1st of all- this place is full of children who are not under any supervision or guidance. We came through the drive through and order a kids meal, it dosent come with bread, which is why we asked for a piece of bread for the baby. We pay, pull to the next window and sit for an extra 20 extra minutes because there was no chicken. When we got our food there was NO BREAD for the baby! When told hey yall forgot our bread after waiting we were told you didn t order it when I darn well did it was asked for and repeated had she not been playing with the little boy in the back, we wouldn t even be at this juncture. And to add insult to the injury after sitting for 20 minutes patiently instead of grabbing the 1 piece of bread for the heck of inconvenience, she disregarded us. I called 3 times to speak to a manager but since they are in there with no supervision this is what we get, no answer and horrible customer service. God I wish Chick fil a was open on Sundays

Not the best canes... way slower than average, issues with 2 lane drive thru. I expected better overall experience with this being a new location. Staff is always pleasant but this locations seems off. Fries 1/5 Chicken 2/5 Toast 5/5 Update: service, quality, and speed have improved but the unsweet tea always tastes soapy, today it tastes slightly like fabuloso. Other than the tea this is now a good location 3.75/5

i frequently visit this canes location as it is close to my residence and have generally had positive experiences. however, during my visit last week, i encountered an issue with an employee at the window, whose name was either genevie or genesis. she displayed a negative attitude, rolling her eyes and handing me my food in a discourteous manner. while i understand that employees may have bad days, it is important that this does not affect customer service. please do better

I came to the north josey lane location, and I love this restaurant. Clean, fresh, fast and quality all the time. But the outstanding element so far is the customer service that you receive from Derick at the front. This guy with his energy got a smile on me all the time that I was placing my order and makes me feel that I Wanted to gave him this review cause He went Above and Beyond with his energy. Ordered box combo 4-10-24 and took it to-go. The chicken was already soggy when I left. I got the sweet tea and it tasted like soap. Called the female manager on duty and her response was sorry that they ll clean the tea machine. No offer of reimbursement for the meal, I wouldn t ever go to this location again.

Not as good as it was ** 4/2/2024 Update .. I gave this location another try and ate in. The entire restaurant extremely clean .. Our server Derrick went over and beyond meeting our needs and ensuring our comfort .. He greeted us with a great smile & eagerness to assist us. The food was fresh and hot at 12:49pm. I come every Monday. Derek is usually there and greets me by name as he does a lot of customers. Absolute best customer service, and the cooks always get my order perfect. BOX CRISPY EVERYTHING! Ordered a box combo here and received the three finger combo. Drove back around to get the order corrected. Instead of giving me the extra finger and toast, they took the whole order back, receipt, asked twice what I ordered even though they had the receipt, and then after ten minutes gave me the correct order with a side of attitude. Normally they re good. Today there is one person in front of me placing their order and I m guessing this person is an employee of the establishment. Another employee who wasn t clocked in was steadily talking to this person. I was delayed but no big deal. I worked in the restaurant business when I was a kid. Now I m trying to get my drink and sit down and the same kid that was clocked out wants to block me I guess he wants to sit down and play with his phone so I waited again for him to get seated and again he s right by the register. He won t yield at all. I get that he wants to hang out with his clocked in friends but I m a patron trying to order and eat. No apology when I spoke to him. Just a look like I m crazy. I don t want to raise children when I m trying to grab a quick lunch.

I got here around 3 pm august 14 ,2023, the cashier guy (btw he was tall and had a beanie with long hair) was great, this is the best customer service you can recieve , it is rare to find. The food was great, the place was clean, and overall i have no complaints. Hope they give this guy a raise he is definitely going places, i can always appreciate the effort on giving such a great customer service, it definitely makes the entire experience of a place so much better.

I rarely write reviews, but I m highly dissatisfied with my visit on 5/18/23. Upon pulling up to the drive-thru, an employee who was eating without gloves, went to get my food and attempted to give it to me (while still chewing). I addressed my concern, for her to only repeat getting my new order without washing her hands. I asked for a refund, which the manager was willing to provide. However, I opted to request that she prepared my food, which she did with gloves (much appreciated). It is HIGHLY unsanitary and unprofessional to serve food while eating without gloves, in the area where food is being handled and prepared, which the manager agreed with. I was and am very uncomfortable, and I hope sanitary practices are improved for the future.
