Had my 9 yo bday party here. Highly recommend. We did a group deal being we had 25 people come but general admission is 4 bucks all games resonable priced and it had clean bathroom people! Alot of kids around and it had clean toilets! Much love she had a great time

This was way better than I expected especially for the price. Every game was in good working condition. My favorite was the connect four basketball game. The area is kept very clean. I think this was the cleanest arcade I ve ever been to. I don t mind that each persons pays a small fee to be inside. I think it s brilliant as there is no loitering. I ll definitely be back.

Nickel mania was very helpful in planning our back-to-school party with many students. They assisted with booking in advance and also catered to our large number of kids by loading the cards ahead of time so that we were ready to go when the kids arrived. We were treated to a seating area for our brought-in food and beverages and the staff was very courteous and attentive the entire time.

Its a good place if you have one or two kiddos to keep busy. They charge admission plus the games. Theres a lot of games that are down or just take your nickels. They do sell additional tickets for prizes so thats a plus. That being said, for the money I spent, I might take them to Free Play or Cidercade next time.

Do not waste your money! You will be charged an admission fee just for walking in the building. Even if you are using a previously purchased card with money still on it. There was a lot going on when we first checked in. There were 2 camps there and the lady working the front desk was in pajama pants and barely spoke to us. I didnt think to ask if this extra charge was recurring. Unlike other places such as pin stack or chuck e cheese where you pay extra for the physical card but arent charged again to use the remaining money on your already purchased card. On top of that this place has definitely gone down hill. The stools around the games are just disgusting and the entire place smells. I dont know if there was a change in management but we would not have returned if I hadnt put so much money on the cards the first time. I spoke with the assistant manager to see if he could help me understand how charging someone just to walk in the door to use something they already purchased made sense, and of course he couldnt. I would love for the manager to respond to this post. I was told he only works 3 days a week so I wont hold my breath.

Its not a horrible place but after youve been to Nicklerama it just cant compare. At least 6 games were down, they charge on average twice as much per game as Nicklerama, and the jackpot or overall ticket payout is nowhere close to what you get at other places. The staff was super friendly and the place was very clean though!

This place used to be family friendly while not breaking the bank on a weekend visit. It is not comparing to the major chains - (pinstack dave&busters) except this place reeks of feet and mold. $5 per person just to enter plus the digital card - not worth it. Visit your local arcade instead and hope this place switches management back to their original owners

We went here yesterday and the kids loved it. Great value for the amount of play you get on the cards. The tickets go automatically onto the game cards too. That s awesome. Easy to save if you want to save for the next time to collect more tickets. The place was really nice and clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Only complaint I have is there wasn t really anywhere for parents to sit while waiting on the kids to play.

Nickel Mania is a great spot for gamers, offering a vast selection of games to choose from. However, be prepared to spend a lot of time and money trying to win tickets, as they can be quite elusive! While its fun to play and try your luck, dont expect to walk away with a ton of prizes. The ticket system can be a bit frustrating, and to make matters worse, theyve switched from using nickels and tickets to game cards, which takes away from the nostalgic feel that made Nickel Mania so charming in the first place. Its still a decent spot to pass the time and have some fun, but the change to game cards feels like a loss of the classic arcade experience. Manage your expectations and youll be good to go!

Most fun for kids 6ish- 10ish. Not much the smaller kids can do and the older kids would get bored quickly. For the proper age group you could be there for 2-3 hours on $20 worth of credits. It was clean and staff was courteous. Location is cramped on the weekend with birthday parties. Kung Fu panda was our favorite game!

Great, reasonably priced, family fun! Weve been a few times over the years and not much has changed at Nickel Mania. Which in this case, is not so bad! 6 years ago the kids had just as much fun as they did the most recent time we visited. Its very affordable and you can have hours of fun! The prizes arent much to write home about unless you get an ungodly amount of tickets but its about the same at any arcade where you can trade in tickets. (Except Brickopolis in OKC - they have great prizes for small ticket amounts). Its pretty well maintained and clean. Most of the machines worked on our visits so that wasnt an issue weve encountered. Plenty of games to play to make the whole family happy - from the four year old to our teens all the way up to us old folk parents.

