This job had been by far the best job I have had here in Texas. I love my job so much that Im always looking forward to go back to work. I was sent to a to a job and the first day you have to call to enter the building, wasnt able to get in the building ...the supervisor I was reporting to NEVER ANSWERED MY CALL OR RESPONDED TO MY VOICE-MAILS...ON TOP OF THAT I STOOD OUTSIDE FOR AN HOUR OR SO WAITING FOR A RESPONSE..SUPERVISOR NEVER RESPONDED SO,.THIS IS A SECOND SHIFT SUPERVISOR THAT DOES NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH I ASSUME..VOICEMAIL IN SPANISH...NOW..IT WAS COLD AND IM ON THE BUS LINE...TOTAL STAFFING IN CARROLLTON TX IS NOT PAYING THEIR HIRED EMPLOYEES THE PROPER PAY...THEY HAVE PUT ME DOWN AS JOB BANDMENT .I CANT NEVER WORK FOR THAT COMPANY I WAS SENT TO...BUT I NEVER GOT THOUGH THE DOOR...TOTAL STAFFING IS TAKING MONEY...WENT TO A DIFFERENT STAFFING COMPANY I HAVE WORKED WITH FOR YEARS..GUESS SAME COMPANY TOTAL SENT ME TO....BUT TOTAL OFFERED ME $12.00 TEMP OTHER COMPANY $22.OO FOR THE SAME POSITION...TEMP....MY UNDERSTANDING TEMPS COMPANIES..$.4.00$ 5.00 PER EMPLOYEE..I CAN GO ON ABOUT SOME OTHER THINGS...BUT IF YOU FIND SOMETHING BETTER AFTER TOTAL..
