Cannot honestly recommend this location. The staff was eccentric, and not in a positive way. They felt dismissive and rude. One staff member audibly groaning while waiting for another customer. Also, they claimed they cannot give cash for games at this location??? That s incredible and will highly affect their future business. When asked why, the assistant manager claimed it was due to their till being off at the end of the night? That would be due to negligence on their behalf on counting, not because people want to sell to you.. After being overridden by another staff member, the assistant store manager seemed to be struggling and going into a small panic. It was bizarre. Is professional dead? every time I enter a GameStop, I m reminded that it is a dying business. With unhelpful staff, this location will continue to struggle. 0/5

I purchased a game card to give as a gift, I asked if the GameStop card could be used to purchase a card like Roblox and the attendant said yes, when my grandchild went to buy Roblox was told he could not use the Game Stop card to buy a game card! Im furious! I was also told I couldnt return the card, needless to say I will never go back!!!

Now I m not saying I don t dislike the workers in the store but I dislike the higher ups (Ones who decide on what to sell) you are foul for continuing the sells of PlayStation and PlayStation 3 but not PlayStation 2 I have a problem with that and 2, Why is there little choice for retro gaming people like myself NOT EVERYONE enjoys playing the hottest newest game we enjoy games we grew up playing not just for nostalgia but the quality an effort developers used to have before they got greedy for currency

Bought a headset here that I opened and didnt use. The return policy at gamestop is already bad enough. Then the guy at the counter makes it worse and says once you open it, its yours. Even though their website says they accept used items within 7 days. I corrected him and he told me that was only for exchanges. So I checked after I left and that was untrue as well. It says used items for exchanges or returns within 7 days. Just go to Target, Walmart, or Best Buy where the return policies are much better and the employees dont misrepresent them.

The General Manager does not follow store policy. If you have any problems with staff at this GameStop contact customer service and report what they are doing. Want To say This Gamestop will always be my favorite. I want to Personally thank Kim and Bryon for what they did. In short, there was a limited edition Ps4 Pro and this was announced a little late (Sony...) I didnt hear about it untill it was too late... Anyways, I pleaded with them asking them when they would get another one, Since they said they was probably not going to get another one, I said i would be for extra shipping and handling if i had to i was very serious about this lol. A Couple Days later, Kim and Bryon came through they was able to get another system (Brand New) i was able to buy the system thanks to them. Im really grateful for them now i have this beautiful system to add to my collection, thanks again for the splendid amazing job.

I really like this GameStop location. They have a great selection of games for my son to choose from and at good prices. I dont know much about video games, but anytime Ive stopped at this location to get video games or game equipment for my son, the employees are always very friendly and helpful. Around the holidays it gets pretty busy here, but they usually make sure to have extra help to keep the lines moving. My son loves coming here to get all of his games. No complaints.

This place is the best! Truly helpful staff!!!! I came in to purchase a pre-ownewed WII console. I mentioned that our old one was no longer working. The staff inquired what was wrong and gave me a tip to fix it and it worked! They are not out only to get a sale, but to actually provide friendly, helpful service. They have quite the stock, considering its in a mall area. It might be difficult to find with Google maps GPS leading you to it though so just look for Barnes and Noble then its across from them. Also its GameStop still, take that in to account, dont trade in your games here and check other sources first.