Ive been taking my daughter here since she was an infant (shes 8 now) and weve always had a lot of fun at this place; they have great games and awesome prizes that dont cost too many tickets. However, Ive been thoroughly disappointed in some recent changes they decided to make that have frankly stripped away all the joy of going to a *nickel* arcade. First of all, sometime within the last few months they switched from using nickels to using the boring CARD that you get at any other modern arcade. So you have a *nickel* arcade called Nickel Mania, that now does NOT use nickels anymore! This is frustrating and disappointing in more ways than one. You dont even get actual tickets from the machines anymore! They all get loaded on to the card after your game. You barely know how much youve won, and worst of all it strips away the joy of hitting a jackpot and seeing 1000 tickets slowly come out of the machine, and the excitement of being able to count them all at the end. The most insidious offender of all though is the fact that they replaced every machine with this card reader that still costs 6-10 nickels for some reason, and when a game is broken, it STILL CHARGES YOU THE FULL AMOUNT OF NICKELS! So a game that costs 8 nickels takes off $0.40 off your card and you dont even get to play the game. Before youd put 1 or 2 nickels in a machine before realizing it was broken so no harm no foul. Honestly, you can still have a good time once or twice, but after these small changes, I have to say this arcade is NO LONGER FUN! Which is the point of an arcade is it not? I really hope they go back to the way they were running this place before so we can go back to having fun instead of leaving disappointed.

This is a great place to take the kiddos to have some fun. The staff is great as is the selection of games. It can get busy at times, but it doesnt take away from the fun. My 4 year old son loves to play the Jurassic Park game. We can easily spend an hour playing. I can get us each a $20 card and still have credits left when my son pulls a squirrel.

TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT ANYMORE! The only reason we went to this place cuz it was still old fashioned. My kids LOVED to actually insert the coins in the games and receive paper tickets! They replaced the nickels with cards and no more actual tickets. They also raised the price of admission. This was supposed to be a budget friendly- kid friendly place. Now it s turned into another money draining place! Seating was DEFINITELY limited! Only had one table available for the public! There were older people standing around a tiny crowded table because staff REFUSED to make more tables available. Completely unacceptable, they are so money greedy! They would rather make another $ than take care of their customers! Wouldn t recommend, save your money and go on a hike! ;) You re welcome!

HIGHLY disappointed they are no longer doing nickels, they are now doing game cards. I would rather them charge more for entry than take away nickels and tickets. We were here for a birthday party and everyone had a great time. The space is not so big to lose kids, but big enough for a good amount of games. It was not as expensive as similar entertainment places . Lastly, the staff was awesome! My kids 2 younger worked really hard to get tickets, but didnt get quite enough for the chosen prize. A staff member saw how hard they tried and gave them the prize anyway. Thank you! It is refreshing to see businesses still care about people and not just profit on them.

Great place to entertain your kids for an hour 2- my boys love it! They just changed from actual nickels & tickets to a card where everything is loaded- which is nice for cleanliness. Nice people working, not crowded- a fun activity!

They recently switched to rechargeable cards instead of nickels and paper tickets. I understand it s easier and cuts down on costs and waste but we really loved the old way they did things.

This place boasts a good deal on their games and emphasizes how theyre not 25c. Jokes on you folks, their games are on average 4-5 nickels a piece. So the math. Some are 8! Their prizes are trash too. 50 tickets gets you A piece of candy. Go somewhere else with cleaner bathrooms, better AC, and parents who have a better hold of their kids and sense themselves. An entire family about ran me over and so did three kids at one point. Their bathrooms are also dirty and unkempt. Not worth it. Dave and busters is better.
