Our experience wasnt as awesome as others, we worked with Monica. It was our first time buying a home together, we expected more communication and proactive involvement during the building phase instead of repeating the same information that we already knew. It was many times I felt as if I was the realtor AND client, in which I expressed this concern to Monica. Although, our home was a new build there was many instances where a lack of knowledge was a major concern. Other than being our realtor, Monica is a nice person and more importantly we love our new home.

Working with Stephen from Fort Worth It realty was the best experience we have ever had in the buying and selling of our homes. Hands down the best realtor you could ask for. If we ever buy and sell again we would definitely use him again.

When moving to Texas from New Mexico Tricia and her team at Fort Worth It Realty were truly amazing!! She drove us all over the DFW area until we found the house that we call home. We moved here from SD and used Kim to assist us in finding a rental home. She was great at lining up home tours around our schedule. We found a great fit pretty quickly, but had some issues with the house upon moving in. Kim not only assisted in getting the issues fixed, when the home realtor wasn t helpful, but she also brought over snacks and refreshments during the dreaded unloading/unpacking. We were more than happy with our rental experience and will be using Kim as our realtor if we decide to buy!!!

Stephen was the epitome of excellence throughout the entire process. This was my first time purchasing a home and he helped me understand each part of the process. He also was very prompt in responding to each question I had. Whenever I provided a list of homes to view, he had a schedule prepared within a short time. He understood my needs and wants for a home, and was also there to keep me going whenever another offer was selected.
