I love this place! I have been going here since I was small kid and it s just one those places that always brings back the comfort of old memories of going out to eat with your folks. The customer service is great and the food is even better. This was my dad s favorite place to eat growing up and he passed away a few years ago, anytime we come here I always think about us having a good quality meal and telling jokes in this very welcoming atmosphere.

This is a regular haunt for us. Their chicken is delicious by itself, but they have a number of options like flautas and nachos with that same chicken if you a little extra. They have a good salsa bar with several options. Homemade desserts too.. Counter service, but always nice and friendly. Usually Tejano music for atmosphere. Not a fancy place, but we enjoy eating there.

Excellent! The food is delicious and I especially recommend the large chicken burrito. The taquera sauce is incredibly delicious, it really stands out. The chilaquiles and everything else we tried were also very good. In general, everything is great. We will definitely go back!

Dont get me wrong the food is great, service is good as well but huge no no for me seeing the food being handled with no gloves. My first time eating at this restaurant. I ordered the #7 Enchilada Salsa Meal. I decided to get one beef enchilada and one chicken enchilada. The meal came with rice, refried beans, and a guacamole salad. The cost was reasonable for the quality of ingredients. Everything tasted very fresh without added preservatives or additives. The environment was definitely catering to the Spanish speaking community. The TV channels were featuring sports in Spanish and the music playing in the background was in Spanish. It was a very clean restaurant. I felt comfortable here even if I couldnt speak the language. The cashier spoke English and was very helpful. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options at your own risk.

I expected a fast food meal, but feel like I just had some homecooking. It was more expensive than fast food, but the generous portion made it feel right for the price. I had a taco salad and it was pretty good! Nothing fancy and there was too many big chunks of chicken on it for my preference that was hard to eat in a salad, but I know most people would have appreciated the generous portion of meat. I want to come back and get some tacos sometime!

Food is great. I got the quesadillas today and they were oh so yummy. The price for just quesadillas and a bottle coke and their added fee came out to $17. It s pretty pricey since you get no sides, except so lettuce and tomatoes. The only thing I don t like is the fact that if you pay with your credit/debit card they charge you a fee. It s not much at all. I don t like nor understand businesses who do that. Coming from someone who also has a SMALL business I don t charge my clients a fee for using their credit card. Why? Because all businesses get to write off those charges on their taxes. It s tax deductible! Yes they have a small sign by the register to tell you they are charging fees but that s unprofessional.

I tried the cheesecake, an empanada, the horchata, and the pollo meal. The cheesecake is great; not very sweet and almost like a flan but not. The empanada is very good. The crust is thick and not doughy at all. So yummy. The pollo is better than pollo regio. I like the salsa bar. I enjoyed my meal thoroughly and the desserts are a must.

The flauta was pretty bad. Deep fried corn tortilla with very little chicken. Chicken was only in the center, and the sides were just a deep-fried corn tortilla. Didnt impress my guest at all. I love the salsas; all of them. Just wished I had chicken to put the salsas onto. I should try another location. Too bad, this used to be one of the BEST restaurants in Carrollton. This place has a large variety of items on the menu. The food is tasty and its fairly clean. Theres plenty of seating for large parties to sit down. The people were friendly. Order a 2 taco from here very recently. And to my surprise. There steak taco meat was dry, appearing to hav or just sitting and reheat again, and had a spoil taste to it. First time eating here and it was great! Took my in-laws for lunch on such a perfect day so we enjoyed lunch on the covered patio. I love this place. The chicken is flame grilled over an open flame, giving it a full flavor. I also like that it is located just down the street from the Carrollton Senior Center and Library. The tortilla soup is full of chicken and avocado .
