There is something special about this place. The food is pretty good for its category, and being that Chinese food is somehow comforting to me, Im very generous with my stars. Mostly I like the space. When I usually I get there its pretty quiet, the atmosphere is clean quiet and quaint, and the staff are super nice.

The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the triple delight which had beef, chicken, and shrimp, and I got fried rice. The sauce was great and the meats were tender and juicy. The servers were friendly, and provided quick service. The restaurant was quiet, charming, and nicely decorated.

I honestly didn t care for the food. I ve had better Chinese food and I m here eating leftovers of it and there s a circled plastic piece that came out of my chicken as I was chewing it. I m really grossed out because it looks like a contact lens and for $32 I wish I could get my money back I m having to throw away $32 of food. I feel so grossed out right now never coming back.

We order from here on DoorDash quite a bit and absolutely love it so when we finally went to the restaurant today we were not disappointed. We all ordered something different than we normally do and everything was on point. The place is very clean, spacious and welcoming. Service is a 10/10 and received our food pretty quickly! It s also reasonably priced and spent under $50 for 3 of us which as of lately, is pretty cheap compared to other places!

First time at this location for lunch and its as good as the other locations. The service by the young man was phenomenal. EDIT: We went for dinner and the food was not as good, but the service was still excellent. EDIT: I came back for lunch and it was not as good as the initial review. EDIT: I dont know why I keep coming back because its still not good. One of the worst fried rice ever made: mushy, bland, part of uncooked rice. First time ordering fro this restaurant, lunch special orange chicken, white rice, wonton soup, absolutely delicious from top to bottom. Order was ready in 10 minutes, everything fresh, hot, soup was perfect, orange chicken was juicy, sauce was a great mixture, one of the best lunches to have in the area, not too heavy, hits the spot, and is a perfect weather combo maker. Great location, clean, friendly staff, not much traffic but Im sure the to go orders are heavy.

Great food! We always have a hard time getting Chinese places to understand that we want our food SPICY, but this place delivered! Our table of 4 ordered chicken fried rice, combination lo mein, extra spicy Szechuan chicken, general tsos chicken, hot and spicy soup, and wonton soup. The soups were both delicious, the fried rice was flavorful and the Szechuan chicken was so spicy and exactly the way we like it. The food came out very fast and the waitress was very attentive. 10/10 recommend

We went through there after a long trip, the place had a good image, we ordered Chinese rice with beef , delux vegetables and walnut shrimp. The tasteless pasty rice is not recommended at all, the exquisite vegetables are highly recommended and the shrimp had a buttery white sauce on top that was disgusting, not recommended. We dine in a lot at T Jin china diner in Spring/Marketplace (Kuykendahl and 99) and the food and service are absolutely great. Our server, May, is wonderful and is always very attentive and makes sure everything is perfect for us, just the way we like it. May is always so kind and it is a pleasure seeing her smiling face. She is a big reason we keep returning to dine in. Ken also waited on us tonight and he was very kind too. We will definitely be back soon for the wonderful service and food. See you soon May!

Party of 2: lunch time on a Tuesday: First impression, it looked lonely just one other person. You sit yourself down then the waiter comes to you. The waiter wasn t very knowledgeable on the menu. He couldn t answer our questions so he had to check with the kitchen staff. I had the tofu and vegetable. It was delicious . The shrimp and veggies was also a could option for me. I was in the area for work and was craving Chinese. Upon entering, the place was clean and well tended to. However, it had a very strange smell that I wouldn t expect to be in a restaurant. Almost, chemical smelling and there was no smell of actual food. I proceeded any way. The hot and sour soup was good but the chicken and rice I had tasted like they were straight from the Chinese place in a mall. Didn t taste fresh or authentic at all. But for the price, you can t really complain. The servers also didn t appear happy and no one smiled at me. Just could have been better.

Used to be a great place, best in town. Think they hired a new cook or new management as I got my food 2 minutes after I ordered it, but its not heated all the way up. One bite is hot, next is cold. They remade it for me in 2 minutes and same thing again! Paid for it anyway and got lunch elsewhere but wont be returning. Tea was good though! This place used to take 10 minutes to make your food but it was the best in town. Now its 2 minutes but Panda Express serves hotter food.

I have tried this place 3x and 2 out of the 3 they have keep my change and when you mention it they look at you as if you are in the wrong for mentioning that they kept your money. Been searching for a Chinese food place since I moved to Tomball from SW Houston and am pleased with T Jin. Im a creature of habit so so far Ive only had the General Tso chicken and Beef Broccoli. Both choices are excellent. The beef is really tender and the sauce has the perfect touch of sauce. I like smaller chicken pieces for General Tso, but I cant really complain chicken pieces are too big. Yes, they are delicious, but too big! Id definitely recommend T.Jins!

