I loved this little find, the foood was amazing. I got 30pc bone in wings, they gave u the option to split the flavors; I got hot honey, honey bbq, and medium. All of the flavors were good and the hot rating scale was very accurate. The owner/ the person who attended us was so nice and friendly, the service was amazing he was very patient with us. He told us there was only 3 fountain drink options which was okay because they had canned and bottled options as well. He was very attentive and considerate especially since he told us beforehand that there was only 3 options instead of us having to find out :)) It was quiet and very nice, highly recommend if you re craving crunchy flavorful wings with crunchy fries. I loved it :))

Came here because my usual location was closed on Wednesday the cashier had a attitude as soon as I walked in I ordered cauliflower wings and I wanted honey hot lemon pepper he said there not going to sprinkle lemon pepper on the wings neither did they toss it they just pour the sauce on the wings like super lazy at the other location I never have problems with something that s so simple I feel like he needs to work else where definitely not in customer service dealing with people order with his stiff attitude don t have to worry about me coming back to this location

Lacking in Customer Service. Lacking in an inviting atmosphere. The first thing the gentleman behind the counter stated to me when I walked in the door is the last order is at 7:45 pm. You need to hurry up and put your order in we closing. He made my takeout when I wanted to sit down and eat. I informed the gentleman that I was new, and this was my first time coming to this establishment. He acted like he did not care and he didnt want me to be a return customer. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and it tasted great! But the other 2 items specially, Customer service is a very high quality that has declined and it needs to return. Owner of company highly recommend you teach customer service to your employees. Maybe that will change the atmosphere to be more inviting. Thank you for listening.

Was just there . Stood in there for 15 min no acknowledgment for the first 10 I tried to speak to them and they just looked at me and said nothing back . When looking at the name, youd think its a good place to watch football and have wings + beer. It lacks in that area heavily. Theres about two tvs maybe 3. Im not writing this to be rude but it was nothing like we expected and we were the only two people there (at 5 PM). Service was good and fast but the food was not seasoned/flavroless (fries and burger). The wings are actually pretty good, but I dont think theyd be my go to. It leads me to believe the reviews are a little fake.They were super misleading.

Come here a lot because the restaurant is clean, with great service and good food! The wings are my favorite with so many sauce options! Wet Ranch and Honey Lemon Pepper are good! Burgers are good and different options for that as well. Fried pickels are delicious. Overall: The menu has a wide variety of options, so something for everyone! Great for lunch or dinner! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp available along sidewalk.

The Korean man who owns this place needs to chill. I ordered online and came in to pick up my food but he didnt give me my cup so I asked for one. He gave me a ugly face and said I didnt pay for one when I ordered a combo meal with a drink. Dude looked at the order again and gave me a cup. Then he glared at me while I was pouring my drink into my cup like I was a theif. Bro... I dont have to steal a dang $2 drink. Weird vibes from this guy. Guy responded to my review saying he was watching me to make sure I dont spill my drink.... Really? You gonna glare at everyone that fills their cup? Please do go this place. If you go, please you need to check your bill after you pay. My bill was $31 and it charged $38 with 20% tip. It was take out, I did not tip for 20%. The owner said, oh sorry I touched computer screen by accident. Well. I don t think that was an accident. And it is not the first time doing like this!!!!! My wife & I decided to try the fish on the menu. I went to pick it up. I was wild by how clean and nice the restaurant looks inside. They had music playing and the a/c blowing. Hubby and I went into WNB Factory for our first time today. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the restrooms were spotless. We both ordered a bacon cheeseburger, tots with one, onion rings with the other. The burgers were yummy, tasted just like home cooked burgers. The tots were great and crispy. The onion rings were just okay, crispy on the outside, but a bit mushy on the inside. We really appreciated that there was hand sanitizer on each table. We totally recommend WNB Factory, and plan on returning ourselves to try other menu items.

