CR quality has gone by a lot. It used to be by far the best in metroplex but at least Carrollton pizza was chewy again. Third time in row so can t be a random event. Maybe you changed ingredients or something but I won t be back for a while. Please fix the crust and leave the pizza in oven for extra few mins.

Long story short, I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo pasta with extra hair apparently. The supervisor came out, or i don t know, because she was whispering. I couldn t tell if she was putting a hex on us or apologizing for the food. Literally, she didn t address the hair, or like I said she probably did she was just whispering. Didn t offer us any options so I just said forget it and paid for the drinks. Accidents happen but customer service after something like that can really make or break the experience. This absolutely broke it for me.

I have been coming to cane rosso for 7 years now and the quality and serving sizes and prices of their food used to be great. You used to be able to get a happy hour large pizza for 7 dollars, but not any more I had gone back a couple of times over the years and pizzas kept shrinking, and the quality kept getting worse. But recently, I went back and got a salad, which I used to get all the time as well too, and I was appalled at the main dinner salad I was supposed to get and it came out the size of the side salad. I spent $11 for five pieces of lettuce and no toppings and I m pissed about it and Cane Rosso has gone to shit. Clearly money grabbing and not worth it anymore, I will not be going back.

Pizzas are cut in half and overpriced. Salads (meal) are embarrassingly small half of the toppings and half of the dressing, plus cheap lettuce and overpriced. I used to love Cane Rosso, but whatever changes they made were a big mistake, I m sad to say I don t think I ll be going back /: oh and $9 beer!!! $9 dollars! Wild!

We really enjoyed our first visit. We waited for a table for 30 minutes, but went to have a drink at the brewery next door while we waited. I loved our server, Christopher! They also fixed an issue with our pizza before we could even say anything. That was proactive and amazing. We really liked the vibe. I probably wouldn t sit inside because we have young kiddos and it was super loud and felt packed, but the patio is more roomy! Dogs welcomed!! Kid-friendliness: Good kids pizzas!

They were extremely professional and offered a well-baked free pizza to make up for it. Great ambiance and space, great place for date night or celebrations! Recently hosted an event and the restaurant manager and the wait staff (s/o to Maria) were beyond gracious and helpful for the day of. Unfortunately, dealt with absent communication with the actual event coordinator despite multiple attempts for inquires for event details so keep in mind when planning to book an event.

Biggest ripoff restaurant that I have ever gone to. This takeout ordered on line was over $50!,including the $4 tip that I regret now. Don t pay attention to the ratings or reviews! It s a horrible place. This was my first and LAST TIME I ll ever go there. With my $50 order and the deceptive menu pictures of my $.50 cent salad for $14 dollars I asked if I could have another small serving of salad dressing. They said fine that ll be $1.25! Stay Away!!!

I just mowed in the area and I have been wanting to try this for two months I hate to say it but it was literall the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. When I walked in, David greeted/welcomed me, sat me at the table of my choosing, got my special order correct (and checked to make sure the food was to my liking), kept my tea glass full, cleared away my used dishes throughout the meal, got the check correct and thanked me for coming in. Besides the fantastic service, David was very pleasant. In short, David provided textbook customer service with a good attitude, and it was a very nice experience!

Great food always! But the staff messed up our reservation for 15 people. I cannot give 5 stars because of this. We didnt want to sit out on the patio in the 100 degree Texas heat, but we didnt have a choice as the reservations we had 2 days in advance were not really taken care of. Love the food. Pizza and lasagna were both excellent. One complaint: they got rid of the caprese (sp) salad which I loved, especially when it still had the chunks of pancetta. Bring it back please! Kenny our waiter was very attentive, anticipating every need. He was superb. Highly recommended!

This is not your average pizza restaurant - this food is delicious, and service, attentive. Absolutely THE WORST pizza I have ever eaten. I had high hopes for this place since its one of the few restaurants that serves vegan cheese. But I was very disappointed with the pizza overall. The crust was a limp, gummy and doughy mess. I ordered vegan cheese, spinach and mushrooms. I received one spinach leaf and a single mushroom per slice. I read the sign and followed the directions to enter the patio without going inside if you had a dog. I sat at the only picnic table that was clean. The lunch rush was clearing out and they were working to bus tables, so I waited patiently. Then finally said to a staff member, could you let someone know I m out here and ready to order? He said, did you tell the hostess? Ummm, no because it s just my dog and I and there s plenty of staff going in and out so you could see me waiting. I quickly ordered a Caesar salad, Betty pizza, and glass of wine. All were lovely and as ordered. He brought my check and I asked for a dessert suggestion to take home with me. He responded with tiramisu. Terrible mistake. Worst tiramisu I ve ever had. The mascarpone was very under sweetened. Practically SALTY. Reviews are all over the place here. People either love it or hate it so there must be a flaw in following the recipe. I m looking forward to the leftover half of my pizza. But the tiramisu is going in the trash, sadly. And I m really wishing I d ordered the Nutella pizza. From someone in the industry, teach your staff to check in with guests as they walk by. How is everything? Is everything good here? Could I get you anything else? It takes little to no time and almost guarantees a happy customer.

