Local restaurant. Tastes may vary, but for me, its a good restaurant. The fries are basically served without seasoning, but they have a good basic potato flavor, so they are delicious even when eaten on their own. I added a cheeseburger patty and it had a strong mustard taste, making it a classic taste. My wife ate it without the pickles, but it made a huge difference to the meat. Be sure not to take it out!!

I have to say we were incredibly surprised at how good the hotdogs are here! We could talk about the hamburgers but hotdogs often get passed by. Here at One and Only, hot dogs are made perfectly seared on the outside, juicy on the inside...you can actually taste the hot dog Buns are toasted just right. All toppings are free. I like mine with just a little bacon. a few fresh ingredients on the side I can add as I go. They dont skimp on fries, crispy on the outside (as a French fry should be) deliciously seasoned, some homemade dip sauce.. hmmmm who can resist? The only thing I would say is, person taking your order doesnt always seem happy you are there. But fact is the place is pretty busy because the food is pretty darn good! its definitely worth the stop in Parking: We love that there is plenty of parking in a lot right next to the building. We can pull off the busy street right up to the restaurant. No need to drive around looking forever for a spot. Very convenient.

Im a burger snob and i rate burger joints harshly. It takes a REALLY GOOD burger joint to rate 8/10 in my book. Ive only rated around 5 in Texas as 9/10 and only two over that. The only 10/10 in the whole state is Alamo Springs Cafe in Fredericksburg; the returning reigning King of Burger joints anywhere followed closely by Grillem all Burgers in Alhambre California at a 9.5/10. I wasnt expecting ANYTHING near this going in today to One and only burgers. I went here because my daughters live in Frisco and someone recommended it. Well, to my complete surprise, i was blown away by this place. They literally check every box, hand cut fries IN ABUNDANCE, open grill from everyone to see the cooking area, toasted buns on both sides, smashed hand formed patties, shredded veggies, perfect seasoning on the patties lots of choices and the prices are VERY reasonable. I would rate the burgers a solid 9.5/10 tying with Grillem all Burgers in California and just ahead of the previous DFW champ LA Burger (9/10). While these check boxes are amazingly simple, most places just dont hit them all; One and Only Burger does hit every box and does so perfectly. In short, i travel all over the country and this is now my second favorite burger joint anywhere. Its that good. If youre a burger fanatic, you cant go wrong here; youll love this place. Overall, Id rate this place a solid 9.8/10, the second only anywhere in the country Ive rated a burger joint this high. Highly recommend!

Ordered online with a lot of items in my burger. Got the burger with just bun, cheese, patty and lettuce. No sauce, no bacon, no jalapeños, no pineapple and those are just some item i had on my order. I can understand missing one item or two while making the burger. But missing 70% of the items is ridiculously. The burger tasted so awful i couldnt eat it and throw it away.

At the risk of giving away a hidden jewel: it deserves to be shared and given the pedestal it deserves. This little hamburger place is so much better than Five Guys, Mooyah and Chili s. The Fries are amazing and fresh cut with a bag large enough for a family of four for only $5.75! A bacon cheeseburger is $7.25 and you can double it for another $1.25. They have grilled cheese, hot dogs and vegetarian options available. Like most others the sides are free to add. My favorite is a bacon cheeseburger with extra grilled pineapple and extra grilled fresh jalapeño. Oh and drinks here are still less than $2. Beer and patio available! Don t let the shopping center store front fool you! They have several sizes of fries and were very tasty as well. The atmosphere is basic which is great. Impressed me with your food not decor. Just great burgers, no frills! My husband craves burgers and zesty fries here weekly. Go early enough to avoid going home empty-handed and hungry. This is one of my favorite places to go for lunch or dinner. The hamburger comes with unlimited toppings such a grilled onions or avocado. The prices of the food is very reasonable and not over priced. The staff is always upbeat and with a smile on their faces. I love the music playlist they often have on. If the music is off they have a football or basketball streaming. They also serve a selection of bottled beer and wine. But lastly, when you order a side of fries, they fill up the bag at least halfway! Some of the best, fresh fries I have ever had. You shouldn t think twice, just give it a try. I promise you will not regret it.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. My boyfriend went in to pick up our order. The people cooking the food, in Spanish, said oh look that fat guy is gonna rob us for all our food! . They laughed and so did the lady at the front helping him. My boyfriend is Mexican and Spanish is his native tongue so he understood what they were saying. Not only that, they tried denying that they even said that AND the people working were also talking badly about the other customers in the restaurant. This is disgusting, unprofessional and unbelievable NO ONE deserves to be treated like this. Obviously we will not be coming back and this is a warning to anyone going. First time here and overall was impressed. Burger was good, fries delish, prices are good, and there is plenty of seating and the restaurant was clean. My only complaint was that they were playing inappropriate music. Unedited Drop it Like its Hot was playing dropping the N word and lots of other curse words. Not appreciate it appropriate especially when there were several kids there. My husband did talk to the manager who basically said the playlist is decided upon by the owners. Hmmm.... Its a hamburger joint with greasy fries and great prices. Im a 76 year old native and I havent enjoyed a meal any more than that in years. The fries are bountiful and delicious. Im going back.

I always love here but today went for carry out and saw it was busy so understandable. My dad burger was done right to perfection but my cheese and veggie sandwich JUST HAD cheese and the bun. If that s all it comes with I don t recommend ordering it. Nah don t get me wrong this place is amazing just a small bad experience today.

Quality on all fronts has dropped in the last 6 months or so. We visited yesterday and got cheese burgers and fries. They left off one of my ingredients on my burger, didnt give us the side sauce wed requested for the fries. The floor and tables werent clean. Staff wasnt terribly friendly. Disappointed but we havent given up on it yet. Fries were greasier than normal and less of them but burgers were pretty good. Also, we were eating in but they put our burgers in the fry bag..

Good food and fast. Toppings dont cost extra, very generous portion of fries. the small is plenty, trust me. They also have a dipping sauce for the fries that I highly recommend

Great place for a quick bite. Would do very well as a food truck, I think. Good burger for the price point, but its not blow your socks off great like it was hyped up to be. Free toppings though, even avocado and mushrooms. Five guys-esque, fries are just dumped in the bag, so you get the greasy bowl vibe. Fries were pretty good. They serve a spicy Sriracha mayo? Im guessing that what it is. Good, with a nice kick.
