My family and I ordered online through the website and I got the fall combo, which comes with a bagel sandwich, cold brew, and a hash brown. When we picked it up, I only got my sandwich and we had to go back to get my cold brew. When we got home, I also discovered that my hashbrown was missing, The food was ok, but just check your food if you order online.

Order the bagel lightly buttered it was soaking in butter. Went inside got another bagel wasn t toasted. Bacon is raw. They just want to hand you the machine to get a tip. They don t care if anything else else is right on your order very disappointed.

Visited today and once again reminded why I normally dont visit. Avocado toast was bland and lacking flavor on a bagel that was either overcooked or not fresh. Ordered a caramel macchiato that had the overtones of burnt coffee, and a chai tea latte that was made with luke warm milk and poor quality chai powder. I have to remind myself that sometimes convenience isnt an excuse to overpay for poor quality food.

I ordered a Farmhouse Bagel with a Caramel Blended Coffee. The bagel was absolutely packed with the shmear making it difficult to eat from all the pepper. I had almost finished drinking my frappe when i saw a dead bug at the bottom. This is absolutely disgusting. Will never eat here again. Last time I ordered delivery my eggs were rotten too. Don t go here!

I never share reviews literally ever but I absolutely had to share my story. I have had the worst two days of my life and Ive been so upset. Nothing was making me happy. This has relevance I promise. LOL I was hungry and decided to order these bagels for the first time. Whoever made my cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese needs a kiss because when I say that bagel turned my entire mood around. I know it sounds silly but that bagel was so damn good I am in such a good mood now. Whoever worked on 8/4 around 9 am... I salute you. Bless your godly hands.

The main reason for this 1 star!!!! Why in the heck do you only put seasoning on one side of the bagel?? I ordered a cinnamon sugar bagel unknowing it only came on the top bagel??? So really I paid for 1/2 cinnamon sugar bagel and 1/2 plain bagel. How does this make any since??? Just simply dip both sides in cinnamon sugar?? Do I have to ask for 2 top bagel pieces next time?? Now with the service, my order was taken promptly but took 20min for 2 basic bagels The top half of my bagel was absolutely fantastic!! 5 stars. But the bottom half (missing all cinnamon sugar, was terrible! Just eating a basic bagel.

I haven t been to other locations in a while, so I m not sure if this is unique to this location; however, the drive through practically expects a tip. These are already $5 bagels, so I m not quite sure why the staff is depending on fair wages coming from the already overcharged customer. Not only do they have a tip jar hanging out the window, but they ve continued to use the covid stick to hang out the POS system out the window for the sole benefit of customers having to go through a tip prompt. Cashier was friendly prior to tip selection and became relatively hostile after no tip was selected. Please raise your prices if necessary to provide for your employees, but forcing a tip to not be treated outright poorly is bizarre. I am generally someone who is happy to tip well in traditional settings where it s clear you re tipping for a service provided, but these situations where it s practically just a surcharge to a takeout order and it s not even clear who or what I m tipping for has gotten out of hand.

I have ordered from them on two separate occasions and my order has not been correct. The first time they forgot the smear. Staff was super friendly and kind. They ran out of the spinach florentine right before I ordered. I was visibly upset since it s my absolute favorite I keep missing it right before they sell out. The manager was so kind and offered us a free one and coupon without any prompting. Super surprised at this kindness. Highly recommend this location.

