With a empty parking lot the lobby is often closed due to under staffing. The drive through people are always rude and super short. The food does come fast though.

I work at the plasma center just down the road, and Id say I go at least 2/3 times a week. They know me by name, the customer service is fantastic, and theyre always professional. If it was possible to give them an even higher review, I would.

If you go here dont go to drive thru. The teenagers that work in there cannot here your order well. You order a fish sandwich and they give you a classic. You order an apple turnover and they give you a cherry.

I dislike writing this, but Arbys has changed significantly and not for the better. The French Dip sandwich was nearly flavorless besides tasting similar to a block of salt then the Jamocha shake did not have an ounce of Jamocha in it. Literally was a vanilla shake with whip & chocolate drizzle on top.

Came over on Thursday evening and were blessed with Emily. The lady was nice to me and my son. When she brought me a strawberry lemonade instead of a peach one, I havent realized right a way, but she came over by herself, apologized for the mistake, and brought me the one I ordered. I come here alot and never have I been charged extra for stuff I didnt order. When I asked the lady about the extra stuff she said well the lady in the back fixed it the way you wanted. I said ok thats fine but what about the extra money you charge me.... she said well you have a good night and closed the window on me. This happened on November 24,2023 at 6:09. Very disappointing in there service and will probably never come back. Times are hard enough without being over charge for something you didnt ask for.

Our family decided to try the Good Burger meal and this location exceeded my expectations. The parking lot was clean. When we walked through the doors there was a neutral smell. The lobby was clean with no smell of cleaning agents or stinky smells. There was laughter going on behind the counter. Marjory took our order. She was so kind and professional. She made our strawberry milkshakes. While our food was being prepared, we all went to the bathrooms; both were very clean. As I was waiting for our order to be called, Marjory was heading to our table with our order. The food was amazing. Thank you Marjory and team for this great experience. Kid-friendliness: There was no inappropriate music playing in the background and no one frome the team havung inappropriate conversations.

The only plus to this site would be the cook in the back that was making all the sandwiches and stuff on the back line was super nice. The rest of the workers there as well as the shift manager all had the same Im just here for the money and dont care about anything else customers included. They all seemed super short aside from the worker on back line. I had a wrong order and they took almost 5 minutes to notice me standing in lobby then to get my food after it was remade the back line worker had to bring it to me
