Brooke-Ashley was a pleasure to partner with throughout our home purchase journey. We began being indecisive with respect to our wants & needs - land vs subdivision, new build vs existing, etc. She was patient, offered fantastic insights ranging from local companies to help with financing, inspections, pest control, and much more, as well as sharing perspective on much, much more. Of the 7 or 8 companies we worked with throughout the pre and post close process, she was the clear MVP. Brooke-Ashely s responsiveness and follow-up was superb and truly served as our advocate. Brook is an amazing agent to work with. She worked patiently with us as we looked for our forever home over a 6-month period. We first met Brook virtually during Covid. She consistently kept in touch with us over the next few years sending us listings and reaching out via text every couple of months to see if we were any closer to a decision to purchase a home in Waco. When we finally did, it happened rather quickly and we greatly appreciated her knowledge and advice. I Had an issue with VA financing that Brook worked around, and then had a last minute issue with the lender requiring additional inspections. Brook was able to contact a roofer and have everything done to get the closing done on time.

Oh god....words just cant explain how heaven sent she is!!! Im almost in tears thinking about how hard she worked to get us into our home! This woman is the best to ever do it!!
