If you buy tickets online, once you get there, you have to show them the digital tickets so they can give you hard copies. There is a big line, so try to get there early. There are monsters trying to scare you while you wait in line. The haunted house is a real historic house. They mentioned that a U.S. soldier was killed in the back part of the house. If you want to park close to the haunted house and not walk a lot, the parking is $10 dollars. You can also chose not to lay and park a little further away if thete is space. I regret taking new white shoes. There is a lot of loose dirt outside. Take comfortable shoes and clothes. The haunted house is located very close to the Progreso International Bridge. They sell food and drinks outside that you can purchase while you wait in line.

Toluca Ranch would always be the BEST haunted house in the valley. Not San Juan haunted hotel. Toluca ranch is history! My boyfriend and I went this year (2023) and it was a great experience. They did a great job in decorating the inside of the home. I enjoy that we were able to take our time and look around the house. I hope they continue to open every October. They were lacking actors though towards the end of the haunt.

First time going today on Friday the 13th. It was awesome. Starting with the staff. Staff were so super nice and helpful. And the scary tour we took was scary. They did an awesome job setting everything up the place and the people dressed up really scared us. I highly recommend this place and looking forward going back next year. Thank you everyone for entertaining us. And Thank you for letting first responders go in for free showing your appreciation for us what we do.

Very amazing ambiance and the house is super well decorated. The actors are very well characterized and are scary, this is not for the weak of heart since they are allowed to grab/separate you from the rest of the group. It is full of rooms with its own theme and is like going through a maze, you go through the first floor up to the second then back to the first even to the basement before finishing on the outside. Highly recommend but expect to be on the line over an hour if you didnt buy the VIP ticket.

Hands down the best Halloween experience I ve had. From the beginning to end this place just kept getting better and better. Even waiting in line was fun. Once we entered the house things got real. If you are looking for a scary, gory and thrilling experience this is the place to be. Watch out they might try to take you!

Alright so the excitement to go was from the start they open at 8pm. So we got there actually 15mins prior parked on the dirt road and walked the rest of the way to the haunted house. It was a fun walk dark, palm trees all around and neat. We bought tickets online so only thing that sucked was that we had to wait in line to get tickets and then get back in another long line. But waiting was fun because there is scares strolling by scaring people and you can take pictures. The line took about 1hr till we were finally inside. The house was super cool from 1880 the props were cool, I m not one to easily be scared so I went for the recon. Honestly it is alot of fun! I do recommend it just be careful there is areas where you have to go down low & even crawl.

It was honestly very Good! Make sure to arrive early because lines get long! Might be a little scary for little children! The whole maze was lengthy enough, be prepared to climb & to even end up crawling through some places. There was some great jump scares as well! Staff where friendly & redirected us when we got lost. The Groups going inn where in average of 4s so that s good because you get to enjoy the jump scares first hand rather than being in big groups like other places I ve attended to. The whole place itself gives off great spooky vibes. Be aware That You will be pulled and tugged at by the monsters! They are selling food outside so don t worry if you get hungry. Great family experience overall.

I think my issue was that because of the reviews, I was expecting a truly horrifying and thrilling experience. What i got was a fun, family friendly one. I wasnt ever really scared, which was a bummer. But the people were nice and it was a little spooky. Nice place to be on halloween

Me and my friends loved this place last year..we went in a huge group and had so much fun. One thing I hate about any haunted house is the line but actually waiting in line wasnt so by they had a scary movie projected on one side of the house so by the time you knew it you were already next to enter the house. Im definitely going to back this year!
