We tried the For Sale By Owner route for 6 weeks. Nothing. Listed with Shae and had a contract in less than two weeks! She WORKS HARD for YOU. She s a great marketer, knows her business, responds to email/text quickly, and she s trustworthy. We cannot say enough wonderful things about her, and would hire her again in a heartbeat!!

We enjoyed house hunting with Shae Griminger. She was very patient with us as we toured countless houses during the most competitive buying season. When we found the house that was the one, Shae walked us through the steps that needed to be completed to reach closing. She went above and beyond to make sure that all of our requests were completed, even the items we forgot to ask the sellers to do. We would recommend her to future home buyers or sellers.

We found Shea while looking for our forever home after our kids were raised and left. I gave very specifics on what would take me to move from our home of 16 years. Well, as determined, hard working and treated us like we were family, she found it in less than a month!! Shae sold our home for us and has been with us through the entire process.
