Great workers and explained so much to me that I never knew about my teeth and gums. I love this place so much. Going back tomorrow to get deep teeth cleaning and not too expensive. They work with u with the payments for your dental work and it helps build your credit too while you do payments on your dental work. Cant wait to have my beautiful smile back. Look at them clean pearly white teeth. My beautiful smile is back again thanks to Royal Dental.

FIND ELSEWHERE IN BAYTOWN NOT HERE!!! The place energy is so depressing, hot,no decor,staff lack knowledge besides 1 lady and it stinks! I knew something was OFF about this place the moment i walked in but I stayed for my teen because of her tooth pain and gum infection. They took forever to do X-rays, lights kept going off and whoever the dentist was the tall lady with glasses locs/braids appeared either high and not competent or just don t care. She kept asking my 13 yr old questions that the parent should answer, wanted to extract a tooth without first healing infection and verbiage was sluggish. The equipment and chairs was unsanitary and she attempted to look in my child mouth without gloves and mask. I got fed up and just walked out with my child and drove to Houston to her regular dentist Avion!

Have had nothing but good experiences here. From deep cleaning, root canals, and teeth pulled everyone had been so caring and professional and very little pain. Don t dread going to the dentist anymore. Everyone is kind and Courteous!

Horrible customer service. I completed my new patient paperwork online prior to my visit to prevent delays only to find out they couldn t find it and had to redo it again. I sat for an hour only to be told I still had another at minimum hour to go + there were 2 children ahead of me. I was told that though I took off work to drive nearly an hour to be there on time for an appointment, that they did not have to be on time. Poor professionalism- no communication to the customers waiting to be seen that there is a delay. Poorly run office ; unprofessional staff ; would not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to be treated like you are in a clinic and have hours to wait.

Worst place ever! Orthodontist comes in once a month, if she cannot do the procedure (root canal) you have to wait until the other once a month doctor is in to extract the tooth. Missing work 5 times to drive back and forth to this place and have nothing done is a joke. They had a power outage and left a note on the door closed. So I along with several other people missed work and drove to the office with no courtesy call the office was going to be closed. I did receive a call 3 days later if I wanted to reschedule which was for the falling month since like I stated in the beginning of this review they only come to the dental office once a month.

The dentist and most of the workers were so friendly and professional. One of the ladies at the front desk had a nasty attitude. I do not tolerate people with nasty attitude, especially when its their mistake. I made an appointment 6 months in advance to get my teeth clean and I get there and was told was appointment was to see the dentist. Why in Gods name would I make an appointment to get an exam when the insurance only pays for 2 cleaning a month and not an examine then a cleaning. If this is your policy then it makes no sense. I do work for a living and I dont have time to take all that time off to see a dentist.

I took my daughter to have her wisdom teeth removed because her Dentist recommended it. Instead they wanted to clean her teeth and didnt address the problem with her wisdom teeth. When we went back a second time, thinking they were going to work on her wisdom teeth, all they wanted to do was clean her teeth. When I talked to the lady behind the counter, I was told they would be able to see my daughter till September. For minor dental care, they may be OK, But I was looking for a oral surgeon. Will not recommend.

I could say that I am very sorry for not seeing checked the opinions of this place. I went and my appointment was at 3 pm I arrived at 2:28 minutes. They attended to me at 4 pm. And it turns out that they are not there to serve children they told me that they had to take me out because the children get upset when it comes to checking their teeth . Children are children, they do not understand what is happening. Honestly parents do not take your children here. I had to leave. And wait for my Uber outside. With a lot of sun. My children were crying. I have never cried here in my life. Again what a bad staff. They shouldnt. Lock here. Ill find a way to talk to the boss. .

Extremely horrible at maintaining appointment times. Waited 5 hours and only had 2 periods where we actually talked to someone for maybe 10 minutes each. Even convinced us to remove all wisdom teeth for 2 kids instead of the current problematic ones, yet still had us sitting around another 2 hours. We ve watched dozens of patients come and go from their appointments, was told won t be long not much longer you re next multiple times, and still we waited. Do not recommend. Will not be returning.

At first this office was very professional and nice. The female dentist is awesome. But when it came time to pull my teeth and put the plates in things became stressful I made it very clear in the beginning I wanted nitrous oxide to keep me calm during the procedure the Oral surgeon walks in and says I understand you want sedation and I told him yes nitrous oxide like we talked about when I saw you before he proceeds to tell me that well I have the nitrous oxide but I don t have any oxygen to go with it???? From there everything went downhill. The oral surgeon was not being professional at all nor his staff that travels with him! Now starting all over again to get dentures at a different oral surgeon. Because I refuse to let there surgeon touch me after all that nonsense about a dental office being out of oxygen.