We ordered to-go for two bagels toasted with some schmear. The person at the counter prepared and gave it in the bag. Once we got home and opened it, we saw that the bagels werent toasted enough and they had so much schmear on them, it was soaking the bagel. There was a tub of schmear on each. I just wanted some breakfast so I ordered from Uber eats and was given the wrong food. I tried calling to see if I could come in and get the food I actually wanted and they told me I had to deal with it through Uber eats. With fees and everything else I LOST money to not get my order. No help, and terrible customer service. The #1 rule I got taught at my job was to do anything to get the customer to want to come back. I m good with this place that s ridiculous. Okay queens you know I used to LOVE einstein bagels. Every morning, when I walked downstairs and see an einstein bagel bag, I would be overfilled with JOY. Now all I see is red. ANGER. Cause what is this. Why is it $11 FOR A BAGEL SANDWICH. Argue with the wall because in what world would a SINGULAR bagel be $11. Like HELLO?? At most I pay $5 for a bagel sandwich at Nervous Charlie s. And you know they place LOVE IN THOSE SANDWICHES. The one I got was filled with hatred. I doordashed my food to my location, tell me why it took them 5 minutes. Because what that tells me is that there is NO LOVE in that sandwich. Now that I think about it, my friend is right, you guys AREN T REAL BAGELS. And also, I didn t even get my bagel. $30 FOR NOTHING. We won t talk about why I couldn t get that bagel because it s confidential, but nonetheless, that s INSANE. Trust, this will be dealt with (in a non-threatening way). I am very disappointed and quite frankly taken aback from my experience at Einsteins today. The girl greeted me well when I went through the drive through and when she put the card reader out of the window for me to insert my card the bottom half of it was tapped off so that I was required to leave a gratuity. I have been to this establishment a few times and have never seen that before. I picked the smallest amount which was $1. I could tell that the girl wasn t happy with the amount and when she gave me my food she wasn t friendly anymore. Is it even legal to require gratuity at a fast food/bakery restaurant? The staff probably makes more an hour than I do and the fact that they had the bottom of the card reader tapped off so that I had to leave a tip and then gave me a lack luster attitude because I didn t leave a big amount for the bagel I purchased is very upsetting. Needless to say this will be the last time I will be coming to this franchise.

Clean and nice ambience to have a decent good breakfast. The signature bagels are our favorite, farmhouse and brisket bagel is a must try. There is ample staffing in the store and the line isn t that bad and cleared fast. Do register their Einstein Bro app on your phone to earn points for food redemption in the future. If you want to try their wide variety of regular bagels, you may take the receipt, go online to give them feedback to help improve their business and earns two regular priced bagels treat from them. Not a reflection on the taste of the bagels but at the lack of customer service available. On picking up our online order we were informed there was no coffee available. (We had ordered 2 gallons for a party). This ofcourse was not great and we had to go looking elsewhere last minute. There was no automatic refund. I called the store and was told I would have to contact customer service online. I did so via the online contact us form (the only way available) and have heard nothing from Einstein Bros. I am currently owed a refund but am getting no response. The last time I ordered from a different Einstein Bros, they delivered entirely the wrong catering order. I will continue to persue the money I am owed, but this is totally unacceptable. .... This is in follow up to the response from Einstein Bros below, requesting I use their contact form with details of this issue. I have already done so, as I said above, with no reply. I will certainly do it again, as I am still due a refund, but I am sure that if they allowed customer service to go through the store itself then things would be easily rectified. Customer service is not customer service if the route to customer satisfaction is so indirect.

This review is only for the customer experience at this location. We wanted the schmear on the side and since we could not choose that option on the app we decided to spend the extra time and go to the store. The drive through line with just 2 cars in front of us took 35 mins. And finally when our turn came and we clearly mentioned what was required, they gave us non toasted bagels with schmear all over it. When we asked the lady at the counter, she started EXPLAINING what schmear on the side is. I would not have ordered it on the side if I didn t know what that would be! We really enjoy getting Einstein bros bagels on the weekend but we literally sat in the drive through for almost 30 minutes to get three bagels because there communication system is broken. I don t understand why it took so long and why they don t just come outside like they do at round rock donuts across the street and take our order so its ready when you get to the window.

My cup of coffee was so overfilled that it was leaking out of the lid. It ended up all over my car & me on my way to work. Yes, I want a full cup, but when you get it to go, there needs to be a little space at the top. I don t see how she carried it without realizing that it was spilling.

These guys are a mess. Over charged without giving my receipt. Made the order wrong. Had to come in from the drive through and wait 6 minutes for them to take my bagel back and just hand me a cream cheese. Bagel is cold. What a terrible place for a such a simple order.

Always a great choice for something healthy to eat. I always get the Lox. Ive been eating at Einsteins since it opened. The food is always fresh and satisfying. They also have an excellent selection of bagels and new breads to try. My favorite is the Asiago bagal. Yum. Stop in and have a meal or just a bagal.

The place is awesome, depends on what time you go in, but Sundays with church and all, go earlier than 10 am, but besides that, they have a good variety, wheelchair accessibility and parking. Its a must go every Sunday if I ever have a weekly agenda

Ive been here more than 30 times at least. You see, I used to come here every Tuesday, and split a bagel with my dad. It was always a apple cinnamon bagel with almond smear, and we loved it. I dont know why, but we havent gone there in a little while, I assume its just a falling out of a habit. I was reading the reviews that have been posted before me, and Ive honestly never experienced a messed up order! It might be because we were regulars, and I have always had a good experience with customer service. I appreciate the work that the employees put in, running a bagel business is a big industry, and I would guess its pretty tough. I plan on coming back here soon, this place has memories from all those Tuesdays that I enjoyed. Thank you Einstein bagels

Weve been coming here for years. The bagels are always tasty. The wait is sometimes insane to the point that by the time they work on your dinner-in order, the bagel you ordered got sold to someone filling a to-go order. But there is usually a decent alternative available.