We were in town for a soccer tournament, and this place was highly recommended. Let me start with the positives. The hostess Vivian was amazing and very polite. She sat us immediately and also ushered to us others we were meeting. The server, Harvey, was tentative and very nice. The food was delicious. However, lets talk about the RUDE manager or supervisor on duty. She came to our tables (2 tables of 6) and asked if we checked in. I said yes, with Vivian. She asked again, Did all of you check in because they had previous reservations for tables? We asked her.How many are you able to accommodate, and her response was well how many do you have? Again, we asked how many are you able to accommodate and she gave us the same response, how many do you have. We had a soccer team and told her how many can you accommodate and well let them know. She then walked away from the tables rolling her eyes. This lady wore black overalls and was pregnant. I wish Id gotten her name. As a group who eats out often when we compete, we understand the challenge with seating all of us together. However, she didnt have any solutions or speak with us again. So we called the team and told them NOT to come. This was unfortunate, disappointing because Vivian, Harvey, and the food were great. However, if thats the type of leader at this establishment, we wont be back.

The food is AMAZING! The service - (hey siri, what s the opposite of amazing). The service was pretty rough. I m typically very understanding of slower than normal service and give waiters a lot of grace. You ll notice there aren t any photos of the pizza; that is due to us being so hungry after waiting so long to order that we immediately had to dig into it without thinking about photos. But this visit, it took 15 minutes to get a water. I again would understand if it was crazy busy, but it wasn t very busy at all. After getting water we ordered some appetizers, they accidentally rang us up and brought out an appetizer we didn t order. Luckily they comped it. It then wasn t until we had finished eating all of the appetizers that the waitress visited us again to take our pizza order. At this time, we asked for some extra chips for the artichoke dip. We didn t get these chips until after the pizza arrived. Some people at the table never got a refill on their water. Again, I understand that waiters have a lot going on and usually never blame them for bad service, but with it not being very busy so I am a little more critical this visit. We still tipped decently well, but hopefully this waiter will do better next time!

Atmosphere is good, however it took 30minutes to bring out one pizza and they forgot our salad. The pizza and salad came out to 35$ which is way overpriced. The food is basic, nothing special.

Sever was good. He suggested $2.00 mimosas, which was great for a Saturday. Pizzas were kinda soggy, but flavor was good. Best of all was the dessert pizza which was out of this world. The name of it is Ladybird Dessert Pizza. Has vanilla mascarpone, Nutella, cookie butter, crushed speculoos cookies, and powder sugar. Awesome dessert. My suggestion is to start with the dessert first.

My wife and I enjoyed the focaccia. It was soft, delicate and the upgraded ricotta cheese was a treat. The pizza took a while to come to the table. It was a Wednesday night and just a few tables occupied. We weren t sure why it was taking so long. The server apologized so I assume it was a holdup in the kitchen. It was worth the wait. The pepperoni was crispy and the pesto was phenomenal. We added garlic to our pizza and it was an explosion of taste! Overall a great experience but best to visit when you re not in a rush.

We came here on recommendation of a local friend of a friend. Brought a volleyball team and parents in the evening and half way filled the restaurant. Every single person said that it was amazing! Well, a couple people got some spicy stuff and thought it was too spicy, but I got the spicy pasta and it was AMAZING. The pizza was much thicker than I expected for being cooked in 90 seconds. The margarita pizza was delicious. When we come back, this will be on our list to come back to for sure.

Ate here over the Cmas break, it took an hour to get the beer I ordered and two for my pizza. They were understaffed, workers called in sick but come on - its beer and pizza! Also, they seemed to prioritize online orders - Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. Our server was nice and sweet, but again - its beer and pizza!!! Wont be eating here again, this was a very expensive waste of my time and tastebuds.

In town for business after long day and stopped in for early dinner. Greeted at door and quickly seated at bar. Not busy... Server was great and went over happy hour specials. Decided on Capra salad and Emma pizza. Salad came out promptly and was delicious! Dried cherries and goat cheese was great flavor combination. Seated at bar so great view of pizza being prepared and cooked in wood fired oven. Nice char to crust and sausage and sauce were great. Staff were friendly and provided great service!

RJ is the best! Our first time in, place was slammed and he still took a moment to tell about the restaurant and treated us like we were the most important people here. (As he continued to do with all the other customers. A special trait to be able to do with as busy as this place was on a Saturday night) Food was amazing and fast, they have an impressive production line and everyone is great!

My boyfriend and I usually love it here but tonight was a miss by our server who seemed really irritated with us. Aside from getting my own refills, i eventually got my own togo box and split our pasta into two plates after asking for these exact things. Only to have our server give an attitude, and walk away after i would ask. She was not swamped as I saw two others tables. Ill still come, but definitely ask for a different server next time.

Love their Neapolitan style pizzas! I just love the classic Margherita when it comes to brick oven Neapolitan, I just wish cane Rosso added more than 1 small piece of Basil on their Margherita pizzas. The brisket lasagna is great as well, but it is only available on Fridays and Saturdays. The spinach dip is pretty good, but the corn tortilla chips have a strong corn flavor, which is overpowering, hindering the flavor of the dip. The Truffle Carbonara is also great, rich in truffle flavor! I just cant have too much of any truffle dishes personally, so it is a good dish to share!

I have come to this place plenty of times, and it never fails. BUT YESTERDAY was sooo much better than before. I unfortunately can not remember our bartenders name, but he was beyond amazing. He was on top of it all, making us feel welcome, making sure the whole bar had what they needed, checking in on us even though he was super busy. When it came to our food, he knew what to recommend and made sure we were getting it in a timely manner. My husbands food was taking longer, and he kept checking on it and letting us know what was going on. The manager then dropped it off and apologized for the wait and explained everything. Over the drinks were great, the food never failed, and the customer service was phenomenal.