Came in for a routine cleaning, waited over two hours (even with an appointment scheduled) and was told by the staff that a teeth cleaning was not necessary if I brushed my teeth and flossed. Was sent back to waiting room thinking I would still be called back to do the cleaning I originally scheduled. After what felt like ages I went to the desk to find out an estimated time I would be called back only to be told I was just waiting on paperwork and that I wouldn t get a cleaning today. (What I literally came for) and was handed a bill of $466 for whatever else they decided to do without letting me know beforehand. I take my dental hygiene very seriously but nevertheless I m never going to get 100% of the buildup which is why I go twice a year for a teeth cleaning. First and last time going to this office due do lack of communication and a lack of doing their job!

Since the clinic traded owners the service is poor at best. Waiting 45 minutes to an hour past your appointment time to get seen, then no telling how long to get out. I Wish I had not paid up front for ortho. Update: 1-11-24 waiting on a 10 am appointment that was rescheduled without even a notice two weeks ago. 2 hour wait to be seen. Supposedly their staff were late because of a wreck on freeway, would be a good excuse if this wasn t the way it always is. Never would I use this place again.

1 star because negative stars isnt an option. Nikki in the front office is a THIEF and a LIAR. She upcharges for multiple services of the same kind. She charges for services not covered by insurance on the treatment plan that are NOT necessary per the dentist AND the surgeon I spoke with there and when questioned why Im being charged for said service she says Because if you want it done here that is what you have to pay. When the surgeon said it is a recommended treatment NOT a required treatment. She doctors up the treatment plan charges with multiple services of the same kind and is very rude and unprofessional telling me I will do it this way if I want it done. When my husband went in to get 4 teeth pulled and dentures she handed us a treatment plan for $2900. When I questioned why some of the services were on there she acted like it was an accident and redid it and dropped it to $1600. This was NOT an accident. He went back and had 2 of the 4 pulled for pain and was charged for 2 bone grafts. We paid for it. But during the procedure the dentist said you only need to pay for 1 graft because it will fill both holes so 2 is not needed. When requesting a refund for the one we were told too bad you got 2 filled you are paying for two. The dentist SPECIFICALLY said no need to charge twice for one product that handles both sites. And she also said if it were molars then yes you would need two because it takes a whole one to fill those gaps each. They are crooks and I hope everyone reads their treatment plans line by line and looks up every code and questions their charges! I am now filing a complaint with the company AND BBB. And I am Getting a refund on my $4300 of course it only takes 3.2 seconds for them to take my money but said it could be 45 days before I get a refund. Which means I cannot get any of my dental work done before benefits run out on the 31st. I started this treatment in OCTOBER and have seen 3 providers on 4 appointments and havent gotten a single bit of work done yet even though I paid in full a whole month ago.

I have 2 stars because the young lady at the front desk turned me on to some great insurance. Other than that, the wait was long and tedious, even though I was in excruciating pain, and the only person there. Then, they wouldnt even extract the tooth that I so desperately needed removed. My blood pressure was high, BECAUSE OF THE PAIN, so the picky dentist would not perform the procedure. Picky is the word I overheard her subordinates describe the dentist as. They seem very callous, and unprofessional there. I have scheduled another appointment elsewhere. Go there at your peril. The dentist and hygienist are great. The rest of the staff is downright rude. I have been incorrectly booked every time Ive been here. They blame it on the call center that usually does booking. This time though, I called the office directly and they still didnt book me for a cleaning. I had to stay an extra hour to wait to be seen because they couldnt get me into the hygienist until after lunch. I wanted to just cancel my whole appointment but the staff basically bullied me into staying. The dentist is stressful enough without being made to feel like a burden. Now my whole day is wasted sitting in the dentist waiting room. I wont be coming back.

Waited three hours to be seen, took two hours afterward to be told that they didn t have my paperwork ready, took three weeks to get my paperwork, and have been waiting for two months now for my referral for dental surgery by far the least professional business I have ever encountered, they actually laugh when you ask how long the wait will be. Today have already been waiting forty minutes past my scheduled appointment time for my one year old, and watched two people reschedule and leave.

