The small from the outside was AMAZING but once you got inside you could hardly see. It was extremely smoking inside. The cashier was very helpful and nice. The chicken was not anything to write home about but it cured my hunger.

I ordered a 2 pc white meal w/mashed potatoes, brown gravy and sweet tea. The food looks better than it tastes. The chicken was crispy but everything lacks flavor (very bland) and its overpriced. Spend your money at KFC, Golden Chick, or Popeyes where the food tastes better. I was very disappointed.

My second time at this Church s location. I order a 3 pc meal that comes with a drink. I ordered a Sprite. I m happy I did I noticed black particles on my ice cubes bottom of cup. I love chewing ice and noticed the particles. Williams please clean your ice maker!!! What if I ordered a dark color drink no telling what I would of swallowed. Again clean your ice maker before you make someone horribly sick! I will notify mgmt when they open.. Churches on Trinity Mills Carrolton Texas. I hope I will not have to call health department you guys should be doing a checklist to keep your items clean and up to date

Well with the flies and the guy that looks like a bum sleeping on the table idk if I would trust this place someone needs to have the health inspection department come out, and I want to say the guy works here because he s always here or he might be security!!! Trash. Garbage. We ordered from this Williams food was not fresh. Corn on the cob tastes like it was boiled in water and they called it a day. No butter or salt was provided. Potatoes taste like they were powdered even if that was the case no seasoning. Very flavorless and the chicken was not hot. No utensils in the bag. Worst chicken dinner I ve ever had

I have not been to Williams chicken in years and when I saw this location I thought I would check it out but all I can say is I was disappointed. The chicken was a little undercooked for me oddly too big and not good as far as the tenders I also got the wings and did not enjoy them at all either. I will say the breading was the same as I remember years ago was excellent but the quality of the wings was just not good and I ended up throwing a lot of it away. will not be back don t know if it s the location or Williams chicken in general But this was disappointing

Ok, I have never rated our Williams Chicken in my neighborhood as it was never anything special. Today, the family stopped here after a day of swimming, and we were VERY impressed with the food. The food was fresh, hot, and seasoned like someone was home in their kitchen cooking! They had about 15 house plants taking up table space and blocking one of their closed off entrances. It was a bit different and out of place in a fast food establishment. However, the food was so good it was not a bother.

Visited Williams Chicken on Trinity Mills & Marsh on Saturday 8/27. Spent 20 bucks on lunch for 1 and could not get butter for the bread rolls and the little gal would not give me ranch dressing for my okra. Very dissatisfied with the service and attitude of the lady who took my order. She gave me everything packed and togo but I was dinning in and got very confrontational when I asked for ranch for my okra, not a good experience. This company claims to give to the community (see pic) but would not even give a paying customer a couple condiments. With so many options to dine out in Carrollton Ill just keep driving by this place. This was my first and last visit to any Williams Chicken.

Some of the food was good and some horrible. The chicken wings were disgusting. They tasted like bland chicken dyed red. The two-piece mixed dinner tasted great and was well seasoned. The tenders needed a gravy or something to make them taste better. My mother ordered a 20 piece mixed box of chicken, but it the wings were missing. The chicken had no seasoning at all. The jalapeño peppers were not hot at all, tasted more like a banana pepper.
