I dont usually leave reviews, but not having multiple drinks on your menu for months is actually ridiculous Update 9/17/2024 it has been at least six weeks and they still do not have strawberry or blueberry syrup. Just take the item off your menu completely at this point. Food

The winter melon green tea with boba is delicious. I really liked the texture of boba at this place. Right amount of sweetness and chewy. I particularly didn t like the bitterness in the drink I ordered. But that s because of the green tea in it. Will probably try a different flavor next time. They customize sugar levels and ice levels which is great. They also have variety of options to choose from their menu. Although I ordered a to-go, the ambience looked pretty .

Im a red ( almost black )belt. I have placed countless orders with this location mainly due to how close it is to me. I have been to other locations and havent experienced the same bored and uncaring attitude I continue to see at this location. Out of every 5 orders, 3 will have an issue. Its to the point where I dont even bother reporting issues management doesnt seem to care As for the company itself, customer service is usually great. Other locations have friendly staff and dont have you waiting a long time for your order at all.

Normally would like this place, but recently placed a mobile order only for it to be 25 minutes later. I watched several people walk in after and leave before me. Very poor service on my most recent visit and I would not recommend. Update 3/29/2024 I ordered 2 drinks with no ice and there was still ice.

I ordered Taro Milk Tea with 50% sugar and less ice with Boba. It doesnt taste like Taro, it tasted like cold tea. Boba is perfectly cooked and texture of boba is great. Just the Taro Milk Tea is not up to the mark for the price that was charged.

I have been here more than 1 yr. Rain or shine, each day, everyday on storm days or on hails days, on Fathers Day, on busy days on days when there is no one. I estimate, I spent more than $2,750.00 a year on this place for the daily drink Oolong jelly tea with 30% ice, 30% sugar, and 50% less jelly (my taste). That is a fact. For longest time, I am a loyal customer, was treated nicely, with respect. Got the free drinks from for the rewards from the app. Sometime, I got the wrong drink (mistake) they offered me to redo the drink, I forgive, and took it as it is was made. No problem with the drink. However, what I can not accept is when there is problem with the drink, I called in one of the working girl thought I was calling to chitcat.... Hi, this is Mr Felix, who is this? She hangs up. I called again and again and again and again. She hangs up waht da fock... I was thinking. Why da fock I want to call to chitchat?#$!#$ Why do I want to do that?...Calling the store, it is because there is problem with the drink, that is why... I was hang up not once, but twice, and third, and forth and fifth time I got thru.... I go and scream.... Hey!!! Stop, I am your best customer I called in on your disabled Ooolong jelly tea on the menu app and I just ordered it as Herbal tea can you change it, do you have a problem with that... Godsh...what it is that you dont understand... I was sooo pisssed-off this Saturday afternoon. I was not focking happy. On the 6th called, I blieve a girl named Weilin tooked the call and was able to listen to me and correct my order. Later when I walked in, I was like a dragon with ready to spit verbal fire, [it needs only to expel both substances simultaneously; the resulting chemical reaction of hanging up on me 5 times, will produce fire]. I was ready to demonstrate the power of Balerion (the most powerful dragon in the Games of Throne). However, one of the girl, i believe was from Cali, said, Im so sorry for the total confusion Mr. Felix. here is the exact tea you ordered and we have corrected the order as you requested (with a smile). I guess the Balerion is out of gasoline, cant spill out fire because it just got extinguished. Thank you, was my reply. P.S. If you cant listen to the customers question or afraid of identify who you are, when people called, then DONT PICK UP THE FOCKING PHONE.

Love this place. Reasonably priced and great quality every single time. Their milk tea is always on point. Tea is strong and milk is creamy. Ive gone to other bobba places and the bobba is not sweet and just chewy but not this place. Just dont come an hour before they close as they will run out of regular bobba.

I love the ease of ordering online and picking it up. Its quick and easy and you bypass having to waiting there. Staff is always friendly and I like that they wear masks. We usually get the coconut milk tea, taro, green tea and black sesame. If you go often you should do the loyalty program. They sent us a bunch of cool stuff since we go so much. We got a hat, stickers, a mug, and reusable straws.

Putting aside the long wait times, every time I go here, I keep trying to get the Kung Fu Tea with black tea extra sugar and no ice, however theres always something they mess up. EX: ice, green tea instead of black tea and now no sugar even though I explicitly said the order right TWICE. No other Boba place Ive been to has let me down and this drink should be the easiest to make on the menu. Not coming back here again.

