I cannot say enough about Dr. Singh and her staff! She is phenomenal, knowledgeable, caring, professional and the best customer service!! I developed very painful internal blisters on my foot. She diagnosed immediately and provided a treatment plan. During treatment, symptoms arose. I emailed and attached a picture of the area to the office. Within an hour, the nurse was calling me with answers and further instructions! I had my follow up with Dr. Singh yesterday. My foot is nearly healed and feels so good! I am currently living 2 hrs away from her office at this time, but the drive to see her was 100% worth the time! She told me if anything else comes up, to email/take a picture, so as to hopefully save me a long drive. I have never had the need for a podiatrist until now. I highly recommend Dr. Singh. Ill be looking elsewhere for help with my feet. The staff was minimally helpful when I was setting up my consultation appointment. Id never been to this office, so I asked on the phone before my appointment if there were any tips or instructions for finding the office -- a building number or entrance number, for example. I was told sarcastically, no, just ### address and ### suite number. When I pulled up, there was a big hospital with an ER, and two other medical buildings with huge identification office building ONE and office building TWO. How hard would have been, when I had specifically asked, to tell me use the entrance for building TWO? (Hint: not very hard at all) But nope. I limped into the entrance for building ONE, got lost, and found a volunteer. She kindly showed me to the correct building (building TWO) and told me how to find the correct office. When you are a FOOT care office, saving people from extra WALKING would be nice. The staff members who got me checked in and X-rayed were fine. The doctor was fine and answered my questions but seemed to bristle when I asked further questions. Ill be looking for a 2nd opinion, as I dont think Dr Singh is a good fit for me.

Even though they were fully booked, they took me as an emergency and performed an in office procedure. I never felt like they were rushing or I was an inconvenience. She operated on a procedure she never even knew how to do. Forever disabled me but continued to try to treat ailments she said presented themselves due to her inability to properly practice medicine. Lost bacteria cultures and kept my incision infected for another week until I show up for my appointment to only state they needed to do another culture. I have no idea how her practice and staff were able to look me in my face after ruining everything I trusted them to fix. Truly am sad, disappointed and beyond frustrated. Their dysfunction has destroyed my everyday life. Please seek second opinions for any form of surgery presented by this practice.

I have been here once before and she was fine. About a month and a half ago I got a ingrown toenail that I have to get cut out. I have called many times since it started and I have been sent to voicemail every single time and I have even left a couple of messages. I even went on the website and requested that an appointment be scheduled and I have heard absolutely nothing from them. Dr. Singh diagnosed my heel pain as plantar fasciitis. I did not have to wait at the office. My appointment was on time. At that very first appointment, I got a prescription for inflammation, a splint for nighttime, an insert for my shoes and some recommendations. Insurance covered all but $25.00. By my follow up appointment, the pain was gone and I had learned a lot about prevention and what to do if it returns. I am so glad I didn t wait until recovery was longer and harder.

I really liked Dr. Singh. I was referred to her by a really good friend. I am very grateful for his recommendation. Tony. My feet hurt a lot and I have calluses that hurt something awful . She trimmed and cut it back so that it felt much better. She also made inserts for my shoes which seem to help. Just waiting for my next appointment because these things for some reason grow like weeds. The office was very clean. The only drawback for me was that you had to go out of the office down and around the hall to use the rest room.

Received my office visit notes & instructions via email two days after my appointment. Upon reading I called the office to speak with the doctor but had to leave a voicemail. Two days later I called again since I had not received a callback and spoke with the doctor inquiring about the points of my visit. She said it was standard form language for insurance purposes - I explained that might be so BUT not all of those points were covered with me as the notes indicated by her and /or the tech assistant. Again, it was for insurance purposes. I asked for a Work recommendation for light duty was told it would be emailed to me -- that was a week ago, still have not received it. The practice does not utilize any type of secure communication portal with their new app. I was told they are new at this and still trying to figure it out and that they have had the app for a year now. Not impressed no thanks

Sent email and was able to get in next day, the front desk ladies were kind, helpful and answered follow up questions. Went to see Dr. Singh as my toe was tender, red, and had small bulge - ended up having ingrown toe nail. Her nurse was helpful, and did a great job numbing my toe without hurting me. Dr. Singh explained the process, and was able to do the process at my first visit, she is a caring Doctor. Toe is on its way to healing, looks much better, no longer tender, or red, or any bulge.

Have seen Dr. Schecter for years until he retired. New doctor sent bill for new orthopedic shoes to Medicare, which paid most of their price. However, this new doctor refused to accept that amount, and tried to collect from my secondary insurer, Blue Cross, which does not pay for orthopedic shoes. I had to pay the amount they were not compensated for. What is of particular interest is that the total for the shoes and inserts was $601.08. According to Blue Cross, they should not have tried to collect more from my secondary insurer. I found another well rated podiatrist, and had my records transferred there. Be aware of this when you order Medicare shoes at this podiatrists office. .

