Summary: Pleasant enough, but nothing new and not worth the price Experience - Just ok. Not anything new or exciting. A few interactive sections, but not truly engaging. 95% of the effects were simply turning lights on and off without moving anything. Sound was really good - Very good audio equipment, but all the sound was just snippets directly from the movies - absolutely nothing new. May be a bit loud for some kids. ($50/head +8 parking + $30 for two hot drinks) / (90min walk time) = >>$1.53 per minute<< nope PS. The fog from the smoke machines really stank.

You gonna need a real good long walk to enter the venue and to complete the trail. The lightings are really pretty and the sound effect makes you immerse to the harry potter memories. However, there could have been more interactive games or section to make it more interesting rather than plain walking. Good experience but the price is little pricey considering most of the time we are just walking.

My daughter-in-love, 10 year-old grandson and I absolutely LOVED the Harry Potter event! It was so worth every penny! The quality of the animation, music, sound effects, and lighting were incredible! Top notch! Obviously many very talented, highly skilled people used the best technology and sound systems available to put this together. We enjoyed every minute! We also enjoyed the refreshments and souvenir shop. Every one working there was helpful and courteous. Thank you for a delightful evening!

Be careful of when you book your event. I did mine for 9pm on a Saturday for me and my husband. We arrive at 8:55 and police are blocking the entrance saying the park is closed. I drove 1.5hrs and spend 170$ just to go back home. I did get a refund from them but I was able to book for a 10pm the same night???? Maybe Fever needs to be updated with the correct times of when you can actually do the experience. I was beyond pissed. I say all this to say be careful.

Its a good start to a fantastic idea. It is plain to see how everything is made using a low budget and that it is at this point a start for whatever comes next. Whatever can be added, needs to be done when they set it up next time. In particular, I might recommend proper actors that dont interact with the crowd but can be seen by the crowd interacting with the forest and definitely more to the werewolves than a couple pairs of lights.

Complete waste of money! Could have gone to medieval times for less and should have. Bought the deluxe tickets thinking the butterbeer stein came with the drink, but no (my fault there). The Harry Potter themed treat we received was one Kinder egg each. EVERY person there got 2 of these for FREE at the end! That wasnt a good treat to have to pay for to begin with. It could have atleast been one of those themed cookies for the $. The experience would have been worth it for about $15 each. A walk through the woods with some props. The butterbeer was so nasty we dumped them out. The hot chocolate was good, although overpriced. I am sick to my stomach over how much we paid for this less than mediocre experience. Fyi they must delete all of the bad reviews on social media. Im not sure how anyone leaves a good review.

Worst customer service. No phone number to reach out, all requests must go via email. Booked as a group which was a mistake as I need to reschedule due to family emergency. They don t honor transfer ticket even though it s mentioned on the website. They sent back the tickets to my friend blaming it is me who sent the tickets back when the email that my friend received was from fever account. After paying so much I expect the process to be easy and flexible to everyone. Please make sure you book your own tickets when making a purchase as I had very bad experience communicating with them via emails as it is a time taking process and it feels like they don t want to honor any requests we make.

When I first read the reviews I was a bit nervous, but after coming here it was actually quite fun! We slowed down a bit so others could get ahead and we could have the road for ourselves for photos and videos and it was an enjoyable walk! There s a few interactive activities to do throughout the walk, more so towards the end, which I recommend you to might as well do! Overall it was about an hour and a half worth of walking with a lot of great spectacles to see! Highly recommend drinking the butterbeer and if it s cold out, start off with a hot cocoa with baileys (will keep you warm). If you want to splurge a bit at the end, there s some cool house based hoodies/shirts I was team Slytherin and my girlfriend was team Gryffindor and we got a nice wand to go with the fit.

It was pretty cool! Very well organized, no waiting in long lines (maybe bc it was cold?), great immersive sounds/props/lighting. They do sell food at the end! And, they sell hot/cold & adult beverages at the beginning & end. Wait til the end of the trail to buy your swag/gifts at the village shop. Its a heated building and theres no need to carry anything extra on the trail. Expect to pay for parking. We paid $8. The Deluxe Package is an ok deal. See picture of what you get: HP Experience Tote Bag, a 10oz Butter Beer Stein, a letter thanking you for attending (not a hogwarts letter), a light up lanyard w/ HP Experience Placard, and a Kinder Joy egg (that they also pass out for free at the end). You can buy all of these items at the beginning or at the end at the food vendors (butter beer) or village shop (all else). If youre wanting these items, the Deluxe package will save you a few bucks. Food was pretty good! Always great to have British style food at events like this. It was a bit pricey though.

Maybe it would be very cool for the average Harry Potter fan, but essentially it was a nature trail with some cool lights. I understand the pricing with all the lights that was used, but it still was not worth it. The trail starts off very cool and immersive, but then it gets old quick and its just lights with audio quotes from the movies playing from the trees. There are some Harry Potter icons/props but its really not a lot when the experience is branded as a Harry Potter thing. There are like 4 interactive photo ops but they are a bit plain. There is a small snack shop with frog shaped brownies and a hot chocolate for each Hogwarts house as well as a smaller merch shop with this forbidden forest experience branding, light up things, and some wands. The end of the trail is where they sell all sorts of real food (more than desserts) and a big picnic area to rest after the long hike. There is also a bigger gift shop with more Harry Potter merch. At the end they also give you a free kinder egg that contains a Harry Potter Funko Pop toy

Im not sure why the reviews are so positive. I went cause the reviews were so good. The exhibit feels half empty. There is a lot of walking with nothing really going on just speakers and colored lights. The wand stuff was fun, and theres some cool photo ops with replicas but thats it. The exhibit just ends without fanfare. It should be like $15 or $20 max. Also the gift shop clothing is very low quality and doesnt have house colors. Everything is dark navy/gray. Boo. We went on the cheapest night possible atm $44 dollars+ fees/taxes. Youre better off going to Meow Wolf at that price. Or if youre a huge Harry Potter fan, maybe buy some cool HP item online for that $50 instead.

