I ordered a Door Dash Italian club sandwich from here for the first time. Sandwich size is enormous. Meat quality is decent, but I had better. Amount of meat is reasonable, but not too much. Presentation is 4/10 at best. Bread is fresh tasting. Tomato is pickled I believe and it was very slimy. I would rather fresh tomato in my sandwich. It doesn t come with sauce baseline, and you may want to add some mayo or mustard

We love this sandwhich shop and have been going for almost 2 years now. The sandwhiches are so delicious and come out pretty quickly, you just want to come back for more. Last time we visited the owner greeted us as we walked in BY OUR NAMES, was super nice and kind to us, and checked up on us as well to see if we were satisfied with our food. She was so humble and sweet. Amazing service, clean, and a good meal. Highly recommend.

The classic cheesteak was just not good. The meat was over cooked and without flavor, the mushrooms were undercooked and meaty, the bread was too thick and doughy. Im not sure what they were after, but it wasnt a classic cheesteak.

If you like Thanksgiving in a sandwhich, the hot bobbie is for you. I tried it based out of a coworkers love for Thanksgiving and rave over the hot bobbie. I could have done without the cranberry but the ingredients and bread themselves are excellent. We also had the grilled italian and a kids turkey sandwhich and both received positive reviews from the fam.

Skimped on lettuce, tomatoes, onions, dressing, and hot peppers on Classic Italian. Especially the onions and tomatoes were sliced paper thin and limited in quantity. The resulting sub was a bit dry and lacking much crunch to contrast with the bread, meat, and cheese textures. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient.

I have been going to Capriottis for over 20 years. I have never had the type of experience like I had today. The owner is a person I have talked to numerous times and have spent 100s at this location because I used to buy lunch for my clients. The reward system is total garbage. I have to use a company credit card which is different then the one in the application. I can never get credit by scanning my receipt or entering it in. When I was there today I told the manager this is not fair and I should have a lot more credit. I asked if they can offer me a coupon or something to cover the lost rewards. they talked to the owner and she said NO. I said thats horrible and the girl who said she was the manager just smiled and said Have a good day in a sarcastic tone. When I turned back to look she now waved at me and said enjoy your food. This is after I tipped them 5 dollars for a carry out order. The food has gotten worse and theres hardly any meat on their sandwiches. Im so disappointed and will look at other options for lunch and client dinners. Filthy bathrooms also with a stink you wont forget!!

Sandwich. My favorite food. Despite my bias, the one element that stood out in Capriottis is the the staff. The CAP family. In all forms the service here was fantastic, and even more impressive there was a true family behind the counter as well, only warm/welcoming vibes from the fam. The selection is unique and REALLY good. There is a fenominal vegetarian section. Im glad El Paso was graced with a Capriottis! Vegetarian options: For all the vegetarians out there!!! They have impossible meat and substitute chicken options. Not a lot of places have impossible meat in EP and its the first place Ive seen with substitute chicken/turkey in a long time!

I have been coming to this under rated sandwich shop for about 2yrs. First sandwich I had was The Bobbie...(curious look it up then go get it) Ill go ahead and say I was hooked after that. Ive tried plenty of others (Chicken Chipotle, Cheese steak...) there but The Bobbie is . I recommend Capriottis fairly often. When they end up trying its a WIN and The Cap has new fans. Like food? We have been loyal customers for over 15 years. Starting with Henderson NV we were elated to find a Capriotti s located in West El Paso. Initially we picked up and experienced the quality sandwiches that were our long time favs. Approximately 6 mths ago we ordered a Capistrami, always an 18 inch size. Upon arriving at home we found the coleslaw to be off . It didn t have an appealing taste, more off putting with a sour taste. We called and spoke with the manager who found the slaw had been made without the employee following the recipe and agreed it did have an off taste. She offered a free sandwich next time we ordered. Recently we ve been enjoying the French dip. Today my husband went back to the old fav and ordered the 18 inch Capistrami. I arrived home and got out our lunch for today both looking forward to a great tasty sandwich. Once again the slaw was not flavorful and really had a sour off taste. We threw the sandwich away and we all know how much the sandwiches cost. I don t believe we will be ordering from this establishment again. It s sad because for years this was place was amazing.

We lived in Dallas where we were fans of Jersey Mikes sub sandwiches. After moving back to the Sun City, we were driving down Mesa in search of the nearest Jersey Mikes and happen to see Capriottis out of the corner of our eyes, and decided to give them a try. Ive eaten Quiznos, Schlotkzys, Subway, and Jersey Mikes, and hands down they were the best. Their Classic Cheese Steak (she) and the Grilled Italian (Me) were absolutely delicious. Great subs... slightly slow takes a good 15-25 min usually to get your sandwich... slightly on the expensive side for what you get (although not as stingy as subway )......if you can make it to brown bag deli or Jersey Mikes, Id highly recommend you go there instead....

