This place is terrible dont waste your money. Staff on phone dont want to help anyone. They took cash when I got here then when I wanted 2 drinks and had exact change they said only taking cards no cash. Argued with me that even having exact cash they still couldnt sell me 2 drinks. What a joke no manager on duty.

My daughter had a really good time, but we arrived shortly after it opened, and there were a few people there, and the trampolines had a few used band-aid lying on them and other stuff. It felt unclean. After being there about 35 minutes, one of the employees made his way to the trampoline, and he must have picked it up because it was no longer present. Two drinks were over $7. Thats overpriced.

Wish I could give a negative star review! We had a very unpleasant visit almost an hour drive and my son almost got physical attack by another child just because he jumped close to the her. I recently took both my 10 and 4 year old daughters to this place it was fun but they didnt have any food and just sold snacks and juice, they had ran out of food they said, also it wasnt very clean, its not safe for small children, I spent most of my time moving my toddler around to certain spots to jump because big kids were jumping all over knocking small children down and after we had left a day later, my small daughter caught the flu, and my girls never had the flu before in life into I went there. Management needs to get the staff or hire cleaners to keep it extra clean and sanitized. The bathroom was not even clean either. But, this was my experience with my kids.

My kids did not enjoy this at all. Toddlers should be happy running around but they were trampled the entire time. We decided to take a break and get pizza welp pizza is only for the parties to purchase and there were no wings as advertised on the menu. Why have it in the menu if you can t purchase pizza and wings? Should ve checked the review before coming. So sad this is all we have for kids in the area.

Honestly, the trash out front was off putting enough for me to not go in, but I went inside anyways to see if it was even worth my time. My Wife and I decided to enjoy ourselves for the weekend trying something new and we didn t even make it past the front counter. The ambiance was not there; at all. You have kids running around, the staff was lazed out, and ultimately it smelled in there. We weren t greeted, the staff weren t even attentive and overall it just makes the establishment look extremely poor. We didn t even bother with buying a pass or anything like that, we were just not at all excited to be there as expected, thankfully you can walk in before buying your tickets online so you don t have to waste you money, just see for yourself

I know there is not a lot to do with our kids in the DeSoto/Cedar Hill area. However, this place is beyond a mess! The young people working in there clearly do NOT want to work! And I get that, maybe they have something else to do. I went there on 4/12/2024 around 6pm, the young lady who helped me was so rude. But when her friends came in her attitude completely changed! Just rude and it was not called for! The place is not clean, it is not free to get in so use some funds to clean a bit. One positive thing, there was a Cedar Hill police officer who was on duty, he was so nice with the kids, played ball with the kids and even watched kids as some of the parents either left or was not watching their younger children. It was very nice to see him interact with the kid! Not sure of his name but he was awesome.

Just close this place down! Ghetto Ghetto, if you are a parent, and believe that this place is where you as a parent stop being a parent and for got your self-respect for you and your entire family. My grandchilds parents decided to celebrate their childs birthday at this establishment. The whole inside looks like it needs to be sanitized, disinfected and a fresh paint job! The atmosphere is not very upbeat or inviting. The kids & adults run around on the floor with no shoes on. Eat food and dont wash their hands, then go jump on the trampolines, tracking dirt and germs from the outside onto the play area where A LOT of childrens faces and hands come in contact, increasing the amount of germs introduced to their body. The staff didnt do ANYTHING Special for the Birthday Child and barely interacted with the guests, other than to bring over water & juice for the children. The parents had to keep asking for the party items to be brought to the table. The good part is, the majority of the play surface is super soft, so I didnt hear or see anyone fall and hurt themselves. Not sure whos responsible for cleaning the outside, but the front entrance and the parking lot was full of lose garbage laying and flying around.

***update*** March 26th 2024 visit they updated carpet! The manager, Colton is making some decent improve with enforcing staffing/customer expectation and customer service practices. Decent jump house with very little enthusiasm from the associates. The restroom was under construction during our visit but it was not very clean and had very minimal soap to wash hands. The jump areas needed some cleaning attention. The pizza was overpriced at $15.99 for a medium pizza. They have a game area that can be paid with credit card, that wad a plus. I wanted to pay online but it pushes you create an account which I didnt want to do. But I do recommend completing the waiver before entering.

No wait time or crowd when we got here Tuesdsy afternoon, this is definitely a place younger children would love has a few basketball jump courts and dodge ball play area.Looked like the place was getting remolded , Bathrooms had work equipment all on one side. Booked a birthday party for last Saturday 5/13/23 for my son. Check in was chaotic and they did not have working men s restroom. Boys who were too old to go in the women s restroom with an accompanying female were told to go somewhere else to use the restroom. No further accommodation or direction was offered. Luckily an establishment next door allowed the boys in our group to use the restroom. Accessible and working restrooms should come with an almost $300 birthday party for 10 kids and their parents. We made it work but it was very disappointing.

If you have small children, DO NOT bring your children here not even during daytime hours. The management allow the teenagers take over! The hoard the basketball court that is available. Staff nice and helpful but you need to do a better job with keeping the restrooms clean. The floors need to be sweep through out the day.

This location is not one that I would recommend. Its run down, teenagers are manning the place at times when there is high volume, safety is an issue because and theres been a shooting.. or two. Would prefer thia place to close if they cannot have the proper employees or safety precautions.

This place does need some attention. Its not the cleanest and it smells. The place is huge and theres plenty of parking plus you pay for one hour and stay for 3 as no one is keeping track. Great bang for your buck and kids are ready for a nap when you leave.

The young lady that hosted our party was super friendly and attentive. There wasnt really anything else there except the trampolines so I probably wont do another bday there, but its definitely a great place for weekday activities. I also appreciated the fact that it wasnt over crowded.

First, let me just say I love Altitude Trampoline parks. My toddler always has a blast going. This was my first time at the Cedar Hill location. The venue was absolutely filthy. Every surface was unclean. Many of the trampolines had trash on them such as cheetohs, bottle caps, hair ties, plastic pieces, etc. The bathrooms were gross as well. The trash cans smelled, because old trash was in them. The only positive thing was the price. It was lower than I expected.

The employees were nice, but my family went in the morning before lunch and the entire place was filthy. There was trash and dirt everywhere and it looked like the bathroom, the floors, the trampolines had not been cleaned in months. I would have felt cleaner rolling around in my backyard. I got the impression that cleanliness was on the very bottom of their priority list. I would not go back based on that fact alone.