Highly Do Not Recommend!!! Came to remove my sons braces scheduled & waited over an hour in the back just to tell him that they did not have his retainer so he would have to come back the next day missing another day of school. Next day appointment at 11 again on time again waited over 2 hours just to tell him that he retainer does not fit & would have to come back 3 weeks later. But wanted to send him home like that. After I came in & talked to them they switched up & said they were going to make temporary ones but not after making us wait another 30 plus minutes... before this time the place was pretty much empty 2 other people in the office

Worst dentist ever!!! The girls at the front desk are super disrespectful and don t know why they are doing!! I went in for an appointment that I was constantly getting messages to confirm just for them to tell me there wasn t an appointment and they didn t know who I was. I will never be back!!

Overall poor service, long waits , wrong diagnosis cost me money , and poor customer care. Avoid this dentist, you ll regret taking a chance on them. You ll save time and probably even money in the end. 0 out of 10 as far as bed manners go. Went in there for pain , emergency appointment so only scanned teeth I complained about . In result needing two filling on faulty previous ones . But by request they scanned two more for me, after told me I urgently needed a root canal. Proceeded to send me to a specialist, 150$ consultation along with a total of 1,445$ for procedure at the end of visit. During consultation was told that in reality I did in fact not need a root canal just yet. So they cost me 150$ due to her lack of knowledge. If she knew what she was doing, she would ve been able to tell me the same thing . The tooth has trauma , yes but in fact did not necessarily need a root canal just yet. They reason I was sent to a specialist is because my tooth canal was narrow and she wasn t comfortable doing it herself .. thank goodness because she wouldn t had hesitated to remove my nerve completely! Along with this event , she has poor bed side manner , with rude comments during visits .. always complaining . Along with rude jokes , she thinks she funny but she is just plain out rude. Plus the wait time is no sooner than an hour and a half & longest was 2+ hours personal experience.. no matter the time you arrive. There was one appointment I arrived for my appointment at 4:30 thinking it would help the wait time, and I did not leave until 7pm that day. ( they close at 6pm ) .

The oral surgeon was amazing! Dr. A and a few of the staff stayed late just so i could get my wisdom teeth out. Theyve been bothering me so much i couldnt eat or sleep and ive been having migraines so bad im on 2 muscle relaxers, 2 pain pills, and a migraine preventative and none of it was helping. As soon as he started pulling teeth, instant pain relief. And on top of that, i got scared and started shaking and crying. Dr. A and the tech with us, i wish i could remember her name, stopped to calm me down and did awesome! 5/5 stars. Highly recommend!

I paid $3,000 cash for two crowns that kept coming off over and over and finally i walked out. I ve called several times to get my money back and three separate times for my health records and have been stonewalled and hung up on. I m really passive and had so much patience until finally i couldn t stay quiet. I once waited on the waiting room for seven hours because they forgot they scheduled me. I m a single mom on disability. Out $3,000 that could help me and my son. Also it s illegal to refuse to give a patient Their health records. I actually cried on the phone once because i had been transferred so many times and just needed to talk to someone that could help me and she hung up. The dentist was also rude and unprofessional. She got mad when i moved while she was drilling my tooth because it hurt and she had to walk off and just left. My heart is broken. The previous dentist never told me i had a cavity in one of my teeth and for a year it got worse. It broke off and i had to get a friend of the family to pull out my tooth because they couldn t even get me in. Now i need a dental implant. I m missing a tooth and two crowns and I m so ashamed to smile. I was so nice to these people.

If I could give a 0 star i absolutely would, I had oral surgery on February 13th to have 4 wisdom teeth Extracted only to find out once the swelling went down that there is still tooth left on the top right and left side I would think that a normal surgeon would do an X-ray after extraction to be sure that all of the tooth is out which was not done. Not to mention I had to pay almost a $1000 to have this Procedure I would recommend anyone looking to get extractions done to seek service elsewhere. I have been traumatized by this situation because they did it while I was awake and now I have to repeat the procedure. total fail. Remember cheaper is not always better.

Still sent me email to remind me of my appointment but then when I showed up for it Brident didnt know who I was and had no record of any appointment but they would fit me in for an appointment an hour later Very very disappointing, I thought I finally had a dentist I liked and was going to help me take care of my teeth but the corporation end blew it. At least have the courtesy to let your patients know you arent going to take care of them anymore, they totally disrespected me and my time.

the worst place to go, they treat people like cattle, came here 5 times and never got my teeth clean. The supposed female doctor is the worst, mean to the people around her trying to be helpful, I will never ever be back. All they had done was my x-rays, I have to come pick them up, because they dont email to other Drs, when I finally went to get them (I dont live nearby) they didnt even ask for my ID...and gave them to me!!!!

