Great time with Natalie @thirsty Bee. We enjoyed our flight of meads. We learned quite a bit about the process and the styles. Highly recommend spending time here. We took home a growler of draft mead.

99% great little town experience until Kelly, the town Karen showed up. When I walked to the counter to pay for our bill, I was still finishing the last drink I ordered. Kelly, the town Karen asked me not to steal their glass. Edit/Update: thanks for your reply and confirmation that indeed, you are jaded. A customer walking around with a glass of mead in your store does not necessarily mean that the glass will get stolen. You really thought I would have no compunction taking a glass while I was with my 10 year old son and wife with me. How much UGLIER can you get Kelly, the town Karen? Perhaps your cynicism is reserved for non-white customers only? Whats next, a lynch mob? The best of 19th century Tomball Texas.

Stopped there today and had a tasting. Got me some honey and mead too. Very nice ladys, great conversation. Highly suggest giving this place a visit. Seems to be very nerd friendly. My only advice is Saturday parking can be a bit weird. Great place, will be back for some of there game nights for sure.

Dustin was AMAZING!!! Visted for my bros 29th bday. Had us saving the bees while sippin on the best mead we have ever had. Ask him for his suggestions...he has the best ones! Turned us on to a mix of 2 different drafts meads called the southern comfort...#arnoldpalmer...perfect mix between lemonade and sweet tea. For the bottles, titans blood and the bacchus bee were our favs! Definately coming back!

My husband and I went tonight for a date night and each had a flight; I had bottled and he had draft. The drinks were such a fun experience and our server, Dustin, was knowledgeable about mead (we were not) and super fun to chat with. We ended up buying a bottle of mead we tried and a jar of Mexican chocolate in addition to our flights. After leaving, we called a few family members to spread the word about this place. I think it s safe to say, we will definitely be returning. :-)

This place is amazing!!! Very high quality meads. I got the three mead sampler, with boozeberry, rosemary lemon and jam session. All of them were beautiful, amazing bouquet and insatiable taste. It came with some delicious seasoned cashews, and was delicious!!!! I ended up getting a glass of the boozeberry (perfect if you prefer the sweeter side) and a bottle of the poet which was very herbacious and delicious. Will absolutely be back, I genuinely prefer their products over any other alcohol Ive ever tried. Also a fun experience to come and try some samplers with friends or family! The customer service was also impeccable, everyone was able to answer all my questions, was extremely polite and accommodating, and their bathroom was spotless and spacious! I will be telling all my friends to visit this place! P. S, the glasses they have are ADORABLE!!!

They are a honey meadery with a variety in flavors and they sell their local honey! They have creamed honey!!! This is honey and cream whipped to form a spread for bread or anything you like So if you don t like peanut butter or jelly or almond butter than you have an alternative that taste just as good and has the same consistency but better. Their creamed honey is delicious !!! Honey is great for allergies and they have good prices. They let you sample their mead flavors as well and they have a delicious blueberry note on one and they are as smooth as water, you can t taste any alcohol just smooth flavors and delicious aromas!

After purchasing a Thirsty Bee Cranberry Poet mead during the Tomball Farmers Market last year, we finally decided to check out the brick and mortar store. We were greeted by incredibly friendly staff to assist us with shopping and I was also made aware of their other options like honeys, soaps, and meat and cheese boards! On the right hand side of the counter is a rotating draft menu of multiple flavors/ABVs of their meads and prices. I personally enjoyed the Boozeberry which had a tart blueberry note to it. We also purchased a bottle of Titans Blood mead which was blackberry lemon flavored for $25. I say was because we immediately drank the whole bottle that night! Each mead they make is well balanced. Id really like to come back here for ladies night or a special event as the space is very well decorated and clean. They even can offer mead flights, so be sure you have a DD or uber for the evening to enjoy responsibly.

Venue is a little small. All of the associates were extremely polite and had decent knowledge of the product. The mead has a wide range of flavors and included styles on the dry side as well as some for the sweet tooth. We did the 12 glass tasting to try everything they had in stock. The facility was a little warm, not sure if this was an ac issue or if that is normal.

While I appreciate that theyre trying to run a business and make money, I really didnt like how pushy they were about trying to get me to buy a flight of 12, even after I told them I dont drink much and am not terribly familiar with mead. They also insisted that the flights were shot-sized, too small for sharing, but theyre not: theyre larger than a regular shot, easily large enough to share with someone (provided you dont mind sharing a glass) if youre not much of a drinker. I ended up not liking anything I tried, but it was something different and Im glad I tried it. Service was friendly if a but pushy. I would recommend this for: moderate to heavy drinkers, people who really like mead, groups of friends who drink and want to try something different. Im sure it would be a fun experience for others, just not for me.

We showed up at 4:57pm, not knowing they had shortened hours that day, and planned to close at 5pm. We turned to leave and the lovely meadtender there asked if we would like to come in. We graciously obliged, thanked her for her selfless generosity, warm holiday welcome, and kind personality. She was the best. Top notch service! The mead was an absolute show-stopper. I am particular to the Rosemarys Lemon, and The Poet. My home is a 1300 mile road trip, but Ill be sure to make it back for some more mead and comraderie!

The location is nice and very homey. However, the selection is somewhat limited when we were there and the only traditional, non-draft mead they had was the Honeymoon, whi h was awful. It had a very overly yeasty aftertaste. Its advertised as semisweet which was not accurate at all. Thr Mesquite Draft mead was the best.

This is the warm craft/tavern atmosphere and experience Ive been waiting for! The only alcohol I really drink is mead, and BZ Honey knows how to make mead! From the dry and crisp OG to the silky smooth and fruity Boozeberry melomel, there is an alcoholic honey wine for everyone. Staff is friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable about all things honey, and the small bites pair excellently with their mead selection (try the zesty rosemary cashews)! Venue reminds me of a modern local town tavern, and its intimate enough to be able to talk in and hear multiple conversations at once without difficulty. Looks to be a new go-to place for tabletop, boardgames, and all around great times with great company! The honey touches are cute as well, from the honeycomb shelves to the beekeeper mead flight boards. Finally, great value on local honey. BZ Honey is a staple at the local Tomball Farmers market (try their Chocomon chocolate creamed honey) and now an even bigger asset to our community through their opening of the 13th meadery of its kind in Texas. Expect to have continued business from this household! 10/10 already recommending to everyone.