Pretty lame. Especially for the price. Its just a light show through a walking trail with a handful of Harry Potter statues and like 2 animatronics. Good for kids maybe. Also the butter beer was really bad, tasted like they just put some coffee creamer in a cream soda. $10 for like a bathroom cup size of it too. The whole time they are playing Harry Potter music on speakers throughout the trail which is nice, but then theres just random quotes from the movies echoing through it. Also, theres an app youre supposed to download and interact with things, but it barely works and is annoying to deal with. Theres a decent line to do anything interactive so youre just standing there massing with the app for 5 or 10 minutes. I regret doing this. It might be fun for kids, but it was very expensive, very short, and not very fun. For a similar price a while back they had the Jurassic World experience in Texas, and the difference in quality and experience for that price is just night and day. Youre paying Universal Studios prices for a 1-2 hour walk.

We had an amazing time even though the weather was frigid! The effects were a beautiful blend of new technology and good ol haunted house type effects. The lighting was so great at sending the ambiance.

Miserable experience and even more pathetic management. We were given no notice of closure, drove from out of state to attend only to be turned away at the park being told the event had been canceled. We were given a QR code to submit a request for a rescheduling. Little elm was not even a listed event location. And trying to find the correct location was difficult because the security they had posted was less helpful. We purchased the deluxe package that came with trinkets, and we never received the items there when we were turned away. As of 3pm the day after the event, 20 hours after our scheduled event time. we still have yet to be contacted about rescheduling or refunding.

We had tickets to the Dallas location last night. I DMd their Facebook page making sure the weather would not cause them to cancel. They assured me it was still on at 3:15 PM and reminded me that it was too late to reschedule even if I wanted to. After driving over an hour, we were handed a piece of paper at the entrance by a security guard saying the event was canceled and that everyone should have received an email this morning. We got no such thing. And why would they DM me that evening saying it was still on in that case? There were people pulling up who had driven 4+ hours! No one got an email or anything. Now no one has been offered a refund or has been able to reschedule and they are deleting Dallas customer social media comments. They are not even trying to help their Dallas customers who spent hard earned money and traveled hours to go experience this event. Warner Bros needs to step in at this point.

We booked tickets for this event last month but due to the impending weather we started contacting them about possible cancellation as we live 5 hours away in Houston they said they do not cancel so we moved forward and went to the event . Once we arrived at 6:00 pm we were told it was cancelled and an email was sent but all of our party was not sent a cancellation email. At they time we parked so we could give our baby time to change him play then provide him food but your security officer kept telling us we need to leave we tried to explain the situation to her but it got worse as she called the police. It was ridiculous so we are truly disappointed and hope you provide refunds to all.

I went to this experience with my son and we had a great time. We dressed for the weather because it was freezing outside. The transitional spaces between the different areas was pretty awesome.

Event canceled with no notice!! Flew in drove an additional 45 minutes to pull up and be told by the lone security guard that the event is canceled. Handed a piece of paper with a message saying an email was sent and a QR code to send a request. Absolute lie! No email no text NOTHING. I get the weather was cold, but come on! At least communicate and provide refunds. Kids were in tears. Even worse when I went to the site they were still selling tickets for tonights event!!

Tonight we knew it would be cold, but they cancelled the event with absolutely no notification. My family and I drove 3 hours, booked a hotel to do this, and was turned away at the gate by a young man they put in the miserable position of giving everyone a sheet with a QR code and explaining to each car that drove up that the event was off. He said they knew no one got an email.. Absolutely miserable management, and we are extremely disappointed we wont be able to to make another day work.

They cancelled the event without any notice. Not fair . I want a refund or accommodation not a reschedule. Wasted gas, money, and anticipation. Due to the weather so what? Put on some warm clothes, it s not the end of the world because of the weather. We drove an hour for this event and were really excited for NOTHING.

Whoa....they canceled todays event because the weather isnt fair? Its not raining or snowing. Its cold, yes. So go put on some warmer clothes and the show must go on. Supposedly, they sent an email notification of the cancellation. Didnt receive one. Seriously...what a joke. Not from Dallas so this was a time killer. But hey....the customer always pays the price right?

The actual forest was great. The interactive app was horrible. Right after turning it on, it sucked my phone s battery from 100% to zero. My phone shut down. I couldn t even take pictures.

Immersive and intense. My family had an amazing time. We spent over 2 hours here so the kids could do each challenge and watch each scene over and over. Even though it was cold the night we went, it was worth every second. I would 100% take my family again. My kids love harry Potter stuff. And even though I have never read the books and only seen like 2 of the movies, I loved it too. They obviously put a lot of thought, time, and effort into this event. There was even a fire with marshmallows, drinks, snacks and places to rest at the end of the trail. The gift shop has a lot of cool merch too. It is worth it to check it out if you like adventure, a fun time, and immersive experiences. If you dont like those things then, well, I dont know what to tell you.

A lot of the reviews on here are raving but I m gonna be honest, unless you re doing this with your kids or something it was kind of lame. It s just kind of a cheap production done with mostly projectors and stage lights. If you want a really great experience you might as well save your money up and go to Orlando in my opinion I m not saying this to trash the people who did the production I m sure they did their best putting all this together I just may not be the right audience