So far the beat Chinese food place i found in the area. The customer service was so great the waiter there saw that we were thirsty so he brought us out our own pitcher of tea and then made us really large to go cups without having to ask he was very kind and friendly. This place is absolutely terrible about answering the phone. It s near impossible to get someone. I have called and they have a literally picked it up and hung it up over and over again. Unless you place an order online, they are not helpful. Stopped by at 9 PM on a Sunday, walked in and placed to go order for jalapeño beef and cup of hot and sour soup. At first I thought the price was a little high, but it is excellent. Rip Off! This Spring Stuebner location is scamming with bait & switch. On 03/15/21 at 3:15p, we ordered delivery of a chicken dish & House Fried Rice. The order arrived quickly but the Chicken was so overcooked it was too tough to eat (like it was leftover / recooked) and there was a bunch of hard brown rice but almost NO other ingredients, there was NO pork, only a couple of tough overcooked shrimp bites, 1/2 tsp of chicken, and 2 tsp of beef, thats it. What little we tasted seemed to have MSG in it. We called to let them know the cook had sent food that wasnt edible, overcooked to tough, and missing ingredients. They did not redeliver fresh food or credit our card, so we paid for food with good driver tip that we couldnt eat. They only offered to tell the cook. We are from the area. This is not our 1st time as a patron, but it is the last. They will have to credit our card If they want this review removed. The other location at Spring Cypress has not done this.

I have only tried this place once. The pot stickers and wanton soup was good, but those items are hard to mess up. Since I was trying it out for the first time, I went with the General Tsos chicken. That was not what Im used to. It was too sweet, and not spicy enough. It was breast meat in a large spherical shape with tons of sauce. The sauce did have an interesting hint of ginger. I made an online pickup order. When I arrived, I waited at the door. There was no sign indicating to wait to be seated or seat yourself. After a few minutes of waiting and watching wait staff move through the dining room, I walked to the back where the register counter is. They then greeted me and I asked if my order was ready. The one good thing was I didnt have to wait any longer.

Weve been going to T.Jin since not long after they opened when we read an excellent review of them on Nextdoor. The service has always been stellar, the food that weve had has always been exceptional and huge servings. (Share a meal or take home another meals worth of leftovers!) And if you want it EXTRA spicy, they will definitely oblige. It has always been very clean, never seen anything untoward; tables, chairs, even the floor are always clean and well kept. We are repeat offenders there, and plan to continue to be! ***EDIT: I have to change my rating to match the experiences lately. The last three time weve been over the last couple months the food has definitely taken a dive sharply downward. This is a sad thing as we had previously enjoyed this location. Down from 5 stars to at tops, 3. Get it together there guys!

Why doesn t this place a have a 5 star rating!!!! Probably one of the best Chinese restaurant I have had in a very long time!! Reasonable prices with great portions. Their shrimp, chicken and beef wonton soup is amazing along with others!!! They offer delivery so that s another plus for us!! Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you for the great service and delicious food

As youll see if you read the recent reviews (which I did right before I wrote this) what I am about to say is nothing new. Great tasting food, absolutely hands down the worst staff of any restaurant in the area. I receive better service at McDonalds. My best recommendation is order your food to-go, and get out as quickly as possible.

Best food in town ! Today was the most terrible service though. Young man would rather be some place else than waiting on patrons. Never came back to my table till I stacked my plates up and set on edge of table. I really wanted another beer. Oh well. Maybe better luck next time.

It s okay, I ve had waaaaay better before at other T Jiin locations. Not a fan of the brown sauce, but they did deliver very fast! I mean like 10 minutes after I ordered online they were knocking at my door. I don t think I ll order again for a while, but I will give them a second chance :)

My review is based on my first order from this place. I ordered honey walnut chicken, wonton soup, and crab puffs. Wow, maybe it was because of the time I ordered but wontons in soup was more leftover wonton that has been cooking all day. Chicken was thin sliced and just some of it was drizzled with sauce which tasted more like honey mustard you can buy at store. Crab Puffs were chewy. Very disappointed, spent close to $30 for food that I ended up throwing away.

Idk how this place has 4.4 stars. The duck we ordered was old and looks refried. The shrimp dumplings looked bought from a grocery store and reheated in a microwave... doesn t seem like authentic Chinese. Two stars for cleanliness though