I had the hot Bobbie and tomato bisque, the soup was great but not hot. The hot Bobbie was so dry and hard.The sub was supposed to have mayo, cranberry sauce, turkey, stuffing and gravy on it but all I got was dry turkey, dry stuffing and the only think I could taste on it was the melted mayo and cranberry sauce. I doordash for a living went today to pick up 2 orders. I always take my daughter with me to keep her close to me and to teach her about El Paso, directions,food, work ethics etc and today she felt confident asked if she could pick up the order we usually do everything together but today she wanted to show me she can and I was just discusted by how she was treated she was given 1 order and refused the second when I went inside to ask if everything was ok the cook yelled Im not giving no kid a doordash order I said you gave her 1 order she continued to yell I thought it was her order I said she showed you the phone with the names I called her over closer to me and told her I dont want to disrespect you and your clearly yelling from the stove area she continued to yell I asked her to not disrespect my daughter. Yes my daughter is in middle school and considered young but shes not out doing drugs or running with the wrong crowd she next her mom learning about life she may be young a kid as she said has feelings too you would think a single mom of 3 would understand this. Instead she was errogant rude and acted very self righteous. This is the woman who was commended for being a single mom opening a business among the pandemic sorry youre no role model to me. 1st time here along with some co workers. We arrived at the noon lunch rush. As we walked in we we greeted quickly. The cashier noticed that we looked lost & asked if it was 1st time experience. Told us that she would answer any/all questions. I noticed a sign that said please be patient as they are short handed. If we didnt have patience we are welcome to pick up an application for employment there. I thought it was pretty cool. Once I got to register I ordered the bbq chicken salad combo. Very good. I got the small & was very filling for me & Im a big guy. I paid a bit over $12 which was salad, chips & large tea (fresh & tasty) & tip included. Not bad. I recommend the bbq chicken salad. Once I placed my order the dinning area seats became available, so we got to sit as a group. The owner came by table, greeted us, asked if everything was good & thanked us for stopping by. I ve been here several times and the sandwiches are normally pretty good. Last time, my husband ordered his sandwich on a bed of lettuce and it looked amazing. I ordered that today and got a tiny soup size container with some lettuce on the bottom and cheesesteak on top WTH? Great service, excellent food, old school vibe. I had never been to this place before, but saw it from the road driving by and thought I should stop in and check it out. I was greeted with a smiling cashier, which is extremely unusual these days; I let her know that I never been here and asked her what was the best she recommended the Bobby thoroughly describe the sandwich to me explain the sizes which are huge, and it was a overwhelmingly pleasant experience at a cash register. Food came out pretty quickly, considering its all made to order, was exactly as ordered and delicious.

This is a very professional establishment and normally from going to other cappriottis it was just some of the most delicious sandwiches out there. Especially with that chipotle ranch sauce. Weve all been in a sub shop - they look pretty much alike. I wasnt expecting more than the usual quick sandwich for lunch, but this place is FANTASTIC. The Wagyu is amazing. Somehow they turn a humble sandwich into a taste experience you dont want to miss. Try it, you will not be disappointed! While looking for a fresh sandwich place that was not Subway or Jimmy Johns we stumble upon Capriottis. To begin with, the service was very friendly and the guy gave us his honest recommendations. We ended up getting The Bobbie , which is kind of like a thanksgiving sub, not toasted or warmed up and a clam chowder soup. The sandwich was 10 and it wasn t even the biggest one they had, the bread was fresh, the meat was juicy and everything else in the sandwich had a very good taste. As for the soup it was very good as well, in all honesty had a better flavor that the soups at Subway. While the place can be a little pricey it is worth it, definitely worth a try if you re looking for a different sandwich place.

This was by far my best sandwich shop experience. I mentioned it was my first visit and it was suggested I try the Wagyu Cheesesteak, and this sandwich knocked all other hot subs Ive had out of the park. The meat was incredibly tender and delicious with unique toppings that added a crunch and some spice. This place is genuinely gourmet with good pricing for how high quality it is. Ill be coming back as soon as possible.

If you dont mind paying just a little more the quality and flavor here is worth it!!! I met the owner and she goes out of her way to keep the Standards high. On Mesa across from Don Haskins Center more or less. Shocked this place now in El Paso. First time I ate at one was in a casino in Pahrump, Nevada back in 2013 & 2014 and never forgot that place. They expand slowly but carefully. Some of you might remember this place from Las Vegas locations in and off the strip. The Turkey with cranberry Sandwich Out of this World. Also, Pastrami sandwich great too thru the oven. They have awesome salads also. If you want quality and flavor this is your place, prices about mid level but worth it. Super great sandwiches. Taste totally different and alot of sandwich for your money. Worth it!!

