup or straw, but I have never not gotten a part of my order. And if you do, you can leave your shell for 2 seconds and ask for your darn ketchup!

ALWAYS the SLOWEST service. Doesnt matter what time I visit, how much I order or how busy it is; there is always an extremely long wait. I worked at this exact location years ago and at that time, wait times like these were unacceptable. They clock out the orders early from inside the restaurant to avoid long ticket/wait times being recorded. I only frequent this location because it is 5 minutes from my house.

This sonic out of the three that are located in New Braunfels was our perfered location because the food was better here. My husband came to this location right after baseball practice with my son. Except when he got home all the wrong items in the bad were wrong. When my husband called to let them know he called the wrong location by mistake, but they simply said bring the receipt and we will fix it(this was the Seguin st location). Well when I went the next day and instead was told by the car hop and assistant manager that he had worked there for 7yrs and he knows how much each bag weighs and he wouldn t have messed up. So now you are calling my husband a liar and that s one thing I don t take lightly especially after arguing with my husband for not checking to make sure the items were correct before leaving. Mistakes happen!! Who ever bagged it didn t bag it correctly. It blows my mind on how one Sonic location will gladly fix it, while the other location didn t fix it and called us liars. That is not okay!! I am not one to post but this was insulting and unprofessional!!