I went here bc they take emergency walkins and have been having excruciating pain in my wisdom teeth. They gave me xrays, ran my insurance and quoted me $300 to have wisdom teeth removed and get consultd by periodontist bc I have gum disease. They gave me hope, made me wait a week for an appointment while taking abtibiotics. They told me I would need a driver upon returning due to having teeth extracted and would pay the $300 then. Peri came in, didnt answer any ?s, hardly spoke to me and when he did.. He talked down to me. Walks me to financial director, who tells me that I need $1900 for removal of teeth and treatment after they already quoted me with insurance. The old bait and switch. Oldest scam/ponzi scheme in the world. So I left in excruciating pain. And now am back to square 1 trying to find a dentist who will care enough to just remove the teeth that are literally trying to kill me and not run up an outrageous bill that I cant pay. They gave me hope and then ripped it away. So disappointing. I might take a baseball bat to my own face soon just to be pain free.

I personally and strongly do not recommend any one to waste your time and money by going and and getting any sort of treatment from this royal dental. They are very unreliable and dont have enough knowledge of the procedures they are performing. The dentist Stewart told me that she can perform my root canal procedure but later she backed out and referred me a out side Consultant and already charged me for the root canal which she didnt perform its been 04 months I m waiting on my refund for the procedure they didnt perform I feel like ripped off. This is leaving me no choice to report this business to Beter business bureau (BBB) which might save other innocent people being ripped off by this business

Definitely would not recommend this office. The wait time to see the dentist and the time you will be in the office is ridiculous. The entire office staff is rude and unprofessional from the front desk to the office manager to the dentist herself. Everyone lacks knowledge about everything. Worst experience I ve ever had at a dentist office. If you expect top of the line service, this isn t the place. If you expect to get your moneys worth, this isn t the place. They don t take accountability for their mistakes. If you need anything other than an oral exam seek services elsewhere and you may want to think twice about that exam. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again.

This was my sons very first dental appointment. The office staff was unprofessional during scheduling but I chose to continue through. I received no confirmation call prior to. Once at the the appointment the office staff is very unhelpful in regards to ensuring the information they need. And Ill quote. Can you just call and get the number because we cant. I had to repeatedly ask her what information she needed so I wouldnt have to do it in pieces. I certainly will be taking my child somewhere else in the future.

Went in with immense tooth pain, the front desk girl was dry seemed like she did not want to be there. My appointment was at 9am and I was not seen until after 9:30ish just to be seen by a 70 year old dentist which I did not feel comfortable. They only took xrays & gave me the prescription. Truthfully it was a waste of time. The only reason why I had to come here was because they took community health choice insurance. Never again.

Dentist was soooo rude and didn t explain anything to me about my visit. She kept telling me horrible things about losing my teeth and getting a HOLE IN MY TOOTH from brushing too hard, NEVER have I been told so many bad things in one visit by a dentist. She even said that my retainer was in the way and was so frustrating! Also, made a comment about me not eating if I am not going to floss! WTH so rude! I am pregnant you know and I do have to eat btw. I see the dentist quite often and I know my teeth aren t even bad! I was in shock, telling a pregnant woman all that isn t necessary on top of everything else on my mind. Staff in front is nice at least. That about the only plus. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone!

The staff were all so nice and helpful. But the dr who extracted my 2 teeth was extremely rude I paid almost $1000 in cash upfront and the way he treated me was very unprofessional. I was all ready terrified to go to begin with and he made the experience so much worse. I would go back but not let him do any work to me I didnt get his name wish I would of by the time everything was done with I didnt want to talk to anyone I just wanted to leave.

I needed a tooth pulled. They got it done! No B.S. no runaround like other places tried to give me. The tooth wasn t savable, it needed to come out and I didn t want to take more days off weeks later. They got me to the right branch where the oral surgeon was at and made it so I could get things done! Staff was nice, facilities weee clean, I can t say anything bad about them at all! Be straight with them about what you want done and they will make it happen!

Excellent service doctor was very to the point when he came in extremely professional my wife has been trying to find a dentist for three years on her insurance and has not found one at all until now the staff was wonderful the environment is excellent and so is the pricing some of the best prices that I have seen to date I would recommend these people to anybody that asked me