Vegetarian turkey was good but the bread was stale and the price point is too high for the quality, imho. It was $10 for a small sandwich (with just a couple pieces of meat and one piece of cheese) plus another $5 for chips and a small drink.

My online order was so very easy. When I entered the shop I was greeted and was hosted like I was a regular ( 1st time). The restaurant was clean and sanitized. My order was prepared by Senma ( please forgive me for the misspelling). Ooh and the Chicken steak sub is delicious . Everyone in the area needs to stop by and patronize this place.

Came here for the first time with my family of 6 and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the kids loved the grilled cheese and the bobbie was AMAZING seriously the best sandwich Ive tried so far definitely recommend

Met the owner today. She had a bright personality. Great service and amazing recommendations. I got the classic Italian and I was gonna do my normal mayo and mustard . she recommended I add spicy peppers and some onions. This Sandwhich was a 11 out of ten, best sandwiches in elpaso (no cap)

The quality of the sandwiches is much better than any other sandwich shop I ve found locally. Jersey Mike s does not even compare and the pricing is similar. Every time I come it is empty though, I hope it lasts!!

Capriottis is THE BEST! We used to live in St. George, UT and fell in love with Capriottis there. So stoked to have one nearby. We live in Las Cruces now, so 49 miles is no biggie. Plus we have to make our El Paso run on the regular, anyway... Capriottis is almost reason enough. The Bobbie is insanely good and the Capastrami is as well. Cant wait to try the Wagyu! Price has been mentioned as a factor in several reviews and honestly, I dont think you can make a fair comparison between Capriottis and most other sub shops. Capriottis slow roasts their turkey. The others typically open a bag, or slice something cooked in a factory. Plus, their sandwiches are huge!!! If you go to Capriottis, count on sharing with someone else or having leftovers for later. Or, just eat it all at once! No judgment here!!!

I ordered for the first time today it was the vegetarian chicken sub for delivery and when I got it a few of the ingredients were coming out of the bread but I guess that was just from it being in a weird position along the way, but it was still hands down without exaggerating one of the best subs I ve ever had and I ll definitely be ordering again; I don t know why all this time I hadn t ordered from here. I really recommend this place! If this slightly messy sub was one of the best I ve had I can t wait to have a non-messy one

I tried the Italian sausage sandwich, it was pretty good. The tomato basil soup was good too. The energy and enthusiasm of the people working was a nice thing too. We will eat here again when we are in the neighborhood. One note, the day we were there both bathrooms were out of service.

I rarely do reviews, but this is one of those times when it is well-deserved. Yesterday, I placed an order through Door Dash and when it arrived, one of the sandwiches was missing. I called the restaurant and the owner went above and far beyond what was necessary to correct the situation. Stuff happens and everyone makes mistakes, but it was clear that the shop owner genuinely cared that this happened. The food at Capriottis is always consistently good, but the owner has won me over. :-)

Heres a location that is in El Paso and not too many places! That is something to be proud of! The special treat is anything that has Wagyu that is in it. If you do not know what Wagyu is, you are in for a treat! I strongly recommend you try anything with Wagyu in it that matches your palate. Pic I took was half a sandwich. I was starving.

This was one of the best sandwiches I have ever ate. The vibe inside the store was upbeat and a very clean restaurant. The team was very friendly and professional. The manager Dymond was very obliging and delightful. The host Geno was attentive and welcoming. The cooks did a great job making the delicious food and in a timely manner. Definitely worth the cost.

Wow, my cheese steak was fabulous. You might want to add lettuce and tomato if offered because it is just the cheese steak but it was good. Also, I ordered takeout from the Yelp app and that didnt offer me the option to choose my chips so that confused them when I walked in to get my order. They said that it said Grubhub and thats not how I ordered it.

We tried The Bobbie sandwich. Got the medium size sandwich that cost around $10, which is about the size of a foot long. A lrg. drink was about $3. For two of us I paid close to $30. Its a good sandwich and the service was great, but a little pricey for us. Also they dont serve ice tea.

Sandwiches were delicious. We all really enjoyed our food except for our grandsons sandwich. They forgot it. Two complaints: When I called to let them know that they forgot his sandwich, I was told that I didnt order it. Wrong. It was on the receipt they emailed me. After I told them that they found it and apologized. Hope to hear from a manager with some compensation. Second, their app shows curbsite pickup so I called when I arrived but I was told no curbsite pickup anymore. Guess the COVID virus is no longer an issue :) RIGHT!? Anyway, food was outstanding! Cant wait for the other two to open in El Paso. Hope one is going to be in the Northeast. Went in to eat today. Met the owner, Tessie. She is great. Apologized and compensated us for our missing sandwich. I had the Bobbie today. Outstanding. EAT HERE! FOOD IS AWESOME