This was my first visit and it was great! I recently switched to vegetarian, and my experience with veggie burgers is that it usually is not very good. Id almost rather just order the fries then order a veggie burger. I tried the veggie burger here and it was great. Patty was tasty and well-cooked, and what made it really great was the bun and the vegetables and the sauce and everything else was just over the top great. The fries were cooked perfectly. My wife and daughter had burgers and they are returning customers. Theyre the ones who talked me into going because theyre always telling me how great this place it They were hot and just salty enough. The staff was really friendly and very professional. Called to place and order and use a coupon. They told me sure, bring in the coupon and pay when you arrive. It s my first time trying this place as well. So, I get there, hand them my coupon and they say they don t take them at that location. I was a bit surprised but it had been a long day and I wasn t in the mood to argue with a young girl. WNB is hands down one of the best wing places around. Theyve a ton of flavors and the quality is always great. But it doesnt stop there. They have burgers - including the impossible burger - and SO MUCH MORE! Want wings and fried rice? Youre covered. Want wings but your friends want po-boys? Covered! Need wings and your significant other craves a fish platter - covered!!! Need all that and a chocolate shake too? Covered! And let me tell you, those shakes are small but powerful, at first you may think its not enough but by the end youll be glad you didnt get more. The staff is also amazing and does everything to take care of you as well. They also get orders out the door fast and fresh, which is perfect when you just need to grab something on the way home but also need FLAVOR!

Drove 15 minutes to order to-go, walked in at 8:40, the kitchen is closed, and they are about to lock the door. Great place to stop and get a quick bite to eat. The service here is amazing . I highly recommend the Hawaiian burger or the boneless wings. The quality of the ingredients that this place uses are superior and the variety can match anyones taste buds.

Great food and service. They have a great selection of food. Ive tried the bacon jalapeño burger w/fries it was good, however Im not a fan of the brioche bun. Ive tried the chicken and vegetable fried rice I prefer the chicken it had a better flavor to me. The wings are good. Ive tried lemon pepper which was salty to me. Ive tried the Carolina gold wings they were ok Im not a mustard eater. They have fountain drinks sweet/unsweetened tea. Ive dined in and picked food up neither take much time for food preparation. Go try it for yourself you wont be disappointed several different options to choose from.

The food is good Ill give you guys that, but I do have a question. Do you guys really not allow customers to pay in store when they order over the phone? we had an incident tonight when trying to order over the phone for take out, she said we couldnt pay cash in store and needed a card number over the phone because the meal was over $20?

This is probably the best food and service weve had since before COVID. They even called us to verify our burger order. Restaurant is super clean. The food was so fresh and delicious. Some of the BEST boneless wings Ive ever had. Especially if you dont like those cheap big chunks of chicken most places use. Onion rings and fries were super good. Definitely a new regular for us!

I had received a $10 off coupon while shopping at Neighborhood Walmart across the street and it needed to be used by 8/31. I m really glad I went Saturday evening before the expiration date. I ordered 10 wings, half honey garlic and half lemon pepper dry rub. The wait was about 15-20 minutes as the food is freshly cooked. While waiting, I noticed the gentleman working actually helped a young lady carry her 3 bags of food to her car. (Her hands were full carrying a drink caddy) You don t see chivalry too much these days. I was impressed. Also while waiting, I had their lemonade and it was perfect! I loved it so much and I m not a huge fan of lemonade. The wings were awesome and I don t think I will ever go back to Wing Stop again. This should tell you a lot! Go check it out!!

First time there Wings tasted alright but came in a puddle of mystery liquid and got soggy halfway thru? Dont know what thats about. Also ordered the 5 dollar ranch fries and they were a really small serving of soft fries with barely any ranch powder or bacon. Pretty disappointing 20 dollar meal. Cant speak for any other things on the menu. Might try the burgers.

Ordered through DoorDash! Had a taste for a burger so I thought I would give this place a taste!! Yummy!! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with tots and honey hot wings for the kiddos!! Everything was delicious!! Good job guys will be coming in to dine with my family soon!!
