Ive been to this location on several occasions, and this was one of the worst visits. The young man that took our order was very friendly and professional! Having said that, the manager was the complete opposite! I understand wanting to close (turn off the sign and lock the door) , but to turn the lights off completely with 15 minutes before close time... rude!

we went inside for a few tacos....lady in line in front of us had small dog on leash with her-NOT a service dog just a pet, ask employee if dogs allowed inside, told they can come thru the line if needed but they were not sure of policy , sounds like a health dept issue to me Kid-friendliness: casual noisy sometimes but its what kids do

Took the recommendation of the employee and tried the chicken quesadilla, fish taco, and their chips and queso. They were all delicious. The service was friendly and relatively quick. The atmosphere is a bit loud but in a way meant to make the place lively and not unwelcoming.

Edit: after receiving increasingly bad service over the past year, I must change my original five star review to ONE star. James is no longer there. Amelia is gone too. The service has gone way downhill. The prices have increased, yet the portions are much smaller. The last time I was in there (just a few weeks ago), my $9+ nachos consisted of a handful of chips, a dollop of ground beef, and a little feta sprinkled on top. When I commented, the manager (a girl I d never seen before) only stated we measure everything out . When I asked for extra lettuce and tomato on the side, it was put in small condiment-sized portion cups, as opposed to the generous-sized bowls they used before. When I got home, I found that the nacho cheese was only filled halfway. After 10+ years of giving them business, I have no desire to ever eat there again. Original review: I used to go to Fastaco for my nachos...until I discovered Fuzzys. I get way more food for a lot less money (Fastacos prices are ridiculous!). If I have any complaints (which is usually only for not enough lettuce or tomatoes), the manager James makes it right. And with a smile! He now greets me by name, and makes sure that my nachos are made exactly the way I like them...the first time! They have my business anytime Im craving Mexican fast food!!

Hopefully the issue is because I ordered through door dash. I wouldn t order again, I ordered the steak bowl and a shredded chicken bowl. I literally had 4 pieces of steak and both bowls had very undercooked hard rice. Rice was so hard you couldn t enjoy the meal, but we both received lots of lettuce

I used to like coming to this location, but it seems over the last two years, the food quality has largely tanked on a lot of their items. Service is nice, but thats to be expected, as is food that isnt gross and inedible rejects. When you use points for a free taco plate and still feel ripped off, thats pretty bad. Theres just no sort of real value with any of their meals here.

Haven t been to this location in about a year. Surprised to see Fuzzy s is still affordable so was looking forward to tacos, queso, chips and margaritas. But super annoyed by the behavior of the pretty Hispanic girl behind the serving counter when she rudely told me you need to go pay for garlic sauce if you want it . It wasn t the fact that I had to pay for it, but it was the attitude like I should have known? Anyway, I already had my food so I had to stand in line all over again while people were ordering their food. The sweet girl running the register said it was only .25 each and she couldn t charge my credit card for less than a dollar. She kindly took it out of her tip money. The whole thing was just ridiculous. By the time I got back to the table my family was almost done eating. The chips were stale too. Overall not my typical experience from Fuzzy s.

My mom and I visited Fuzzys last night and ordered the same thing we always do - cold beer, chips and salsa, and nachos. Our nachos plates were beyond disappointing. My mom and I have been coming to Fuzzys close to 3-4 times a month for the past few years. The thing that keeps us coming back is the quality and quantity of the food on the plates. We feel like we re actually getting what we pay for, but not yesterday. My mom took her plate up to the cook line and asked why our nachos were so lacking, the young brunette manager responded with we re going by spec and you ve been over served in the past. My mom understood and came back to our table. We aren t touching the nachos. 5-10 minutes go past and my brother and his girlfriend s two orders of ground beef nachos come out piled 3x higher than ours, this time i decided to take both my moms plates and my plate to the counter to physically compare the plates. I tell the blond woman that s handling the togo plates that I would like to speak with that manager again. This time she tells me it s because the timing of the orders . I stand there for a second processing the idiocracy of this rude manager and asked how these are so different and explain to her that they are sitting at our same table. The rude manager tells me that all I ve done is complain and the only thing I had to do was ASK FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT. I don t want something different I want my nachos and my mom s nachos to look like my brother and his girlfriends. When i was explaining this to the rocks for brains manager, the kitchen staff and everyone s eyes were on us, i looked behind the counter and said their nachos are worth $9, these aren t worth that (speaking of mine and my moms). The manager turns around and walks away from me. She has no problem solving skills, and absolutely did not try to help solve the situation in any manner, if anything she made the situation 100% worse. After she walked away from me, I dumped our plates in the trash,grabbed our card and asked for a refund on the nachos. We paid for our beers and chips and salsa, waited for my brother and his girlfriend to finish their yummy looking nachos and left. The kind people at the cash register informed me that the rocks for brains manager works on Thursday and Friday nights and in the mornings. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK ON THESE DAYS. Fuzzys, we are very disappointed in your choice of a manager. We ve never had a problem of any kind at Fuzzys until yesterday. GET THAT WOMAN GONE.

