We recently used them for a move out deep cleaning. I was able to get a next day appointment. Customer service was amazing and explained how the cleaning will be performed. I was able to pay for everything with my creditcard. Crew was on-time and did an amazing job. Highly recommend them.

They were scheduled to come at 2pm, they came at 6pm Deep cleaning is a myth with them, unless you know Spanish do not book this service, they left all the corners not clean and damaged the entire wood floor due to the solution they used to clean the floor. Now my polish is gone and have white spots on the floor. Above all they didn t know that hardwood floor if water is lying on it for longer period what happens. They won t be doing your carpet as well because they won t have a vacuum cleaner as well. The ladies who came to clean were nice but Ofcourse language was a barrier. I didn t have courage after the quality they delivered to make them clean my bedroom so I didn t. You can still use the service if you have some crazy offer and know Spanish, the ladies do listen to you and work accordingly but that shouldn t have been a requirement in the first place as it was a deep cleaning contract.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Incredible. They are incredible. Great price for what they do. Its the kind of deep clean you would do yourself if you had the time/devotion to do so. They cleaned our house as if they lived there. Zero cut corners and WAY above expectation. Do it, hire them now, you will not regret it.

We have been using this service for about 6 months. Our first appointment was a deep clean and then we have reoccurring cleanings. Every single time they come the cleaning is perfect. They are also always reliable and show up on the designated day. We have had issues with other maid services cancelling last minute and inconsistency in cleaning. They are extremely professional, encourage feedback and detailed. We feel very lucky to have found them and so appreciate them

I have used this service to shampoo clean my rooms. They did a horrible job. They shampooed carpet before vacuuming it. What a messy outcome. Dirt and dust combined and became stuck with carpet even more. I d never use this service again. One thing they were very good at is making sure they get paid and in cache.

I used the service provided in the DFW area for a deep cleaning of my home. The cleaners showed up on time (a little early, in fact) and were totally professional, courteous, and most importantly, did good work. My family remained in the home, and they were very accommodating. They started with the areas we werent occupying, so we were still able to go about our normal business. If they were unsure of our preferences for a particular portion of the cleaning, they made sure to ask us and provided what we wanted. I plan on using them again, perhaps for a semiannual deep cleaning and would recommend them to people I know. Thanks again!

Cant say better words about the 2 hour move out cleaning we had on Feb 26, 2018! Both maids (Team 6 / Alma & Margarita) were incredibly diligent and detail oriented. Cleaning result was beyond our expectation. We were a little upset when they arrive late at 1:10 pm for the noon appointment, but it went right away seeing the gears they brought: a dozen detergents, a dozen towels, different brushes, cleaning machines I cant name and even a ladder! They dived right in and cleaned fast and furious. In the end, there was a supervisor came by to QA, and made sure we were satisfied. All these work in Kitchen, Bath, Carpets and Fans for $150? Trustworthy worth its name and salt!

I signed up for a move out clean out for 3 people and told the customer service person as well as written online that they would probably be there for the day. Two people showed up and they said they were contracted for 4.5 hours. I had to call the owner about the problems. She said the two people could stay all day and that it would reduce the hourly fee. I had no choice but to say okay. The workers were not happy. I came back 7 hours later and they looked like they were working slow. They were also still angry. All in all it took them 15 hours. Granted the house was very dirty and it was a big job. It was not a two person job. I feel that if the workers were not disgruntled and I had 3 as intended that It wouldnt have been $1132. Thats right, over one thousand dollars. I never received a receipt by email as they had previously done. Only a debit to my credit card. No communication at all. I have to add to be fair that the job was done well. That is the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. It was way, way over my budget and a real hassle. I will NEVER use them again.

