My sister and I went to mail a package on Tuesday. The cashier told me they were going to tape it and started to. Whenever the recipient received the package it was torn open and contents were missing. He said his tape gun was broken and it took forever to get help. The recipient was mad at yall when we taped it was completely sealed. We will never go to this location again or recommend anyone to this location. We will call corporate about this issue.

I recently visited the FedEx store in Plano and had an excellent experience. The store is impeccably clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. Despite the higher prices and the longer wait times, the service provided was exceptional. Ryan was a huge help, offering assistance and answering all my questions with a friendly attitude. Overall, this FedEx location delivers high-quality service, and I will definitely be returning. Five stars!

Horrible experience. Staff not trained correctly. Managed honesty doesn t care. I waited 15 minutes for help to box and ship 1 package. There was only one person in front of me. Only one rep helping other customers. Finally a trainee tried to help me. She just didn t know what to do. She was not trained properly. Not her fault. I brought this all to the managers attention. He just didn t seem to care. Said it is how it is. Never apologized or tried to help. I volunteered to do a time and motion study for him but he didn t take me up on that. The facility needs a new manager for sure. It s a mess. Fedex please address this.

Worst experience ever! We just needed color copies We were actually told I ll get to it when I have time as he was not occupied when we walked in. To beat it all as we were struggling with the outdated send you a code to print machine he went to help the other employee with another customer stoat another machine. You have to print even if it an error and you pre pay so you are stuck! Don t do it! Find a UPS store with kind people in it! SMH! I keep trying FedEx and I am constantly let down. I m going to stop going into those stores!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at your store recently. I requested a few color printouts, and was quoted a price of 80 cents per paper by the kiosk attendant. However, when I received the bill, I was surprised to see an additional $2.50 service charge that was not mentioned earlier. Had I been informed about this charge, I would have opted to print directly from the machine with a retrieve code. This kind of hidden fee feels like a dishonest practice, and it has left me with a negative impression of your store. I strongly advise against patronizing your establishment in the future.

Their printing service was a mess. They asked me to email the file I wanted to print to get a code. They said it would take five minutes, but I waited for almost twenty! The staffs are nice, but that service is a joke! Never come again I sent email around 12pm and got code at 3:10pm! It s 3 hours not 5 minutes! Fedex should cancel their stupid printing service!

Person who is entering shipment details in the computer has vision issues, he struggles to see the letters. Entered wrong address even after correcting multiple times, he entered a wrong address and made me call customer service multiple times and wasted my time/energy. Office should do a vision test and setup a proper team instead of wastinf everyones time

It s important to listen to the directions of the Customer it makes a world of difference with the experience. I asked for black and white he printed in color smh. Peter could use a a refresher on greeting the customers. I ask Henry for the email address that I normally send emails to be printed Henry tells me a different way which is printandgo. I ve always had issues getting the code. The email address that I m asking about he didn t give it to me correctly causing me to be in the store longer than necessary. The nonchalant sarcastic customer service was not needed. Extremely unhappy with the customer service. I will drive another FedEx to avoid this type of customer service.

Completely incompetent. Seriously. This is the second visit today and Im now 20 minutes in and I had to go get someone, whom ignored me, to get paper in the self service machine. He instead took care of everyone whom came in after and its pretty well empty [an additional employee has been busy the entire time] and HE STILL hasnt bothered to even aknowledge me, I was very kind and said thank you. and SERIOUSLY someone else, JUST CAME IN 5 MINUTES ITS BEEN COMPLETELY EMPTY FOR AND HE STILL WONT FIX IT!!! INSTEAD, He went to the back and then helped this new person. DO. NOT. COME. HERE. FINALLY she is free and is helping me because he cant friggin be bothered. Ridiculous. Shes awesome and very friendly- clearly she should be in charge. It took all of 3 minutes to complete everything after she helped.

Routinely takes self service packages early. Posted deadline at 530. My screenshot is from me getting back in my car after arriving 10 minutes early, Todays Shipment already picked up. They also will not leave 1 single envelope out for customers. I give up will find another store.