I want to preface that it is very hard for me to give a low rating; but after I ordered, the soda that my wife was wanting was out and was running clear. I let the person in front know and she said it would get taken care of, 10 minutes still clear, once we were done eating after around 30 minutes I finally went up and asked for a refund for the drinks, the same person in front let me know that the manager was busy (they were short staffed, I get that) and would be with me soon. My family goes out to the car and I spend another 30 minutes waiting for the manager. Eventually I notice the soda is working again and just fill up my drinks and leave. I don t typically leave bad reviews, but this felt like the only way to rant and get it out. It was good food, I ll come back again, but it s just left a bad taste in my mouth is all.

Managed to stop in here a few times at different times if the day and all I can say is that for a chain they do have tasty stuff at reasonable prices. Lots of food and beverage options, sport viewing on TVs, plenty of seating (most times), tight parking in front and out back. I don t have any pictures because I ate my food so fast I went on a Sunday evening and the parking wasn t that great. I had to go around twice before finding a spot. When I came into this place I first noticed the dim lighting which to me is a tell-tale sign of dark energy forces lurking the premises. I first decided to ignore it since I have heard great things about fuzzys in general, but as I continued to the service counter in order to purchase my meal the overwhelming sensation of a dark energy presence washed over me and I began to panic. I powered through it for the most part, and finished my transaction with the young lady at the front counter (who by the way had a mild black energy aurora radiating from her, but thats neither here nor there). After I received my food I went to sit down with my wife and this is where the assault by some dark magic entity began to take place. A sense of unbearable anxiety, confusion, and panic washed over me as I completely froze, unable to move. My wife tried to ask me what the matter was, but all I could mutter was leave now, and we did promptly that. We left without finishing our food (which was mediocre at best) and as soon as we made it out into the parking lot I felt a sense of relief that the survivors of the September 11th terror attacks must have felt the second they were saved. I will never be returning to this fuzzys or any fuzzys location in general due to the dark spirits that evidently lurk the property. A forewarning to all, do not come to this location unless you are ready to fight an ancient and evil entity thousands of times wiser and more powerful that any one of us.

Was looking so forward to going to fuzzy s. This store was filthy, the brisket was so bad I couldn t eat it. We left all our dinner. My friend couldn t even drink the margarita it was so bad. I ve never seen him not drink a cocktail of any kind so tells me it was awful . The staff, a young man checked us out and ask for a tip when all he did was ring it up. I couldn t get my order out of m mouth because of his constant interruptions, very rude. I ask an older young man where the forks were , he started acting mentally I ll. This location used to be my go to for everything tacos but about a year ago it changed. The service isn t friendly anymore. The food quality has diminished. There are better nearby alternatives.

Glad the previous manager is back. He is the goat at service, even remembers my boys names!! We always walk out so fat n happy. Our favorite is the taco plate with tempura fish tacos. The atmosphere on the porch is always good with a margarita!

Young zit faced teen that took our order refused to say thank you even after I pointed it out to him. I told him he was rude. We dont have to eat there. There are many choices in town at this price point. Then, we saw two older white people walk out with 2 big glass mugs. We noticed the cheese dip bowl has changed size and is tiny now. The portion of our Bowl was so small that the size of the container is way too big now. May not go back for a while. Disappointed.

Love me some fuz! We usually go once a week. Never caught the managers name but the younger fella with short brown/black hair (typically wears a hat) is very outgoing. I usually give him hell when Im there and he is all good spirits about it. Brisket queadilla or grilled shrimp Baja tacos are . I think Im gonna ask for a house special plate next time Im in there....prob next week lol. Bring back the bomb pops...do it for the kids Robert! Kid-friendliness: Bring back the bomb pop ice cream bars!

Two stars because at least my queso was yummy. I was rushed while ordering and then I only received half our meals. When I told them my order was missing items, they refused to fix my order because I only had the original receipt, not one that states I had picked up the meal? Very unsatisfactory customer service and I will never be back.

Fuzzys usually has very good chicken burritos but today the cook must have had a bad day. The chicken was tough to eat, like chewing a piece of beef without tenderizer. I will still go to Fuzzys because they do have good food and is a nice place to take your family. But wont order the chicken for awhile.