TL;DR: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THE OWNER AND HER STAFF PROVIDE SUSPECT SERVICES. VERIFY BY CROSS-REFERENCING THE REVIEWS ON YELP. I WISH I HAD! The Details: I had an expensive and awful experience with Trustworthy Service. They are NOT Trustworthy at all. I guess you can trust them to do cleaning gestures and insist you pay them for it. I needed move-in cleaning of a completely empty one-story home. This was my first experience with them and this is what I got: They parked on my front lawn instead of the driveway. I had to ask them to move. When they came into the house they did not introduce themselves. Not pleasant. Barely civil. But immediately looked at my empty small house and told it would take 4 hours to deep clean it. They told me I had to pay upfront. I did. When I asked for a receipt they gave me a book of paper and told me to fill it out myself. Charged ~$300 to clean an empty 960 sq ft home. Paid extra for oven cleaning that they apparently/visibly did not do. I asked when they were finished to lock up. I returned to my home to find they left my doors and back patio unlocked. They left trash on the back patio instead of in the trash can on the side of the house. What was left was obvious signs of neglect cleaning/dusting the surfaces of my empty shelves, cabinets. There is still visible dust and dirt on the shelves showing they did not do a courtesy wipe. Awful. Im taking measures to report them to as many services as I can. They should not be in business practicing these methods. Taking money and then performing sloppy work and calling it a 4 hour Deep Cleaning service. This is the most Ive ever paid for a move-in service for a house this size. I got overcharged and underserved. And when I asked the owner, Marisel, for a refund. She refused and stopped responding to my emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

The crew of two arrived promptly and went right to work. I received a call from their supervisor saying that it would take 4 hours rather than 3 and the price would be higher. That was fine with me as long as they truly did a deep cleaning. It ended up only taking them 3 hours but I paid the higher price. I was extremely busy (I work at home) so I did not follow them or check up on whether they were getting everything done as needed but they did a really good job. I wanted a more thorough cleaning of the utility room but other than that it was great.

I have been using Trustworthy Housecleaning for about 4 years. They come to my house every 2 weeks to clean my 3 bedroom ranch house. They have always been thorough, reliable and very detailed. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a fast, reliable, good cleaning service. They are great at texting or calling with updates, they have been very flexible to move dates at the last minute when I have had a sick child or a last minute appointment. They have helped do a move-out cleaning for my rental property, and again- have been super flexible and on the spot when Ive needed something. We live a bit out in the country, and they are still on time, and flexible when we need to change dates. Also- I always schedule them to clean the day I come home from a business trip, and they have been very flexible to adjust times based on my travel changes. In addition, on these days, my house is VERY MESSY beforehand because my husband works and we have 2 small boys. After Marisels crew comes in, there is no evidence at all that a tornado hit my house while I was traveling. They make the place spotless. I love this crew, and I highly recommend.

Ive been using Trustworthy House Cleaning for over three years now and have recommended them to quite a few friends. I started using them when I moved into a new house three years ago simply because they quoted me the cheapest price. I was floored by how thorough and fast they were from the very first visit. Generally 2-3 girls come to clean my house each time and it takes them about 45 mins to an hour to clean my two bedroom house. They switch out bedding, do dishes, mop, and do some magic in my bathroom. It always smells so clean and fresh when I get home. My only one complaint is that in the past I never quite new when they were going to show up. This is only an issue because I have a big dog (I feel so confident with them being trustworthy that I have left a key with them also), so I have to be home to let her outside so she doesnt bother them while they work. IIn the past couple of months Ive seen some pretty big improvements in their scheduling though, so it seems like they are working this issue out!

The crew from Trustworthy always does a great job. They are fast and efficient but also very detailed. They maintain a professional attitude while in my house and dont waste time (on the phone, etc.) like other cleaners I have used in the past. I cant always schedule as far in advance as I would like to, but Marisel always does her best to accomadate my schedule requests. The crew works very hard and most importantly I feel safe having them in my home even when I am not there. I also appreciate that they pay attention to all the little details when cleaning as I am very picky about that. Their prices are very reasonable for what you get and the quality of work stays consistent. I dont use anyone else now.

Third cleaning service we have tried and while the prices are a smudge high, they still undercut the competition. I liked them enough to schedule them as my regular bi weekly service. Our house is large but not particularly unclean and they certainly stayed the entire four hours, only missing a few minor items. They offer a free re-clean within 24 hours, but it wasnt enough missed to have them come all the way back out.

I have been using Trustworthy House Cleaning for several years now. They have a lot of flexibility with scheduling which appeals to me because I dont need a regular weekly/biweekly/monthly service, just a group I can call when I need the cleaning. This usually turns about to be about once a month but I like being able to schedule when Im having a party/guests/etc. I have found the maids to be very good. My home always smells wonderful when they leave. They will do extra things I need like mop under my beds and couches because I have all wood floors and allergies! They will also clean my leather couches and chairs very well. All in all, I am very satisfied with their work and intend to keep using them! Give them a try!