10/10 Product 10/10 Service 10/10 Atmosphere I ve been searching for countless years to find the perfect boba place, and right when i was about to give up I have found it. When I first walked in on a blistering hot summer day, I was met by a fresh burst of cool air. I took my first step inside and was aghast on how such a cool, well air-conditioned place could also have such a warm, cozy atmosphere. The interior is so modern and is a great place to sit down and get work done. The chill music is better than my actual music so i don t even need headphones. When I went up to order I almost passed out. My eyes went when I saw the girl that was taking my order. She had beautiful black hair that I could just tell were so soft and cute dark brown anime eyes . I stuttered uh mang mango slu slush and she whipped it up in 0.5 seconds. I took my first sip of mango slush and wept. It tasted like the nectar of the gods. I m definitely coming back on a regular basis and maybe I can muster up the courage to talk to the girl .

First time visiting Austin, unpleasantly surprised by the incompetence of the staff. Literally just wanted to get some bubble tea without gluten and wanted some suggestion on toppings to go in there. I asked for advice or suggestions on a popular type of topping to put in my drink and the cashier lady was not able to suggest anything without gluten. She instead looked to her coworker who was sad looking and making the drinks for help but that lady did not seem to care. She walked over and pushed the menu to us and told us anything that has gluten is written on it and walked away. Thanks caption obvious. I asked her again if she knew any specific popular toppings or had any suggestions. She then looked at me and did not seem like she knew so I myself suggested some thing and she just seemed to agree it was a fine option to have. When the drinks were handed to myself and my boyfriend the third lady was dismissive. She looked down and didn t even say anything to us and pushed the drinks towards us as we were near the counter and walked away. There are better places won t be coming back.

Very clean place and amazing employees. Me and my cousin come here pretty frequently and this recent time we both asked for extra boba but in order for us to get what we wanted we would have to wait 10mins for them to make a new batch of boba. One of the girls let us know this and asked if we wanted to wait and we said no just regular amount of boba. And when our drinks were done she gave me a dollar as an apology for not having enough boba this girl was so sweet and she really didn t have to do that. She s a very hard worker and is so sweet!

My daughter loves this place! Anytime we are in the area, she orders the honey milk tea and I order the taro milk tea. We love bobas too. Those two drinks are pretty sweet, but you can reduce the amount of sugar/sweetness in them, which is pretty nice. Worth a visit if youre in Cedar Park!

Placed 3 drinks order. It didn t seem to get busier after we placed our order. 15 minutes went by, changed my son s diaper in the car since there were no changing station and our drink was yet to be done. I had asked if our order was going to be ready anytime soon.. (as there were only two people when we first walked in.) The staff asked what our number was and I said I never received one. They all looked around to see where the cups were at. Apparently, the drinks were done because they were sitting in a bag. They never said anything or gave us any kind of acknowledgment that it was ready. Service is completely awful! The Thai tea is not fresh so don t expect the authentic orange one when you order. The coffee milk tea wasn t to our liking definitely not our go to place for boba milk tea.

The staff here is so wonderful! They always are so overwhelming friendly, helpful and patient, it just makes for an amazing experience every time. They have so many great options so there s always a good choice for everyone. The wait can occasionally be a bit long but it s expected, and it s never been too bad.

Ist time at this location yesterday(sunday). They were out of Boba and in person customers do not seem to be priority. Waited over 10 minutes for 3 drinks when I was the only in person customer. It was a bit frustrating when 3 of the 4 employees where chitchating rather then making drinks. Dissapointed customer.

Got a pineapple green tea, it was OK, they do not have coconut milk or almond milk, so be aware if your sensitive to dairy, youll have to stick to the teas.

Its been hard to find good quality milk tea in the area. This is probably the first place Ive REALLY enjoyed. Im a low sugar, no ice type (I pour it over my own ice at home). They have great tea flavor with a bit of sweetness at 30%. Its the perfect blend. Theyre also very fast and nice for to-go orders. I havent stayed to dine-in, but theyve got a nice air conditioned seating area with wifi and pleasant music.

OMG!!! Im in LOVE with Kung Fu Tea!!! The employees are so sweet and explained all the drinks to me. Also love the environment inside. Its a whole vibe from people to scenery. The drinks are delicious. My go to spot

Pretty bummed my taro smoothie was like 1/4th hard ice. The taro and smoothie was delicious but the ice made this drink a two thumbs down