Excellent customer service. Naquia (I m sorry if I misspelled your name) was attentive and provided an excellent shipping experience. I had two boxes and one label provided for a return item. Pretty common. She offered to reprint my label and place my items in a new box. I had just left another fed ex off 75 and plano parkway because the team member there had no interest in helping me. I will drive the extra miles to this location for my fed ex needs in plano.

I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital and the hours change at FedEx makes it nearly impossible for me to visit the store. I got to the store today a little after six to drop off a package and they were already closed. This is ridiculous. How is closing early gonna save you from COVID -19? What do you think it is, nocturnal?! Go back to your normal hours so healthcare workers can actually send out important packages...

I got a package [tracking no: 391975272114] and instead of delivering it to the Apartment office (which fedex always does, including last 2 packages 2 weeks back), theyve sent it to this office for pickup (as if Im going to fall for that during COVID-19). Although Ive updated this as an instruction in the online portal, it doesnt seem to move anything. The customer care number takes me round and round with options till I hang up.

Always use this location because the service is friendly, and the staff is efficient. My only request, would be that there are at least 2 employees opening up on Sundays. Theres always a line on Sundays and customers have to wait a long time. Update 11/13/2019 - Had to remove two stars from the 5 stars I had before. Seems the last two packages I shipped from this location didnt have the international documents I filled out, adhered to the boxes. These items were a birthday gift for a friend in Canada, and they were stuck in customs for TWO WEEKS because they didnt have the paperwork with them!!! Of course now these packages are late. Am I getting a refund? NO!!!!

Went there to print some documents. Printers OneDrive mode was broken, and Google drive mode couldnt connect. Had to go home, get a flash drive, and come back to print. Only prints one document at a time, so its a tedious process when you have 8 files to print. Printing time was relatively fast, and quality was good. Printed 22 coler pages for $15.

I came in with a frozen medical prepaid envelope. The customer service person took my package and put in a Federal Exoress pickup container. I said again the package is medical and frozen. It will be picked up by 7:30pm tomorrow. Excuse me, why would I leave it now. She acted like it wasn t her problem. I don t understand why she didn t explain the pickup before my package was tossed into the box. It can t be retrieved. There goes money down the train. I have repurchased and start all over. First time visit because I needed a fax machine. I didnt know fax machs were still around! The librarian in my neighborhood suggested I stop by this location because theyre thee BEST and she was right!!!!!!! If youre standing at the counter and already been helped but an employee didnt know it theyre gonna ask just to be sure you have been! OMG that never happens in my life as a customer! Joey was the person who assisted me with the fax machine that I got jammed! I swear it was a scene from the movie Office Space! Joey fixed the jam, took my documents and faxed them for me (giving me updates as to how many pages were sent) The kind, caring, extra mile customer service was needed after I just finished my fight w/5:00pm traffic! As I watched my fax go through I watched them interact with each other and I swear i wanted to put on a uniform shirt! The team camaraderie was something I enjoyed standing back watching! Im so glad I took my librarians suggestion! Please use this location for all if your project needs! Thank you for ending my evening with the best customer care Joey! I will return!

I visited this location several times in the last few months and I have been using fedex office for over 15 years for small print projects in my visit today and several weeks ago I was happy to have been assisted by one of the kindness employees the company probably has and Ive been to several locations throughout the metroplex a nice lady by the name of Lora was able to help me each time Ive come in promptly and as always found a quick solution to my needs. Guy was very helpful at the location assisting me with prints to be produced on matte paper. FedEx printed them - not me. However, When I went to pick them up, the end result of one print was terrible and I still had to pay $22.47! Will not use for photo printing services again.

Steady traffic but rarely busy. Usually no wait or only one person in front of you. Not.the place.to.go.for oversize printing. The machines are limited, break, and I wasted more than an hour one day before they decide machine couldnt be fixed and recommended going to another FedEx Office location that had multiple machines.

Worst customer service ever! This is my first time ever writing a review for a company so I hope they will sit up and take notice and address this problem. I sent an order in to this location and on the subject line even included the words can you rush. I had to call early the next morning (7:40 am) because I had not heard anything about my order. The employee basically said it was my fault for sending it through email (which I had done 3 days before and received same-day service) and that emails get overlooked most of the time. I asked it that was an apology for service and she said I can get it done for you in the next hour. I will avoid using this location for any future business!