The manager at this location is the worst. It is even obvious her employees dont like her. When she is not there, they are happy, but not when she is there. She will eat while she is fixing customer orders, I have seen her cracking eggs, never washing her hands or changing gloves. And her professionalism and how she treat customers is pathetic. I have tried contacting Einstein, but they never respond. She is going to drive this store into the ground. Dont go here! Unless you enjoy being treated like you are worthless.

My wife and I stopped here today for the first time to grab something quick during our Sunday errands. The drive through line and the wait were long but its a bagel shop on a Sunday morning. My complaint is this. I ordered a farmhouse bagel with 2 eggs and a side hash brown. My wife ordered another bagel with a hash brown. We get our order, my wife looks inside as we drive off and both hash browns were missing. I went inside to retrieve them and the girl behind the counter very clearly had to force a smile to help me. I wish I had checked my sandwich before I pulled off for a second time because it only had one egg on it. I shouldnt have to check my food to make sure my order is filled and correct. So after doing the math, they missed $5 worth of goods. The hash browns are not good and the bagels were mediocre. We wont be going back.

We placed an order for 3 bagels, but were served only two. When asked for 3rd one, the manager guy got argumentative. It is just odd that the guy basically accusing us off lying. We won t be visiting this place again. We are regulars at this bagel place. Seen management change often here with issues like this. Not something you want to put up with on your weekend when all you needed was hot coffee with a toasted bagel.

Excuses on short staff and just neglecting customers like us trying to give business to this location. If our orders get made incorrectly then close the place down. If I was the business owner I would take time to make things correctly and go as they come. No customers equals no business so I guess I wont be ordering here anymore. Cant pay for lack of service I guess my work should be buying bagels at Costco and doing them myself.

I dont understand the system, you walk in a see what you can order, the wait can be terribly long, and then the staff working drive through can pull from the baskets that you have had to watch for 15 minutes, then the front counter simply say, were out, and you dont get what you want. How does were out work? Make more.... sell more...

I am a huge fan of Einstein Bagles, provided I get what I pay for.. I have been going to this location for over six years and order the same thing each time: Everything bagel with a double shmear of jalapeno cream cheese. Twice recently I paid for the double shmear to which the server replies, you want extra? when it used to be Got it, double shmear... Twice now I received a bagel where the cream cheese so thin you can see through it to the toasted bagel underneath.. and this is what you get when you ask for extra?! Not sure if someone in management ordered the servers to go light on the cream cheese or why the double-shmear option no longer exists in your servers vernacular, but customers will go elsewhere if they (believe they) are getting short-changed.

Just now stopped by Einstein bros to get a Turkey bacon avocado Sandwich when heading to work not only was the wait pretty long for the drive through, but I received my sandwich and this is what was on there as lettuce. This is absolutely disgusting. It looks like moss on a bagel sandwich. If 0 stars was an option I would have given that. If that is the kind of garbage you are serving out as lettuce then I would hate to see what else is going out as acceptable to y all. Do better.

Love the food and the coffee. However, I have been there a few times and there is a young lady (same blonde) who is always in a bad mood. Today I am paying at the drive through and she sighs loudly (a few times) and was just plain rude. She did the same thing last week when we were trying to pay and she was the one making the coffee drinks. She got mad and turned and someone else came and took our payment because she was upset. Not sure if she is a manager, doesnt wear a name tag. With this type of service I will not be coming back, nor will my family. My wife didnt appreciate this person either. I watched how she interacted with people and it wasnt just us. I have changed my 2 star review to a 5. Wanted to make management aware of an issue. Received a fast response and my goal was just to make them aware the issue. Again love the food and coffee. It is a great place. :)

Ordered 3 bagels a few minutes ago and got home to find one of them, mine, was wrong, with ingredients I cant eat. The bagels are very good but it leaves a bitter taste knowing we pay for what they want to give you that day rather than what you ordered and wanted to eat. This is not a place you could go back and get the order remade because the waiting times are usually extremely high.