I visited Dr. Neha Singh after I was referred to her by a friend since I was suffering from ankle pain for over a year. Neha has great bedside manner, easy to talk to, and listens to all the problems and concerns very carefully. Neha has given me great advice/recovery plan to have a full recovery after properly diagnosing the ankle. I am already making great progress and feeling a lot better! I would recommend anyone that has foot/ankle problems to visit Neha.

Dr. Singh is a phenomenal podiatrist. She is not only very knowledgeable, but she is very caring and empathetic towards her patients. My experience has been amazing. She has been helping me with heel pain I have been experiencing and she has introduced me to so many new techniques and practices to help me heal my pain. I would recommend her for any of your foot needs! She is very passionate about what she does and her entire staff makes you feel like you re a part of the family! Thank you Dr. Singh! To me, Dr. Victor Schechter is brilliant, a pure GOD SEND. He explains everything from the problem to the procedure he will use to fix the issue. From the front office, billing to his bed side manner, I have nothing but good things to say about this doctor and his office staff. I had 2 bunion surgeries one on each foot. One year apart and I regret nothing. I m glad I waited to find Dr. Schechter- I had gone to 2 other doctors and there was NO WAY I would have even allowed them to do anything to my feet after the initial consultation. I knew as soon as I went to Dr. Victor Schechter s office he would be my surgeon. The surgery center at his office ( TEXAS HEALTH OF ALLEN) is top notch. If you want a non complicated foot surgery by a REAL specialist this is where you should be. I promise you will not be disappointed. Also, pain level 1. Real patient since 2018 Michelle O.

Dr Singh and her staff are just amazing. I was looking for a Podiatrist in Allen on Google one day but at first I called to another office. That office not only did not ask for my name and they didnt even care to get me on their schedule. Therefore, I called Dr. Singhs office next and the front office staff was very pleasant and immediately get me on Dr. Singhs busy schedule. They are very professional, detail oriented and explained every details to me. The best part is that I can feel that they do care about their patients. I also brought my step daughter over to see Dr. Signh as well to fix her foot issue the following week. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Highly recommended for any of your foot/ankle issues including pain, fracture, deformity, tightness etc., please visit Allen Foot Doctors and they will take care of you like no other in the town. I got an appointment on the very next business day due to the intense pain, yes, that is how much they care of their patients needs. Back in Feb 2019, I stumbled on the hard floor and had the worst pain ever in my foot and I thought it was only a sprain but later Dr. Singh confirmed it was a Jones Fracture. Dr. Singh tested my foot for various pain points while talking and explaining me and observing my reactions to the touch and located exactly where the bone fracture is, took X-rays and confirmed me what is it that I am dealing with, immediately had my foot secured in a black walker (a long knee length boot that keeps your foot very secured with Velcro and immobilize the foot for better healing) on the same day so I can walk (oh dear!), I was so happy and content right on my first visit out the door. Dr. Singh is very patient, listens to you, explains you, spends the time to make sure you are comfortable and more importantly sets expectations on healing periods, detailed steps take at home with knee scooter as needed and checks on you to make sure you are doing okay through the next weeks/months. She also gives you options for faster healing with machines available if you have other solid commitments. The place is very inviting, very patient-friendly, receptionists and nurses are always greeting and taking care of you from the start to the end. There is no confusion whatsoever with any of the details. Always ready to help attitude which is what we need to get back on our foot which I did in 2+ months and I am very glad I chose Allen Foot Doctors. I even chose to get the famous arch support custom made sole that fits in any shoe to have a good healthy future for my foot and overall from knee to the foot alignment so I do not cause more issues. Look no further, just visit and go back with Happy Foot. Dont forget Take care of your feet and it will take you where your heart wants to go

Dr Singh was a lifesaver for my mom. She helped her when she had to have a partial foot amputation & made her feel comfortable with this devastating news. She made my mother feel like she made the right decision in having a partial amputation. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Very helpful & kind when taking care of my mom. She makes it easy to go to her doctors visits. She is excellent at what she does and in continuing the care of my mothers needs. I would recommend Dr Singh for any of your Podiatric needs whether it be because of diabetes or other treatment of your feet. Dr. Schechter is AMAZING! He is incredibly good at what he does. He is very easy to converse with, and explains everything he can in a way that you understand so that youre both on the same page. He only recommends what he truly believes will benefit you and tries to keep your costs down. He wont recommend unnecessary or cosmetic procedures/surgeries. Just left Dr Schechters office for my final post op surgery! He has performed surgery on both of my feet for the same problem, once in August and this May. The doctor and his staff are excellent! This May, I needed to make a quick decision about my foot before an Anniversary Cruise in July. We tried the cortisone shot first and then decided to have the surgery. I really wanted to wear those cute sandals and heels for the cruise. He is a wonderful doctor and I would recommend him to anyone who needed a podiatrist!!
